Hello there!!! And welcome to a very fangirly, or fanguyy, chapter! Lots of lovey dovy crap . . . . . just minding not really. There is a little, but not a whole lot. But anyway, I would like to dedicate this chapter to herbirds! She is a new voter! Yay! Love you herbirds! Love you guys! Enjoy the chapter!

They finally arrived to the festival, and Natsu was still passed out from his landing at the volcano.

"You're here!" Called an extremely excited Mirajane. "Finally!"

"Yeah, yeah we know Mira, we had a bit of a hold up." Lucy said as she bounced Natsu as he started to slip.

"What happened to him?" Mirajane asked while pointing to him.

"He jumped from the top." Erza explained. "And landed on his stomach."

"Smart." Mirajane said as she nodded sarcastically.

"Yeah, and then right after that he passed out." Lucy said.

"Well hopefully he'll wake up soon." Mira said. "We want him to miss out on the food and the rest of the festival." Then suddenly Natsu jumped up off of Lucy and started running to some booths.

"What the hell was that about?" Levy asked, leaning into Gajeel to whisper it to him.

"Food was mentioned." Gajeel said.

"Don't stand between him and food, ever." Jellal said.

"Why?" Erza asked him.

"I did that one time, scariest shit I've ever seen." Jellal said as she took his hand and started to lead him to the festival.

"Yeah, he fucked you up so bad." Gray said as he was getting pulled by a very excited Juvia.

"Yeah that was funny!" Gajeel said as Levy tried again to drag the tall man with her into the festival but was not having any luck once again.

"No that wasn't! Now shut up we don't talk about that." Jellal said as turning around to glare at the two boys who were laughing really hard at him.

"Come on Gajeel please stop being an asshole." Levy said giving Gajeel a cute puppy dog face.

"Well since you asked nicely this time." Gajeel said and let Levy drag him towards the others, while Lucy stayed behind.

"Is something wrong?" Natsu asked coming out of nowhere, and scared the crap out of the poor blonde.

"Ahhhh! Where the hell did you come from?" She asked him.

"I saw you were staying back here, is everything okay?" He asked again.

"Yeah I was enjoying silence for a moment before it gets too loud." Lucy said, only explaining part of the problem.

"Oh yeah festival on land are always the loudest." Natsu said, as they started walking in the direction of their friends. "But they're always worth the headache."

"Like you?" Lucy said teasing him.

"Hey!" Natsu yelled at her playfully, and all Lucy could do was laugh.

"Well you sorta are." Lucy said after she caught her breath.

"You think I'm worth it?" Natsu asked.

"I-I-I . . . . t-that's not w-what I meant!" Lucy said stuttering as she blushed hardcore, and this time it was Natsu's turn to laugh.

"I'm just teasing you." He said poking her cheek with his finger, and she swatted his hand away, but instead of him removing his hand from her personal space he grabbed a hold of hers.

"Umm, Natsu?" Lucy asked she stared at their hands.

"Yeah?" He asked in response.

"Why are you holding my hand?" Lucy asked still not looking at him.

"Well this is my first time here in Fiore, I don't want to get lost." Natsu said as some pink showed up on his cheeks a little.

"Smooth." Lucy complimented him.

"Thank you." He said and they laughed a little.

"What's so funny?" Mirajane asked from only inches from behind the two.

"Ahhhhh!" They both screamed.

"What the hell Mira?" Lucy screamed at her.

"Don't use that tone with my name." Mira told her, giving her an evil eye, and Lucy calmed down a bit.

"What do you want Mira?" Lucy asked.

"I just wanted to give you this." Mira said handing her a brown sack. "It's for doing the job I gave you today."

"What job?" Lucy asked and Mira nodded to Natsu as he tried to see what was in the bag, to busy to notice what Mira was talking about, Lucy's cheeks then lit up like the fourth of July. "Oh."

"Yes, and well I suppose I should probably leave you guys along so that you can enjoy the festival together." Mira said as she walked away, Lucy then looked down and saw Natsu was starting to get into the bag and she slapped his hand away.

"Ow!" Natsu said as he rubbed his hand.

"Stay out of my stuff." Lucy told him.

"Fine." Natsu grumbled, and they continued to walk down the streets enjoying the festival and playing games here and there and right as the night started to calm down someone grabbed the back of his collar slapping a hand over his mouth and pulled him backwards quietly into an alleyway; while Lucy continued walking, not knowing what was happening to Natsu. Natsu then reached around behind his head and grabbed the back of his kidnappers shirt and flung him over Natsu's body making the man land on his back with a loud 'thud'.

"What the hell Salamander, it's me, calm the fuck down!" The kidnapper said and started getting up.

"Gajeel?" Natsu asked as he was finally off the ground. "What the hell is wrong with you? You know better then to sneak up on  a goddamn assassin!"

"Shut your trap already would you?" Jellal asked right behind Natsu.

"What the hell do you guys want?" Natsu growled.

"First of all for you to lose that damn attitude." Gray said.

"You want to fight me right now?" Natsu said as they got ready to fight.

"Enough we got to hurry." Gajeel said as he and Jellal dragged them down to the other end of the alley.

"What do you mean? Hurry for what?" Natsu asked.

"We ran into Cana earlier and she said that we could each get something from her booth for free if we wanted to, and were planning to get something for the girls." Gajeel said, as they rounded a corner and headed towards the end of the street where Cana's booth was.

"And who's idea was this?" Natsu asked wanting to tease them, and Gray's face lit up. "Oh so you're interested in one of them aren't you?"

"And you aren't?" Gray said back.

"As a matter of fact I am." He told him as they got to the booth.

"Well, well, well," Cana said as she walked up to meet the boys at the front. "Look who finally showed up."

"Sorry we would have been here sooner if this dipshit would have stayed with the group." Gray said, pointing to Natsu.

"Now you're really asking for it." Natsu said rolling his sleeves up.

"Not right now." Gajeel said as he slapped the back of Natsu's head.

"Grrrr." Natsu growled and looked over at Cana.

"Alright you guys can each pick one thing to remember this place by, but steer clear of the more expensive stuff, I don't need you guys taking that shit." Cana said as she started drinking from a very large mug, And pretty much finished it off in one gulp. The boys looked at everything on the table but as soon as they saw them, they knew that that's what the girls would want.

"Are you sure?" Cana asked as the boys picked up the small items.

"Yeah." They all said.

"Alright." Cana said waving them off. "Well enjoy the rest of the festival."

"Thanks Cana!" They all said as they walked away waving as well. After awhile they finally caught sight of the girls and they were looking around, looking for the boys.

"Hello ladies." Natsu said as they walked up behind them, presents in hiding in their hands

"What the hell! Where the fuck have you guys been?" Erza yelled at them, while she summoned a sword, a big one at that.

"Damn she's got a mouth." Gray said as they all cowered down in fear from the furious redhead.

"And a sword." Natsu added, while they held each other.

"What was that?" Erza asked the two, with fire burning in her eyes.

"We went and got you girls presents." They all said still fearing what may come next from the red haired beast.

"Oh, you did?" Erza asked calming down a bit from the information that she was just given.

"Wait how did you guys get us gifts, if you don't have any money?" Levy asked.

"Yeah, how exactly did that happen?" Erza said getting a little pissy again.

"Cana said we could each take one thing from her booth." Jellal said not to scared from Erza's crazy side.

"As something to remember this place by." Gajeel said.

"So we took the opportunity to get you girls something." Natsu said.

"Oh, that's so sweet." Lucy said.

"What did you get us exactly?" Juvia asked.

"Turn around and we'll show you." Gray told her, remembering the words Juvia told the boys earlier.

"Fine, just don't get on our shoulders, I don't know how well that would work out." Juvia said.

"Not very good." Levy whispered to Juvia referring to Gajeel.

"I heard that." Gajeel told her as they turned around and they giggled to themselves, then after a moment the boys put something over the girl's heads and around their neck; it was the necklaces that the girls had been eyeballing earlier that day.

"What? How did you guys know?" Erza asked as she lightly touched the silver sword hanging around her neck.

"You looked pretty interested in them earlier." Gray said.

"We wanted to pay you back for saving us, but didn't really know how to." Natsu said scratching the back of his head.

"So when Cana said that we could take a souvenir, we took the opportunity to get you girls something." Gajeel said.

"Thank you!" The girls yelled and tackled the boys to the ground.

"You really didn't have to do that." Lucy said.

"Yeah but we didn't want to do nothing for saving our lives." Natsu said sitting up. And the other sat up, and then the girls remembered something.

"Oh shit!" They all said in union and started pulling the boys to their feet and started taking off down the street, with the boys running behind them.

"What now?" Gajeel asked.

"There one more surprise that we want to do with you guys today." Erza said, running towards the lake.

"What are we going to do in the water?" Gray asked.

"Not in it." Juvia said.

"Huh?" The boys hummed wondering what the girls were talking about, but as they approached the lake a board walk came into view. As they got onto it they slowed down and sat down with their legs hanging off the edge.

"Come on guys, sit down." Levy said, and they sat down next to the girls.

"What are we waiting for?" Natsu asked as he yawned, then all of a sudden there was a loud explosion and they looked up at the sound.

"That." Lucy said, there were fireworks going off everywhere in the sky, colors of blue, red, pink, and yellow, dancing around; the boys laid down and so did the girls, curling up into the boy's sides.

"This got to be one of our most exciting adventures that we've been on." Gray said.

"What other kind of adventures have you been on?" Juvia asked.

"To many to tell all in one night." Gajeel told her.

"Will guys tell us at least a couple?" Levy asked.

"Maybe some other time." Jellal said.

"Promise?" Erza asked.

"Yeah." All the boys replied, except Natsu, who was sleeping.

"Natsu?" Lucy asked as she shook him slightly awake.

"Hmm?" Natsu hummed as he woke up a bit.

"Do you promise me to tell me all about you adventures, one day?" She asked him.

"Of course." He whispered as he fell back asleep, and Lucy just giggled at him and continued to watch the firework show.

After about an hour of fireworks, the girls started heading home.

"So where are we going to be staying Jellal asked, but before any of the girls could answer Mira came out of nowhere.

"You boys are going to be staying with the girls." She said plainly, like it was no big deal.

"We are?" The boy asked getting a little red in the face.

"They are?" The girls yelled, angrily at the white haired 'angel'.

"Yes they are." Mira said glaring at the girls and they stepped back from her a bit in fear.

"Scary." They said, and Mira turned back to the guys.

"You're going to be staying with the girl's places tonight, and tomorrow you will be dropped off on the mainland." Mira explained the plan to them, they were to stay with the girls and then tomorrow the girls will take them to the shore, saying goodbye for good.

"Well night guys!" Mira said and walked home.

"Well this is going to be fun." Levy whispered under her breath, and the girls agreed.

"Well come on guys it's pretty late as it is, we should probably sleep, since we have a long journey ahead of us tomorrow." Erza said.

"Yeah." Gajeel said. "Hey how are we going to get to land tomorrow? Are we going to swim all the way?"

"Nope." Levy answered.

"Well how are we going to get there then?" Jellal asked.

"You'll see." Erza said and they all went their separate ways to their homes, setting up a bed for the boys and they all went to sleep, not wanting the night to turn into day and force the boys away from the island, but the boys kept reminding themselves, that it's for the girls safety.
