A/N: here's chapter ten for you

Somewhere in Crocus at night

Erza was walking around Crocus getting some fresh air and trying to clear her head because of how intense the Grand Magic Games are. 'I've been on S Rank missions that were less intense than this' she thought. As she continued walking she spotted a familiar blue haired male wearing a long blue cape, underneath he had a dark green overcoat with the collar pointing upwards he was also wearing dark grey pants and black boots. "Jellal"? Erza called out in a quite voice but loud enough to get the mans attention. The man turned around, as he faced Erza she could see his brown eyes and signature red tattoo above his left eye. "Erza why are you out here so late, shouldn't you be resting for tomorrow"? Jellal asked. "Yes but I needed some fresh air". Erza replied as a small smile appeared on her face, 'at least he's okay but what is he doing here' she thought. "Jellal what are you doing here"? She asked as she voiced her thoughts.  

"I'm searching for any clues on Zeref so I can removed his presence from Fiore so no one will have to experience what we did when we were kids". He said looking at Erza with regret in his eyes for the pain he has caused her."I see, why not join Fairy Tail we can help you and I think there are some people in Fairy Tail that have the same goal as you". Erza said as she smile trying to convince Jellal to join."Thank you for the offer but I must refuse because I don't believe I am worth of being in a guild like Fairy Tail. What I have done to you and others is unforgivable and as such I must atone for my sins by doing this alone". Jellal stated looking down not wanting to look at Erza anymore as painful memories kept coming back of what he did. 

*SMACK* Jellal put a hand on his right check were Erza had just slapped him, he looked back at her as she had tears in her eyes. "You idiot! Do you understand what your doing is suicide, I know your a strong wizard but this isn't just about you this is also about the people who cared for you. When you were taken away after we stopped Nirvana my heart broke at the thought of possibly never getting to see you again. I just want you too enjoy life for once and stop thinking you have to make up for things that weren't your fault to begin with". Erza cried as the tears begin to fall like a waterfall at this point. 

Jellal moved closer to Erza and embraced her, Erza flinched slightly at the contact but began to cry on Jellal's shoulder. "Erza I'm really sorry for everything that I have done to you in the past, and I'm sorry for only thinking about myself in this situation and not about you. How about this after I finish up my investigation, I'll see if I can talk to Master Makarov about joining Fairy Tail ". Jellal said trying not to cry himself. Erza nodded and said she would talk to the master about Jellal joining the guild.

"Goodnight Jellal". Erza said kissing him on the cheek and walking back to where Fairy Tail were staying while blushing. Jellal stood there stunned for a few moments but smiled and began walking away with a little blush on his face. 

The next morning

The second day of the Grand Magic Games had began with a race but on a moving vehicle. The race was close between the first and fifth places. At the back we have Natsu, Gajeel and Sting the three dragon slayers for this competition trying not to puke their guts out because of their montion sickness. Sting asked Natsu why he fought so hard for such a weak guild then Natsu explained in an impassioned speech that Fairy Tail was more than a guild that it was a family to him and he would do anything to protect them. This moved the announcers as well as the crowd seeing how passionate Natsu was for his guild. Natsu came in sixth, Gajeel came seventh and Sting last because he quit. 

The second round of fighting was that interesting until Elfman beat Baccus and Quatro Cerberus had to change their name to Quatro Puppy. 

The next fight was between Kagura Mikazuchi and Yukino Agria. Kagura beat Yukino fairly easily but Yukino was impressive using her Celestial Magic well and also using the extremely rare thirteenth golden gate key Ophiuchus but in the end Kagura sliced through it with her sword Archenemy and defeating Yukino.

Back at the hotel 

Team Natsu and Daniel's team were in Team Natsu's room chatting about random topics when there was a knock at the door, Daniel got up and opened the door to find Yukino standing there wearing different clothes than before with a look of sadness on her face and her cheeks stained red as it looked like she had been crying. 

"Hello Yukino come in". Daniel said standing aside allowing Yukino to enter the room."Hello Yukino, why are you here"? Lucy asked."Well as you know I lost my fight today against Kagura of Mermaid Heel, and as a result of my defeat I was kicked out of Sabertooth for being weak". Yukino said tears once again fell from her eyes. Natsu and Daniel looked angry 'what kind of guild kicks someone out just because they lost a fight' Natsu thought."I came here to give you my gate keys Lucy because I know you'll look after them better than I ever could". Yukino said trying to hand Lucy her gate keys but Lucy stopped Yukino and lightly pushed her hand back to her.

"I cannot accept them, they are your spirits, scratch that they're your friends Yukino and it would be right to separate them from you". Lucy said smiling at Yukino."But I don't deserve to have them I'm weak and they deserve to be with someone strong". Yukino cried as the tears just wouldn't stop flowing. 

"You are not weak because you lost one fight, you learn more from loses than you do from victories. We as humans are weak by nature by with friends and family around us and helping us when we need them the most that is when we become strong". Daniel said placing a hand on Yukino's shoulder, everyone in the room nodded in agreement. Yukino looked up at Daniel then to everyone else, no one had treated her this nicely before."Now stay here, me and Natsu are just going to have a chat with your former guild". Daniel said looking at Natsu who just nodded and they walked out of the hotel looking for Sabertooth.

At the Sabertooth hotel

*BANG* everyone in Sabertooth that was asleep was woken up by the front doors to their hotel being smashed off their hinges. Everyone came rushing out to see what the commotion was to see standing in the hall way two Fairy Tail wizards one with short spiky salmon pink hair and the other with short auburn hair looking very pissed off.

"ALL RIGHT WHICH ONE OF YOU SAD SACKS OF SHIT IS THE GUILD MASTER"! The H/C haired male bellowed. Then a very tall man with tanned skin and extremely muscular physique, the male also had long white hair which is tied together fairly neatly in a braid style at the back of his head. The male also had a large thick beard and moustache that covered the lower portion of his face. The male was wearing a short mildly loose dark kimono with lighter edges and cuffs.   "That would be me, who do you two think you are barging into Sabertooth's hotel". The old man said with a deep and commanding voice . 

"You kicked one of your guild members out just because she lost a fight"! Natsu yelled as everyone in Sabertooth looked shocked.'How do they know about Yukino ' Sting thought. "I don't have time to deal with this, Dobengal take them out". The man said as he turned his back to Daniel and Natsu."Yes sir". A man with brown hair wearing a ninja costume said. "Just like you Jiemma, getting others to do your work for you. Sacred of taking on some Fairies or is it that your just scared of me after out last encounter". Daniel said looking smug while Jiemma turned around and looked at the auburn haired male with pure rage and hatred.

"What did you say"! Jiemma boomed looking at Daniel with an icy glare. "I said...". Daniel started when a black magic beam came towards him, he dodged it easily. "Ah still not fully recovered from the thrashing I gave you eight years ago. Such a shame really you preach that power is everything but you can beat some no name weak fairy. Are you really strong or are you covering up for your own weakness by ruling this guild through fear". Daniel said shocking everyone in the guild at how he was talking to the master of the strongest guild. Daniel continued his speech by saying "I see your arm hasn't fully recovered after I absolutely crushed it". Daniel finished his little speech by firing a blast of magic energy at Jiemma which sent the tall guild master back a couple of steps. 

Just then the doors flew open and a slim young woman of average height with raven black hair that flowed down to her lower back she has olive green eyes. The woman was wearing a strapless blue dress that is very reminiscent of a Cheongsam, there was a large slit at the lower portion of the dress that shows off her left leg walked in stunning  everyone. She had bright red lips and blue eyeshadow on. "Damn she's almost as attractive as Ultear ' Daniel thought. "You really think you can talk to some like my father so casually you pathetic fairy". The woman stated with an icy glare. "Considering I gave your father good old fashioned beat down years ago I'm pretty sure I qualify for the right to treat him like the colossal sack of shit he is". Daniel replied as he seemed unfazed by the woman's glare.  

"Ah Minerva your back". Jiemma said. "Yes father, the mission was easy so I came here to assist the guild in proving why we are the strongest". Minerva replied "I like reunions but I'm kind busy here so..." Y/N said as he began to build his magical pressure. Everyone was in shock, including Natsu, Minerva, Jiemma, Rogue and Sting, at just how powerful Daniel really was. The building began to shake and large cracks appeared on the floor and around the building. Some members were even forced to the floor because of how heavy the pressure Daniel  gave off was. Everyone stared at Daniel with fear, except for Jiemma who just looked impressed that someone he thought was weak was in fact this strong. 

"IF YOU EVER PULL WHAT YOU PULLED WITH YUKINO WITH ANYONE ELSE I WILL MAKE HELL LOOK LIKE A PARADISE AM I CLEAR! Daniel bellowed at Jiemma who just nodded his head but didn't think much of the threat. Minerva looked at Daniel with fear because of the amount of magic power he was giving off but also with intrigue. 'I wonder how strong he is, plus he's really handsome. He might just be perfect ' she thought."Damn how are you that strong"? Natsu asked.

Daniel just lowered his magical pressure back down to normal, the building stopped shaking so violently and everyone who was forced to the ground could now stand back up. "Good, now please don't make me come back here as aside from your dragon slayers and Minerva you all smell disgusting". Daniel said as he turned around and walked out with Natsu giving the members of Sabertooth on last menacing glare before following Daniel back to where Fairy Tail was staying.
