"Jellal Fernades you are under arrest for the crime of federal treason."

the silence was overwhelming as the soldiers put anti-magic cuffs on the criminal who hasn't said a word. wendy suddenly  cried out,

"Wait! please , jellal has lost all of his memories! he doesn't remember any of that!"

"Under Article 13 of the penal code , that is no cause for pardon," Lahar bluntly repiles replies. "you may release the enchantment now" A soldiers calls out " Yes sir" before the magic words disappears.

" B..But!" wendy took a step forward.

Jellal looks back at the girl and finally spoke. "It's alright.. i have no intention of resisting." wendy trembles slight as tears gather at the corners of her eyes. kagome stopped hugging sweet stuff and went to hold  her  hand and sweet stuff nuzzled  wendy arm. Her brown eyes were trained on jellal but she squeezed her hand in reassurance.

" I never did manage to remember you in the end... or your sister. I'm truly sorry wendy." jellal says sadly staring at the two sister in pity. but wendy only bows her head. kagome on the other hand stares with sweet stuff straight at jellal. A crooked smile appears on her face.

Jellal's gaze shifted to his feet before a small smile appears on his face. " i see.. I do not know how much trouble i may have caused all of you but i am gald to hear i at least saved one life." Natsu glanced over to Erza who faced the ground with closed eyes.

Erza started to tremble clenching her fist. "is that all you have to say?" Lahar asked patiently.

" yes."

"It's almost certain that your sentence will be death or life of imprisonment. you will never meet these people again." The officer points out.

"That's just..!" Lucy trails off not finding the right word.

"no!" wendy clenched kagome hand tears falling sliently.

 kagome hating to see her little sister cry took a threatening step forward " That's  Horrible   and you call yourselves the 'good guys' Total Bullshit!" she spat. sweet stuff looked up her with a surprised look fearfulness  shimmered a bit.

" Kagome..." sweetstuff and wendy muttered

The guards marched on taking jellal towards the carriage. Before they  could take him any further a certain pink-haired boy ran towards them ,  shoving guards out of the way. " He'd  not going anyway!!" he roared Everyone looked at him in shock.

" Natsu!!" gray yelled.

kagome  let go of wendy hand, knowing something big was about to happen. " Baka!! you can't start a fight with them!"

" Natsu-san.." wendy gasped covering her mouth.

" St...stop." Jellal mumbled softly. Lahar snapped out his little faze and pointed a commanding finger at the mage.

" Go for it natsu!" Gray encouraged

"Gray!" happy cried shocked that the ice man would help natsu.

"Nobody is going to stop natsu now!" he defended himself flipping a guard over. " Besides this pisses me off! that guy helped defeat Nirvana.. and they're not showing one shred of gratitude!" kagome looked back at Erza only to see she hasn't moved from her spot. Erza was shaking slightly with wide eyes.

taking as a sign kagome dashed forward and landed a good kick in a soldier's stomach. "He helped us with Nirvana he should get some respect for that!"

"It's injustice to arrest a good man!" jura stated cracking his knuckles.

"Though it pains me to say this, If  that man is taking from her... Erza will be inconsolable!" Ichiya says.

lucy pitifully swats some guards away from her "Ahh! why do i Always have to get dragged into this?" she whines.

"Aye!" happy agrees doing the same thing as lucy but with his claws.

" Please!" wendy begs  from beside jura .sweet stuff, carla and hana were next to her. " You can't take jellal away!"

hana sweatdrops when she sees kagome kicked one of the soldiers in the balls. ' This girl is have too much fun' she thinks.

"Come with us! Jellal!" Natsu was a few feet away from Jellal reaching out towards the blue haired man. " you mustn't be taken away from Erza! you've got to stay by her side! for Erza Sake!! so come with us!" Natsu tried to reason. Guards were barely able to hold him back Jellal closes his eyes and looks down guiltily.

kagome let out a surprise yelp as something grabbed her ankle. One of the guards had a snake-like grip on her ankle as he lifted her upside down. " HEY!!" she growls holding her skirt so it dosen't  fall down. "I'm warning you let go you pervert!!!" kagome bare her teeth and swiping her fist everywhere. Once or twince she connected with someone else but not the person holding her.

" We're all with you!" your'e one of us right!?"

" JELLAL!!!"Natsu yelled. kagome was about to use her magic but she cut off by someone yelling

" Enough!!!" it was Erza " Stop this!!"

Everyone stopped what they were doing, staring at the scalet-haired woman. her bangs covered her eyes casting s shadow on her face.

" I apologize for the commotion. I take full responsibility for this." Her teeth gritted together. but she continued. "You may.. take jellal away...." jellal finally opened his eyes smiling just a tad bit

"Erza!" Natsu complained. but the guards did what they were told. pushing jellal towards the carriage. kagome felt the guard holding her  ankle let go making the girl fall on her stomach. she cough up some blood. ' Damn that sore spot...'   "kagome are you alright!?" sweet yelled 

" I am fine don't worry about it" kagome said with a little smile.

" Of course.." Jellal Exclamied quietly to himself but everyone heard. he turned towards Erza the smiling a bit more. "The color of your hair.." kagome looked up at jellal. his eyes shone brightly with emotion no one could identify.

" Farewell.. Erza" with that jellal stepped into the carriage.

"Farewell.." she replied somberly. with that the doors shut and locked with a hollow 'bang'

the sun rose silently casting shadows on the quiet group. Every hasn't slept since the council had left. wendy healed kagome stomach and then lead on her shoulder with sweet stuff head on her lap. kagome eyes were trained on the ground.

" Where.. did Erza go i wonder.." happy broke the silence hesitantly.

" I think we should give her time alone time..." Lucy said sofly her pigtails out of her hair it was now down.

"Aye...."

kagome looked up at the sky and thought of one person full of passion and warm-hearted.

and that name was Erza Scarlet
