A/N: here's chapter 5 for you guys 

In Oshibana Train Station 

Mavis looked around the platform in shock and fear. 'There's so many of them, no way we could win unless... ' Mavis thought as she was thinking about multiple ways to beat Eisenwald."Really you sat there for gods knows how long and that is the best insult you can come up with 'flies' really"? Y/N said as he shook his head, this cause the embers of Eisenwald to become angry and charge at Y/N only to be stopped by a blast of wind that came from Erigor."Hold on guys before you attack them I believe they have something that belongs to us". Erigor said as he held out his hand expecting Y/N to hand over the lullaby flute. 

"You looking for a low five there Erigor or...". Olivia said causing Y/N and Gray to start laughing and Erigor to snarl and yell at Y/N "Just give me the fucking flute before I kill you and your pathetic friends". Y/N and the group, besides Mavis who was still think about strategies, to become angry with Zeref yelling "If you want your dumb flute then come and get it"! Erigor then left from his seat and lunged for Y/N only for Y/N to jump out of the way and Erigor to fly up and float behind the group."Guys I've got an idea". Mavis said as the group turned to her, listening to what she would say next."What's your idea Mavis"? Erza asked with curiosity. Mavis smiled and said "Well my idea will help us win this fight without spending too much magical energy". Everyone was eager to hear what Mavis's plan was. As Mavis finished up her plan the group nodded and got into their fighting stances. 

Y/N then let out a primal roar and charged at Erigor who had flown off and stood behind the members of Eisenwald. The members charged at Y/N but were quickly tossed aside by a sharp storm of dark blue diamonds. The remaining scattered forces of Eisenwald were quickly dispatched by Erza and Gray. Zeref was having his hand full with black haired male that Y/N fought on the train."You flies really are a pest, you think your so strong just because your in a legal guild". The man taunted causing Zeref to become angry and punch the man with a fully charged Fire Dragon Iron Fist knocking the man unconscious."Never insult Fairy Tail again". Zeref said with venom dripping from his words. 

Y/N and Erigor were going blow for blow, Erigor then knocked Y/N back with his scythe causing a sizeable slash on Y/N chest. (A/N: think of the scar on Sagat's chest in Street Fighter) Y/N yelled in pain, Erigor then laughed before yelling "Storm Mail". Erigor then laughed before adding "Nothing can get through my Storm Mail you flies are finished". He then laughed again. Zeref and Gray started to fire a combination of ice and fire attacks at Erigor who just floated there and laughed at the attempts made by Gray and Zeref. Olivia, Erza and Mavis rushed to Y/N side, who was still writhing in pain, with a look of concern and sadness."Come on Y/N get up". Mavis said with tears in the corner of her eyes."Get up Y/N please". Erza begged as she started to cry."Stand up Y/N, you can't let this bastard kill you". Olivia said as she began to well up with tears."Don't worry I don't plan on dying just yet". Y/N said in a raspy voice as he shakily stood up and a dark blue magic circle appeared in front of his hands. "Water Dragon Raging Torrent"! Y/N yelled as powerful stream of water shot out of his hands at lightning speed and connected with Erigor sending him flying into the wall of the station and breaking his storm mail.

Erigor looked at Y/N with shock 'no one has ever destroyed my storm mail before ' he thought before yelling at Y/N "Damn it why didn't you die, that slash from my scythe should have killed you"! Y/N let out a pained laugh before replying "I'm too stubborn to die". "Crystal Dragon Amber Crash"! Olivia yelled as she punched Erigor in the face knocking him unconscious. "Damn Olivia where did you come from"? Zeref asked as he helped Y/N stand by using his body to support Y/N's."When Y/N hit Erigor with his attack I snuck around and then struck when the time was right". Olivia said with a smug grin on her face."Well anyway let's get him and his guild out of here and also give this to the magic council so they can lock it away". Erza said but she couldn't find the Lullaby flute."Where is the Lullaby flute"? Erza asked as Y/N opened pulled out the flute out of his pant pocket and said with pained tone of voice. "I got it, we can give to the master when we get back to the guild". Erza nodded as everyone left Oshibana station. 

Back at Fairy Tail

The guild was lively as ever with people shouting and drinking, however by the bar it was relatively peaceful. Cana was drinking alcohol straight from the barrel and Mirajane, Lisanna, Meredy and Ultear were talking to each other. The guild doors swung open to reveal a woman with long pitch black hair carrying a male with white hair on her back. The woman ran into the guild hall and towards the infirmary, this caused everyone to become confused but Ultear, Mira, Lisanna, Cana and Makarov ran towards the infirmary. 

Fairy Tail Infirmary 

Olivia placed Y/N carefully onto one of the beds in the infirmary, the doors then swung open to reveal a set of panicking faces."Olivia what happened to Y/N"? Ultear said as she ran to be at her boyfriend's side."Well we went with Erza on that mission she asked us to help her with and ended up fighting the Eisenwald guild". Olivia began as the group of Mirajane, Lisanna and Cana gasped and Makarov looked shocked."We managed to win but Y/N got slashed across the chest by Erigor's scythe". Olivia added causing the three females to start crying but a pained laugh came from Y/N's bed as everyone rushed to see what he was laughing about. 

"What's so funny about you almost dying Y/N"! Cana half yelled as she was still crying."We won plus I got us a souvenir". Y/N croaked out as he reached into his pocket and grabbed the lullaby flute, Makarov's eyes widened as he recognised the flute and looked sternly at Y/N and asked "Y/N my child where did you get this flute"? "I took it from one of the members of Eisenwald, I thought we could give it to the council and have them take care of it". Y/N croaked out again as he shut his eyes causing Mirajane, Lisanna and Cana to panick again but Olivia put her hand up and said. "Stop panicking he's okay he just needs to rest, as a dragon slayer he will be healed in no time". This caused the girls to breath a sigh of relief.  

Somewhere far away from Magonlia 

In a dimly lit guild hall a man with long black hair reaching down to the middle of his back was munching down on pieces of scarp metal while other guild members were doing their thing. "Hey Gajeel Master Jose needs you for something". A man wearing a red jacket with black and white hair done in a pony tail said as he approached the long black haired male."Fine I'll hear what he has to say". Gajeel said as he begrudgingly got up and walked to the guild masters office. When he reached the office he saw the guild master waiting for him with his back to him. "I'm here Master Jose what do you want"? Gajeel asked in a rough sounding voice. Jose then let out a shirt chuckle before replying. "I want you to pay Fairy Tail a visit". Gajeel then grinned in a sinister fashion.
