The rowdy guild wasn't... Well rowdy. Everyone was worried about Levy McGarden, the book worm, and Lucy Heartfila, a celestial wizard. They had both gone on a mission and everyone kinda thought it was a little out of their capabilities. It was a two day mission about defeating some unearthly demons. The mission requested for them specificly. Everyone found it fishy but, the girls were still sent. 

Its been five days already and still no sign of them. Natsu was pacing back and forth ever since she left. He is her boyfriend after all. Gageel was also pacing back and forth. He was going to confess to the little bookworm when she came back. He had been fighting all the negative thoughts out of his head about confessing. He really loved that solid script mage with all his metallic heart.

The worst part about them missing is that there was currently a thunderstorm out. "That's it!! I am going to go out and look for my girlfriend!!" Natsu yelled. "Yeah me too!! Wait I mean shrimp. Not my girlfriend" Gageel corrected after screwing up. They were both heading out the door when it flew open. There standing were the two girls, but they weren't alone. Sting and Rouge were right behind them. They came in talking like if they didn't just get wet.

Lucy saw Natsu right in front of her. She jumped on him and gave him a big kiss on the lips. "I'm sorry. It has just been too long Natsu." Natsu was happy and relieved for some reason. They both walked to the bar and talked about the mission they went on. After the guild saw that they were fine, they started drinking and doing their usual thing.

"I'll wait for you outside Rouge." Sting exited the guild and stepped into the pouring rain. He, actually liked lucy, but after that display, he didn't really want to be there.

"Well, just don't forget to bring the book back after your done with it Rogie." Levy smiled at Rouge and gave him a book. Seeing Levy smile at another guy made Gageel mad. Like serious mad. Levy gave Rouge a hug and he left.

When Levy saw Gageel, she walked to him to say hi. "Well at least your back. Who would of thought that you would make it back untouched. Oh wait, its because they just happen to help y'all,..huh? Wow levy. You really are good for nothing." Gageel said before Levy could say anything at all.

"Wait what? What do you mean?" Levy was so confused and hurt.  Their conversation quickly got the attention of the guild again. "Exactly what I said short stump." Gageel rudely clarified. "So that's what you think of me? Fine. I'm going home. Bye." A hurt Levy answered and left quickly. Trying to cover her tears that were starting to fall from her adorable Levy eyes. Gageel quickly regretted it. He just stood there. "You know. She likes you. I don't know if she will after today, but she really did. She also wanted me to give this to you in case she didn't have the guts to confess to you." Lucy handed Gageel a note and walked out of the guild, holding hands, with Natsu.

Hi Gageel, if your reading this, then it probably means that I didn't have the guts to confess to you, but yeah. I have been wanting to, ever since I realized my feelings for you. You can reject me if you want. After all I'm just a short flat-chested nerd, whom loves to read. But like what ever. Anyways, please act normal as if nothing happened, that will just tell me that you have clearly rejected me, and for me to move on. Thanks Galee (my new nickname for you )

After Gageel read it, he got slapped by Panther Lily. "You are an idiot and you deserved that." He left the guild after levy. The guild frowned at Gageel and ignored him. 'I'll have to clear this out and apologize to her, but tomorrow. She needs to cool off first.' He thought.

----The Next Day----

Gageel was waiting for Levy with a new book and a single blood red rose. The day went on and she didn't go to the guild. The next day, the same thing happened. This continued for three more days, until Gageel couldn't take it any more. He went to Levy's apartment at fairy hills and knocked. No answer. He knocked again. Still no answer. He tried knocking again. And still no answer. The worst possibilities of what could of happened to her, were going through his head. He was about to go look for her when he saw Lucy walking with Natsu. They were going to Levy's apartment. Lucy was carrying something in her hands.

"Umm,.. What are you doing?" Gageel asked them. "Well me and my girlfriend are going to see her best friend, because she is really sick." Answered Natsu.

'Ohh so that's why she hasn't been in the guild' thought Gageel. He took the dish from Lucy and went into the apartment. Natsu was going to say something when Lucy stopped him. They both left to give them some alone time.

Gageel entered Levy's room and saw her really sick. She looked up at him and was going today something, when her head started pounding terribly. He lay next to her and shared a hug with her. She was shifting uncomfortably. "I'm sorry levy. I didn't mean it. And I love you too. So please don't be mad at me." She stopped and just stared at him. "I brought you a new book. I'll even read it too you. Just for you."

"Just for me?" She asked so innocently.

"Yes. Just for you." Before he started to read, he gave her a kiss. First on her cheek and then on the lips. He read to her and then, he fell asleep with her.
