After hearing Karma's wager everyone in the crowd was taken aback. Ryu was more focused on the way she actually said it.

Ryu: I'm sorry, did she just say that with a straight face?

Natsu: Betting their lives?

Laxus: Talk about extreme.

Over at Sabertooth they only just smiled.

Lector: Oh yeah! That's the way a member of the Sabertooth Guild makes a bet Karma!

Sting: Heh, that's just like her.

Azure: With a smile so innocent but with a personality as terrifying as they come. It's just her Nature.

Kagura: If you truly intend to stay behind you're wager, then I have no alternative but to accept. Very well, have at you.

Aqua: And she agreed to it with an equally straight face.

Keith: At this point, I come to realize that everyone in a guild as some crazy.

Karma: Blood Serpents.

Karma rose her hand and flicked it upwards. Soon from the air Magic Circles formed with blood coming out of them. Natsu had his mouth wide open seeing that.

Natsu: WOAH WHAT THE HECK?!!!

Laxus: That's blood?!!

Wendy instinctively plugged her nose and looked away.

Aqua: Oh no.

Wendy: AH!!

Ryu: Are you afraid of blood Wendy.

Wendy: ONLY WHEN THERE'S SO MUCH!!!

It began to move around taking the form of serpents shocking everyone.

Karma: Say hello to my little pets. If you get past them, then I might actually try.

Azure: Oh here we go.

Sting: Those things. Creeps me the heck out.

Rufus: However ugly I have committed it to memory.

Frosh jumped and turned jumping to Rogue.

Rogue: It's fine Frosh.

Ryu: Blood Serpents?

The serpents moved in towards Kagura and were about to attack. Kagura however dodged with the snakes crashing into the ground creating cracks.

Raito: They're stronger than they look!

Kagura was shocked to see their destructive power. He landed on the ground and corkscrewed out of the way of another attack.

Kagura: 'They're already so powerful.'

Aqua: You guys noticed it too right?

Keith: You mean the fact that she's just playing around? Yeah.

Keith: If that spell is anything like I think it is, then they can go a whole lot faster if she even moves a finger.

Wendy: Wait, you mean she's not even trying to control them right now?!

Ryu: Long answer no, short answer yeah. She's just using her thoughts to swing them around.

Kagura gripped the hilt of her blade before smashing it into a serpent. Though she expected it to disappear, it remained and crashed into her sending her into a wall.

Karma: You'll need much more than that to slay one of my Blood Serpents.

She got up from the attack with a more serious expression.

Natsu: Geez!!

Gajeel: Definitely didn't look like it tickled.

Juliet: But she was still able to get up.

Raito: She may be tough, but resilience won't win the battle.

Kagura: 'Right then. I can't afford to play games. My life is truly on the line this round.'

Kagura ran forward as the snakes went to her. Right as they were going to strike they were weighed down getting crushed into the ground.

Ryu: 'Gravity Magic huh? Looks like I have nothing to worry about then.'

Shojo: Mostly cause the last guy you fought with Gravity Magic was pretty much useless.

Logius: Yes Dragon Wings aren't so feeble that they can be weighed down by something as simple as gravity.

Kagura finally unsheathed her sword shocking some of the Mermaid Heel members. She swung it with a slash of light going straight through the snakes and towards Karma. There was a large explosion with some of the ground being sliced with everyone shocked.

Raito: Damn. She has some serious power.

Ryu: It's not enough though. Not even close.

Juliet: Huh?

At Team B the dust started to clear up more with them being shocked.

Laxus: No way.

Erza: It's not possible.

Natsu: Sh-She just-

The dust cleared up to reveal Karma in front of Kagura with her hand on her blade. Kagura was visibly shaken by this while Karma stood with a confident expression.

Karma: Alright, you managed to get by my little friends. That's a little of my respect to you.

Chapati: IMPOSSIBLE!! IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE KARMA BLOCKED KAGURA'S BLADE WITH HER BARE HAND!!

Glen: Oh yeah Karma!! That'll show her!!

Kagura: Y-You can't be human...

Karma: I'm only half. Now let's get this done with.

She pulled her fist back ready to attack. Kagura tried pulling away but her grip on the blade was fierce.

Karma: Blood Dragon: Claw!!

She nailed Kagura in the stomach making her spit out blood. Both Ryu and Raito's eyes shot open shocked.

Raito: Ok, so she held back a lot of strength.

Ryu: Yup.

Wendy: What is she?! Any normal person would have had their hands ripped off!

Ryu: The 6th Generation Dragon Slayers are anything but normal compared to other Generations.

Kagura stood back up a bit wobbly.

Kagura: 'I've never felt an attack so powerful in my life.'

Karma: Come on, I know you can do better than that.

She gritted her teeth and started swinging her sword at Karma. She dodged with ease with the blade not even grazing her.

Karma: 'Or maybe not, really can't tell with people that I've never actually seen fight seriously.'

She grabbed the katana again but this time flinging it out of Kagura's hands.

Karma: Well you have no weapon now. I'll end it quickly.

Her eyes glowed before blood covered both her hands.

Karma: Blood Dragon: Callus Fang!!

She slammed her hands into Kagura's side making her scream in agony.

Aqua: Damn that's brutal!

Ryu: No kidding!

Keith: Karma huh? She's definitely not someone I'd wanna dance the dance with.

She stopped with Kagura dropping to the ground.

Wendy: I-Is she...?

Ryu looked at her body.

Ryu: No, she's alive. A bit beat up but alive.

Karma: As for the bet, you're life is in my hand.

Kagura: ...Yes ma'am...

Kagura was still a bit shaken unable to stand.

Chapati: AND THAT'S IT!! Sabertooth takes the Victory!!!

Aqua: I've gotta admit, she had me fooled.

Ryu: Same here. With the amount of blood lust she showed I'm surprised she DIDN'T kill her.

Chapati: That ends off the Games Today! Here are the scores!

Fairy Tail Team A: 32

Ryu: Clean sweep for Fairy Tail? Anyone? Anyone at all?

The cheers roared through the crowd with the games closing.

Azure: This wasn't too bad, but we should be winning.

Karma jumped up to Sabertooth.

Karma: Yeah but the two of us and Rufus are the only ones that did anything.

Sting: That'll change when I get the chance for a brawl. Also, Master seems like he's pretty upset over there Karma.

They all looked to Jiemma at the stands who had a slightly dark aura radiating off of him. Karma face palmed seeing this.

Karma: Ugh, I knew I should've just killed her.

TIME SKIP!!

Hours had passed as Ryu was on the roof of the balcony fooling around with his Light Ray Magic.

Ryu: You know I only NOW realized, I HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO DO ANYTHING!

Raito: SUCKS TO BE YOU!

He hung upside down on the roof facing the rest of Team A.

Ryu: Screw off.

Wendy: I mean I couldn't do much either Ryu.

Ryu: Fair enough, but still you at least got us some points on the board.

Aqua: Don't worry you'll get your turn eventually.

Keith: Yeah, your kinda the ace in the hole for us. Plus if we face off against Sabertooth, they're bound to send out Azure.

Ryu: Alright alright.

Ryu sensed something in the back of his mind.

Ryu: The heck?

Aqua: What is it?

Ryu: You don't feel that?

Wendy: Feel what?

Ryu: ...Never mind. It's probably nothing.

Logius: 'Ryu-'

Ryu: Anyway, I'm gonna go for a walk.

Keith: Alright.

He kicked off the roof and flipped onto the ground. Soon he started walking around.

Shojo: What was that all about?

Ryu: I know I felt something around. It was really weird too.

He continued walking until he was at the colosseum.

Ryu: 'The arena?'

He walked in and saw a figure in a hood.

Ryu: YO, you know that the games are over for today right? Coming out here at this time is pretty pointless.

The person turned to him with the hood covering their face entirely.

???: You're...

Ryu sniffed the stranger and his eyes widened.

Ryu: 'Th-This guy smells weird. It's not like anything I've ever smelt before. But there's something else I just can't put my finger on.'

Ryu gained a more serious look.

Ryu: Who the hell are you?

The stranger only responded by getting in a fighting stance.

???: If you can manage not to be weak, then I'll consider answering.

Ryu: Alright then.

He smirked before disappearing. He appeared above the figure throwing a kick down. What surprised him was that the individual didn't dodge, but block the kick.

Ryu: 'That's no ordinary Wizard.'

???: Glad you realize it.

They pulled their hand back with Ryu seeing strange markings on it. That's when the mystery Wizard had purple energy glow around their hand.

Ryu: Woah.

She punched forward with Ryu kicking off of them avoiding the punch. And even though it didn't hit, there was a shockwave the destroyed a bit of the ground.

Ryu: DAMN!

???: Just as strong as I thought you'd be.

Ryu: Seriously, who the hell are you? I definitely would've noticed a magic power so great before, but it only happen now.

???: Everything will be explained soon enough. Just not yet though. One wrong move and things go even further south. I will return to explain.

The Wizard sprouted wings that looked demonic.

???: Just for now though, keep in you're mind that a storm is coming.

She flew away at high speeds with Ryu too confused to follow.

Shojo: 'A storm is coming?'

Logius: What could that mean?

Ryu: Well, nothing good.
