'It was a wonderful day today' Lucy thought as she looked through the window. Once she looked through it her day was immediately ruined....She saw the Sakura Tree that they onced planted on the forest bloomed with a rich pink color which reminded her of him.

You're probably asking "Why would her day be ruined because of a Sakura Tree? If I were to see a Sakura Tree I'd be delighted!" It ain't that simple to answer, so let's go to the past where everything began.

~Flashback~

It was day time and a couple decided to plant a Sakura Tree to commemorate their love for each other and for there soon to be child.

The male did most of the work, for he didn't want he's wife to get tired and such. Once he have finished planting they gave each other a sweet kiss on the lips and stared at the sapling.

Time went on and each and everyday the couple watered the plant together. One day the male had to go away and leave he's wife and soon to be child. The female felt like it was wrong to let him go so she protested and didn't let him go.

"Natsu, please don't go. I have a bad feeling about you going to this job" Lucy said in a worried tone "Lucy, I'll be fine. I promise, now let go and I'll be back in a few weeks kay? I'll be there for you and Nashi." Natsu said to Lucy and reassured her

Lucy knew that if she let go something might happen but she believes in Natsu so she let go.

More time went on and Natsu still hasn't come back. Lucy is now worried for it is almost time for her to give birth to their child.

Soon Nashi was born without her father being there. Lucy smiled at the baby girl and saud to herself 'Wow she looks jsut like me but with Natsu's hair color' she giggled in her mind. She couldn't wait long for Natsu to come back from his job.

But soon she got a letter that said that Natsu went missing. She couldn't believe this and went to the Guild to ask the master to tell her that this must be a mistake. Master looked at her and looked away the only words that came out of his mouth was "I'm sorry". She kneels down and cried her eyes out. She didn't know what to do, what would she do with Nashi? Thid was all so sudden but she knew that she could pull it through.

Everyday in her life she would always look at the Sakura Tree and remember him. Tjis devastated her and almost made her chop that tree down.

Soon Nashi grown to be 5 years old girl and looked up to her father, for so many people have told her stories of him.

~Flashback ended~

Lucy sighed and went out to water the tree. Nashi went out too, for she wanted to help her mother. "Mama, why is it that you look at this Tree with your eyes filled with sorrow?" Nashi asked he mother. Lucy started at the Tree and then at Nashi, she smiled at her and said "It's nothing to be worried about Sweetheart. Come on let's go back in side. So they went inside.

Lucy looked back at the Tree and said "I miss you, Natsu" with a tear fall from her eye....

"I miss you too, Lucy" a man said hiding behind the Sakura Tree soon he fled away and left a letter at the foot of the tree.
