Your name is Nicole. You had brown eyes and you wore glasses. Your hair is medium length and a chocolate brown colour.

You was a normal girl. Well. Almost normal. You was never affected by magic. You found out when you was 9 and when you did, everyone called you a freak so you ran away.

At age 10...

You was walking through a snowy mountain, but then...

"Ice make..." Someone shouted. Suddenly, you got hit by some magic and it made you fall back.

"Ah!" You screamed.

"What was that?" An older woman asked. You got back up and wiped the snow off your clothes.

"Well that was rude." You said to yourself.

"Are you OK?" Someone asked.

You looked up and saw a woman with shirt purplish hair, holding two boys who looked like they were punched by her.

"Yes. I'm fine." You smiled.

"Did something hit you?" The woman asked.

"Yeah, but I'm fine." You smiled.

"Well that's strange, normally you would be turned to ice." The woman said.

"Oh, I'm not effected by magic." You said.

"Really?!" The white haired boy in the woman's arms asked.

"Aha." You smiled.

"What's your name?" The woman asked.

"Nicole!" You smiled.

"I'm Ur, this white haired boy is Lyon the other one is Gray." The woman explained.

Suddenly, Gray woke up and shook his head. He then turned to Ur.

"Hey! What's the big idea?!" He exclaimed.

"You hit this sweet little girl with your magic! That's what!" Ur exclaimed.

Gray looked at you and his jaw dropped and his eyes went wide.

"Hi there. I'm Nicole!" You smiled.

"So cute..." Gray said.

"Huh?" You said blushing.

"I-I mean I'm Gray Fullbuster!" Gray said and then he looked at Ur. "Why are you still holding us?" He asked.

"Because you're both idiots." Ur sighed as she dropped them.

"Hey!" They exclaimed.

"Do you need a place to stay Nicole?" Ur asked.

"Um, I was planning on staying in town for a week and then heading off west." Nicole explained.

"You can stay with us and watch these idiots try to learn magic." Ur smiled.

"Hey!" Gray exclaimed.

"Wait, why don't you learn with us?" Lyon asked.

"I can't." You said.

"Why?" Gray asked.

"Since I'm immune to magic, I can't use it." You explained.

"That's a shame." Ur said. "These two could use a good, sensible romodle." She added.

"When are you going to stop insulting us?" Gray asked.

"Hm... When you actually listen to me!" Ur said.

Gray pouted while you and Lyon laughed and Ur smiled.

9 years later...

You were on the train to Magnolia, reading the newspaper when you found...

"What the? Natsu Dragneel, Erza Scarlet, Lucy Heartfilia and Gray Fullbuster, all wizards of Fairy Tail, have saved the masters of many guilds from the lullaby flute?" You questioned. "Gray..." You smiled and then you looked at the date. "5 months ago?!" You exclaimed. "I'm late on the news now..." You sighed as you slouched into your seat.

Meanwhile...

Gray was reading a news paper that Lucy gave him.

"A mysterious girl has been travelling Fiore and when some magic hit her, she wasn't effected?" Gray questioned.

"Cool right? I have an idea for a new novel!" She smiled.

Gray looked at the picture and saw a girl with chocolate brown hair and glasses. His eyes went wide when he noticed the brown eyes.

"Nicole!" He shouted. His shout made Lucy jump and the entire guild look at him. "When was this paper released?" He asked slamming the paper on the table, making Lucy jump again.

"T-today... Do you know her?" Lucy asked.

Gray sat down and looked at it.

"She's really turned into a rose..." He smiled.

"Huh?" Lucy questioned.

Suddenkyz the guild doors opened. Someone with a hooded cape came in, hiding their identity and walked to Mirajane.

"Is Gray Fullbuster here?" The person asked.

"The boy with the blonde haired girl." Mirajane said, pointing to Lucy and Gray. The girl looked and looked back at Mira. She nodded, said thanks and walked to Gray.

"Well, haven't you grown?" The person asked.

"Who are you?" Gray asked. The person took their hood down. The person was you.

"Nicole!" Gray said standing up.

"Hey stranger." You smiled.

"Why are you here?" Gray asked.

You went through a bag and got some paper out. You passed it to Gray. He looked and saw the article of Lullaby.

"I saw your name. Thought I would come and say hi to an old friend." You smiled.

Gray walked towards you and hugged you.

"I missed you, you know?" He asked.

"I missed you too." You smiled.

"Come with me!" Gray said as he broke the hug.

"Um, OK..." You said and Gray pulled you out the guild. "But what about your girlfriend?" You asked.

"What girlfriend?" Gray asked.

"The blonde girl Gray." You huffed. Gray just laughed.

"Lucy's not my girlfriend..." He laughed.

"Oh..." You said. You felt very embarrassed.

"Now, come with me." Gray said.

He pulled you through Magnolia. It was a good thing you was imunned to magic because his hand for colder and colder by the minute. Soon, you ended up at the park.

"Why are we here?" You asked.

Gray sat down on a bench.

"Sit down, I want to tell you something." He said.

"OK..." You said. "Damn it... He's cuter than when we were younger..." You thought. You sat down next to Gray. "So what's up?" You asked with a smile.

Gray had a little blush and looked around. He then looked at you.

"Um... What are... Are we?" He asked

"Us? We're human beings." You giggled.

Gray mentally cursed himself.

"Damn her cuteness..." He thought. "No, um... What I mean is... Um... I... I like you Nicole... Always have... Ever since we met..." Gray explained and then he looked at you who was frozen. "Nicole?" He questioned.

Brain comes back in 3... 2... 1...

"Oh my gosh!" You squealed as you hugged him.

"N-Nicole?" Gray questioned.

"I feel the same way!" You smiled.

Gray smiled and hugged you back. He then put his hand under your chin and pulled you to him, for a kiss.

After the kiss, you blushed a little.

"Hey, um, are you planning on settling down anywhere?" Gray asked blushing.

"I-I don't know... Magnolia was the last place I wanted to see." You explained.

"Then... Why not stay here... With me?" He asked.

You blushed.

"Are you sure you can handle me?" You asked.

"I like a challenge." Gray smirked and you smiled before hugging him again.

"OK then!" You smiled.

"Psst, you hear that?" Someone asked.

"Yeah..." someone replied. You and Gray sighed. You was being followed.

"Come on out guys!" Gray ordered.

Natsu, Mirajane and Lucy suddenly stood up from behind a bush.

"Oh, hey there guys!" Mira smiled.

"Hows it going?" Lucy asked.

"When I say run, leg it!" Gray whispered and you nodded.

"How's your day been?" Mira asked. "Any progress?"

"Run!" Gray shouted and you both ran for your lives.

Well, that's pretty much how you lived your life.

Exploring. Seeing new people. Making new friends. Seeing old ones, and spending the rest of your days with Gray.
