Birds chirping echoed through the dark forest. A little girl was going home from her friend.
The girl never liked the darkness, but she still did it because she wanted to be able to talk to her friend.
The girl hugged herself and tried to cover herself up. The night breeze was a real pain that night and it did everything in it's power to make her freeze and scared. The way the wind struck the trees made the girl uneasy.
The ten year old girl swallowed hard as she was following the road.
"Always, and I mean always, follow the road. Never sidetrack." That is what her mother told her everyday.
She jumped as something big moved to her left and when she turned, nothing was there. She could feel a chill run down her spine and she continued to walk, determined that she wasn't going to cry.
A growl echoed through her right and she stopped dead, facing a pair of hungry merciless eyes.
She backed and tears was stinging in her eyes. She stumbled and fell. She landed on her butt as a giant wolf walked out from the darkness. It's piercing red eyes was pasted on her. It snarled and showed it's dangerously sharp teeth.
The girl's eyes widen and she started to crawl backwards.
The wolf growled in anger and took firm steps at her.
It started circling her, preventing her from getting anywhere.
The girl screamed and the wolf took off at her.
It jumped and the girl screamed and covered herself with her arms, trying to protect herself.
Suddenly the ground shook and the wolf flew upwards in the speed of light and a sudden wind appeared on it's left side and a powerful wave soared through the air. The wolf howled in agony and it flew in the speed of light in a tree.
The girl held her breath and her face paled.
Someone walked up to where the wolf had been standing and the girl looked at him.
A boy with black hair, going to his shoulder, stood with his hands in his baggy pants. His eyes were purple and he wore black baggy pants with a grey shirt.
The boy let his eyes fall on the girl, probably in his age, and he scanned her appearance. She was wearing a ice blue dress with a dark blue bow on the chest area. Her hair was ice blue and her eyes was as ice blue as her dress.
"You-" he began but was cut off as a howl emerged from the wolf.
The boy snapped his head at the wolf and took out his hands from his pockets.
"Amazing, he looks so cool." The girl thought with big eyes.
"Run." The boy simply said.
The girl gave him a surprised face.
"But-"
"Just run!" The boy said but the girl shook her head and stood up.
"I will help." She said in determination.
He gave her a weird look.
"How can a human help me?" He said and raised his eyebrow.
She smiled.
The wolf took off.
"Suit yourself then." The boy said and raised his hands.
He brought them downwards and the wolf crashed down on the ground with a loud howl.
The girl took a deep breath and closed her eyes. She brought her hands forward and a large blue ring appeared under her and a scythe appeared in her hands. The boy looked surprised but continued to hold the wolf down.
The girl took off and jumped. She swung her scythe as she did a front flip over the wolf.
She landed on her knee, one hand down on the ground and one holding the scythe.
The wolf howled as it was split half. Blood flew everywhere and the girl stood up.
"Thank you." The girl said and gave him a smile.
"Hmpf, I can't believe that I saved a girl that can clearly save herself." The boy said and shook his head and then looked at her. "But you did good."
The girl gave him a big smile.
They tensed as howls and movements was heard in the woods.
The girl brought her scythe closer to her body and the boy looked around, trying to find the source of the sound.
Five or six wolves jumped out from the woods and the girl and the boy's face hardened. The wolves jumped at them and the girl swung her scythe, blocking the wolf's claws. The boy lifted up a wolf with his magic and the wolf was being thrown like rag doll at the other wolves that was trying to avoid it. The girl and boy backed in to each other and stood with their backs against each other as the wolves surrounded them.
The girl ran and dodged through the wolves, holding her scythe in her hands.
The boy brought two fingers in front of him.
"Su te ni he rok." The boy chanted and a strong wind emerged from him and the wolves fell to the ground.
The girl swung her scythe as she ran In a circle around the boy, slicing their heads off.
Her hair whipped in the wind and blood splattered all over her face.
She stopped dead when a wolf tried to grab her. She jumped over it and pressed the scythe down in it's back. The wolf growled and then fell to the ground, stone dead. The girl landed and the scythe disappeared.
She fixed her hair and then turned around.
The boy was standing with his hands in his pockets again.
The girl walked up to him.
"Thank you for the help." She said and gave him a smile.
The boy examined the girl's bloody face.
"Are you hurt?" He simply asked her.
She shook her head.
"No, I'm fine. And you?"
"Heh, like a pack of wolves are going to kill me." The boy said and smirked.
The girl laughed and held out her hand.
"What's your name?" She asked him and gave him a big smile.
"Yinsh." He said and shook her hand.
"My name is Yanga." She replied and they didn't release their hands. "You want to be my friend? After all you did save me."
The boy's smirk widened.
"Sure, why not."

Yanga sighed as she stared into the dark room she was in.
"Why did this have to happen." She whispered and fell to her knees.

"What's wrong Yinsh? Why are you behaving like this!" A sixteen year old Yanga screamed at her friend.
"What's wrong with me! Isn't obvious!? I'm in love with you!"
Yanga stood speechless and Yinsh took her hand and pulled her to him and kissed her.
Yinsh placed his hand on her back and Yanga's eyes widen.
Her body started to tremble and her eyes watered.
She kissed him back as tears was raining down from her eyes.
She pulled back.
"I love you too, idiot," she choked and placed her head on his shoulder.
Yinsh laughed and hugged her.

Yanga started to cry at the memories.
She sat on her knees in the endless darkness and her body was shaking.
"Yinsh, I miss you, I miss you so much." Yanga sobbed and placed her hands over her face as she started to scream and cry.
