Chapter Five: The Village Of Sorciere
Eek! I'm really excited to go shopping with my friends. Well, after I go to Disneyland. Eek! I'm going to Disneyland! When you guys get this, I would already be to Disneyland, so it's not really exciting anymore. Oh, well...

Natsu's POV:
"Natsu, I'm so exhausted," Lucy complained. We were walking to the cliff that Aquarius told us to go. We weren't informed that the trip was going to take a while, so we decided to sprint. By doing so, we lost a lot of energy. Especially, Lucy.
"Mister, can I use your head as my bed? Your hair is surprising comfortable," Petunia said.
"I don't know why you would ask that question. I mean, you're already using it as your bed." Petunia fiddled with my hair and took a nice, long nap. I looked over at Lucy and she made a loud yawn.
"Climb on my back, Lucy. I'll carry you." I walked in front of her and kneeled.
"What? No, you shouldn't do that. I'm really heavy..." Lucy muttered.
"I promise to not drop you. You look really tired and you need some rest." After encouraging her for a few minutes, she was willing to accept my offer. Hesitantly, she wrapped her arms over my shoulder and I carried the bottom of her thigh. She held me tightly as I stood up from the ground.
"You promised not to drop me. So, you better keep that promise," Lucy said demandingly. I made a soft chuckle and walked to the nearest place where we can take shelter for the night.
I kept on searching and saw a cloud of smoke over a small village nearby. I walked to the village and was greeted by many friendly people. The shops were busy, the children were having fun, what a splendid place to live in.
"I think I can walk now, Natsu. My feet aren't hurting as much as before. Plus, I want to take a look around myself." I stopped walking and carefully set her down. Lucy eagerly went to look at the beautiful jewelry the old women was selling.

Lucy's POV:
"Welcome, child. Would you like to buy one of my jewelries? I'm not getting younger anytime soon and I would like to give out my most valuable possessions. You seem like a beautiful women. Where's your husband?" The lady asked. Natsu ran up to me and placed his hand on my shoulder.
"I'm her husband," Natsu answered. The lady looked shocked when he saw him.
"Oh, my! You must be Prince Dra-"
"Natsu. It's just just Natsu." The lady looked skeptical, but minded her own business. A prince? Why would a lady call Natsu a prince?
"Well, is there anything you like?" The women asked nicely. I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at all the beautiful merchandise. I kept looking around and found a golden ring with a rose gem. Natsu took notice of that and bought the ring from the lady.
"Natsu, you didn't have to buy it. I was just looking around." He gently took my hand and slid the shiny ring onto my index finger. I stared at it in awe.
"A ring like that deserves to be worn by a beautiful girl like yourself," Natsu said with his charming smile of his. The speed of my heart was intensifying. He called me beautiful. The words kept replaying in my head and I don't want it to stop.
"Thank you, Natsu," I said softly.
"Hold on just a second! Are you flirting with Lucy, mister? I never gave you such a permission." Petunia scrubbed Natsu's hair, which made him a little uncomfortable. I laughed when Natsu struggled to get Petunia off his head.
"Petunia, I think that's enough," I said in between laughs. Petunia listened to my command and roughly sat back down on Natsu's head.
"Humph! Let's keep moving. Ooh! There's a fish shop right over there! Can we go there? Please, can we go there?" Petunia begged. Natsu groaned in annoyance and walked over to where the fish shop was. Meanwhile, I decided to explore more of the area, since I knew my way back. As I was walking, I saw a middle-aged woman, who approached me and showed me a picture of two young girls who I assumed were her daughters.
"Pardon me for asking, but have you by any chance seen two girls running along the village? I've asked so many people, but they weren't able to help me." I took the picture from her hand and looked at sketching very closely. It was hard to identify the people at first, since it was only hand-drawn. However, after examining the drawing very throughly...
"Strange, they look very familiar, and yet I never met them my entire life." I gave the picture back to her and she looked at her two girls. The woman let out a single tear and wiped it away quickly.
"Please, if you do find them, can you bring them back to me? They're really important to me and my husband. You have no idea how long I've been trying to find these two girls. You said they look familiar to you, right? If you don't mind, can you keep the picture for now? Maybe you'll remember who they are and you can be able to tell me." The woman gave me back the picture and I put it away for safekeeping. She gave me a small smile and went on with her business. I felt bad for the lady. She lost both of her daughters and she wasn't able to find them. Mom was right. The world is such a cruel place.
"Oi, Lucy! Can you help me out here? You're cat is being a pest," Natsu said, trying to get the fish out of Petunia's mouth. Subconsciously, I formed a tiny smile and just stared at the two them.
But I'm so glad I left my tower...

Next Update: When I have time...
Hola! I know it's been quite some time, but I'm back! Unfortunately, I might be gone again. I'm preparing to get my high school schedule, which is on April 28. I also have a lot of homework and tests that I need to do, so I apologize for that.
