Let's see, from the title alone, I can tell I'm gonna love this chapter. My girl Mavis! She's freaking awesome. Anyone else agree?

...And then the chapter starts out with us seeing that's she's still captured... Great...

Okay, now does Requip count as detaching magic? I feel like this little tidbit is majorly important detail. Take note of this, people.

The two sound like fundamentally different magics. And despite all the evidence, I've just not found myself to accept that Eileen is Erza's mother. There's something else there... Something unexpected... My gut says so.

I was about to yell "ZERVIS!" at Zeref wanting to have a private conversation, but...

It actually is pretty ironic that Mavis is fleeing from her own guild. It's more ironic that she's doing it while Zeref has it under his control and while her entire guild is charging back to her.

That is quite the sizable dent Fairy Tail is making in the army.

This also shows you how much more worthless the unnamed guards and fighters are than Stormtroopers. At least the Stormtroopers are famous for missing shots and not losing every fucking fight they're in.

You guys remember when we hated Gajeel? Yeah, take that Phantom Lord.

Gajeel, while not being one of my favorite characters, I still love him and he's a great character. He's one of the characters going through the most character development during this whole series.

And commenting on how Gajeel has turned over a new leaf. I'm loving this, guys.

Levy's a tsundere now.

If she wasn't already, Levy is now the tsundere of the main ships.

1. This is fucking adorable.

2. This is such a sweet moment, showcasing how far Levy and Gajeel have come.

This... is kinda of confusing.

I haven't read Fairy Tail Zero, I know I should, but so far this thing about Zera is confusing to me. How would Mavis's memory affect her?

Mavis. Badass, adorable, sweet, caring. SHE IS FREAKING AWESOME.

Seriously though, this little moment is a really good one. It's so amazing to see Mavis and her best friend reunited again.

Ironically, when this scene comes out in the anime, everyone will just tell him to look at the previous season to see the Fairy Tail Zero anime arc.

You know, speaking of Porlyusica, remember how she said she was kind of like the Edolas Grandeeney? What about the other dragons? Is there a version for Igneel and Metalicana? Or Weisslogia and Skiadrum? I'd laugh if we saw a version for Zirconis. Atlas Flame is another one, too.

WHAT ABOUT ACNOLOGIA!? Is his Edolas counterpart a human? A dragon? This brings up so many questions the longer they don't answer it!

We need a spin off manga about Edolas, I swear.

And Evergreen! Good old Ever!

You know how I hope Fairy Tail ends? It ends like an Ace Attorney game. We just get little looks into how all the characters lives are after the series is over, and then after we look at everyone else, we get a big final scene about what happens to Natsu and Lucy. It'd be so happy and awesome.

Well, that's not good.

This is going to be bad, I have a feeling.

I heard something heart-wrenching happens after Juvia's "death", so I'm scared.

But who should I be more scared over!? Natsu or Lucy!?

Anyway, solid chapter! I knew I would like this one from the title alone!

Speaking of titles, that next one is almost as foreboding as the ending to this chapter. I can tell the next' one gonna be good, but also heartbreaking.
