A few days later in a room

Erza's Pov

I was sitting next to Y/n's bed in the infirmary of Fairy Tail, we didn't know how bad their injuries were until they collapsed on us. Bahamut said "They will survive it with no damage remaining." They were in a coma and sleep since three days, Lucy and Juvia are here too.  Gray and Natsu are in the same state.

How reckless they are is unbelievable, the lacrima monitor is showing normal signals as usual. I hope that it will show something that makes me know that he will wake up soon. I held his hand closely in mine, not letting go of it. We stayed here over night as well, to wait for them to wake up all the time. I had Elery in a stroller next to me. 

Frost is sleeping on my lap like Happy on Lucy's. I laid down to rest my head on my crossed arms and then I felt a twitch from his hand. I looked up and saw it, he slowly woke up. "Y/n you are finally awake. I was worried." I said in a lovely voice. He opened his eyes to look at me.

Y/n Pov

I heard a beeping sound and rustling around me, I could barely move well. My energy was drained and I felt the pain of my injuries that I took from fighting. I tried to move my hand, but only with maximum effort. I was able to do it until I felt something on my hand. "Y/n you are finally awake. I was worried." A familiar lovely voice said. I opened my eyes to see Erza looking right at me with tears in her eyes. "You almost died, because you lost a lot of blood fighting to save us. Natsu and Gray are in the same state as you, how can you be so reckless at times? I know you did it to save Lucy, Juvia and me, for which we are grateful, but you should have taken a look at yourself too." She said and her voice was shaking. 

Erza helped me to sit up. I noticed the injuries that I had all over my body, the deep cuts that didn't heal at all and some still open wounds. How could I fight with injuries like these? Did I ignore the pain, because of the emotions I had during the time we tried to save them?

I cursed under my breath. I noticed Irene and the others looking at us, Frost jumped on me and was overjoyed that I was alive. I felt Wendy's small hands on my arm, she started to heal me. "Y/n-san, I can heal you now, you were in a coma and healing works best if you are awake, so stay still until I'm done." She said with a warm smile. I felt the pain slowly vanish, the injuries disappeared. I saw my father attend Natsu while seeing Sherria attend Gray's wounds. I was the last one of them to wake up.

"So the three brave men are awake, you should stand up Y/n, Erza..." Irene said with a warm smile. Erza hugged me tightly. "There it was" Irene said with a chuckle.

"I'm sorry for being so reckless Erza". I said and placed a hand on her cheek.

"You know, normally I would give you a slap on your face for such a stupid behavior, but since you could not waste time I will look over it" Erza said with a sigh.

I sighed in relieve "Well, honestly I still would have expected you to hit me because of that." I said with a smile.

As soon as I said that I saw Erza's eyes light up and her right hand slap my cheek with an enormous force that felt like I got hit by a giant rock, only that this was a thousand times more painful and on a much smaller area. She sure knows how to slap.

Erza grabbed her skirt, as tears dropped on it. She looked at me and gave out a sigh. "Y/n, how many times are you going to do this? You can't jump headfirst into battle, not carrying if you get hurt! What if one of these days you won't wake up? I know your father can bring you back, but I won't be able to endure the pain if I heard you died in battle. Please stop doing this, I won't raise Elery without you for even a second. I wouldn't be able to raise her without her father, I just can't. You made a promise to me a bit over a year ago, you said to me that you will never die if you can evade it, do you remember?" She said with a shaking voice as tears dropped down from her.

I placed my forehead on hers. "The only reason why I got injured twice, is because you weren't next to me in the first place to guard my back." I said glancing into her eyes. "We are like a coin with two sides, we are a sword with two edges. We are only perfect together and nothing without the other missing, that's why I got injured." I said and slowly caressed her cheek. "And why do you keep on slapping me every time I make you sad?" I said with a pout. 

"I'm sorry for slapping you every time, I don't want to hurt you or attack you Y/n, but this happens without me realizing it." She said with sorrow in her eyes. I smiled at her.

"Don't worry I'm sure this will go away, eventually. I took a beating from you once when we were younger, remember?" I said with a slight chuckle.

"Well, you took a job request that I wanted to do. I was angry and beat you up, but you never hit back. Why actually?" She said wiping the tears away.

"I didn't want to hit such a cute and pretty face". Erza blushed lightly "And I took you with me on the job request." I said with a stern expression.

"I can't stay mad at you if you say such things." Erza said with a smirk and leaned in to me giving me a loving kiss.

"Anyway, what do we do with the Shard of Time?" Irene said pointing to it.

"The Shard of Time can be used in more than one way, you can look into the past with it too." Charlie said happily.

"Sounds interesting. How does it work and why do you know so much about it?" Erza said with interest looking at her.

"I'm from the village where it was held in custody. The monks used it to learn about the past, you can see your past or things you think about. You need a lacrima that emits images to use it." Charlie said with joy.

"So I can see what Erza did in all those years that I missed?" Irene said and placed a finger on her chin.

"Exactly" Charlie said and nod. Irene snatched the crystal off my hand and ran out of the room to a lacrima. Erza realized what she's up to the moment she saw her run.

"Oh no! Please! I don't want anyone too see it!" She said blushing and embarrassed.

"What? Your past or whatever you think?" I said in wonder.

"Everyone look at this!" Irene shouted with joy. All the members ran to the lacrima, looking at Erza's past.

"Erza looked cute as a baby." Mira said with a happy smile.

"Who knew such a sweet baby could turn out like this." Juvia said in shock.

"Mom, you laid me on the stairs of the church while crying?" Erza said looking at Irene with a sad expression.

"It hurt a lot leaving you, but I had to do it in order to protect you." Irene said and hugged Erza.

"So you had a crush on me since the second day I joined?" I said in surprise.

"Well yes, you were different, not like the rest." Erza said blushing.

"Erza, didn't Makarov learn you not to brake into someone's home and you even looked at him." Irene said scolding Erza as steam came out from Erza's ears.

"So that happened before you went on the job that turned to one month, you saw his whole body." Mira said teasingly.

"Hmm this is interesting." Irene said raising an eyebrow.

"The time Erza bought a wedding dress behind my back." I said nervously

Flashback

"Just a moment Y/n." Erza said and looks at something in awe.

"Hey Erza what are you doing?" Frost said turning around.

"Erza come, we wanted to eat something?!" I said pouting "...SHE BOUGHT A WEDDING DRESS!?" I yelled in shock eyeing her.

"So what? It's pretty." Erza said taken aback.

Later Erza and another Re-quip mage fight as Y/n sees them fighting in a theater 

"This will be Interesting to see." I said and leaned on the rail of the theater. I saw Erza Re-quip into a bride's dress "Oh no!" I said and began to get nervous.

"On guard, I'd much rather be slicing a wedding cake, but you will have to do!" Erza said with a smirk.

"Please, that just sounds ridiculous... What..? WHY! I can't undo her Re-quip, impossible?!" The enemy said in shock.

"Never underestimate the will of a bride!" Erza yelled dashing forward and knocking her out.

"It's like your bride form wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. It's sad, you must be desperate to get married, aren't you?" The enemy said and fell down.

"What?! No! That's not true!" Erza said blushing heavily.

"A world class performance, Erza. Just one thing is missing." I said and clapped.

"Y/n! What are you doing here?" Erza said in shock, I appeared in front of Erza in a tuxedo.

"What does it look like to you? I'm taking my bride with me. I said with a seductive smirk and saw Erza's face redden as the audience claps.

"M..ma...marriage!?" Erza mumbled blushing heavily.

Flashback end

"Erza wanted to marry you after a few months you two were being together already? And it was only a few days after your proposal." Irene said wide eyed.

"She looked at wedding dresses already before I proposed to her." I said with a smile.

"I knew you were the perfect one for me already. I would have said 'yes' to you if you would have proposed on the beach, at Akane Resort, to me. And even would have married you the day afterwards." Erza said with hearts in her eyes.

"You are madly in love with me, aren't you?". I said and caressed her cheek.

Erza's face reddened heavily "Of course you baka! I am madly in love with you! My heart is pounding hard every time you are close to me. When are we going to marry already? I'm tired of waiting!" She yelled and punched my chest.

"I'm sure that's not the only thing that pounds hard." Happy said with a snicker.

I took Erza's hand in mine "Erza, let's get married then, we waited enough. You chose the time to do it, but the city is still under repair from the destruction, maybe wait for the cathedral to be finished." I said calmly 

Erza pointed a finger at me "It's set then, as soon as Magnolia is rebuild we will marry!" She said loudly.

"Better warn the priest about it." I said moving a hand behind the back of my head.

"I will set the date as soon as possible, you are coming with me!" Erza said grabbing me and dragging me away.

"Frost please help!" I yelled scared.

"Sorry buddy, but I'm not messing with Erza and end as a wall decoration. But I will stay beside you." He said shrugging.

Cathedral 

"Erza my child, it has been a while since you visited the Cathedral. What brings you here?" The Priest said in wonder

"It has to do with him and me!" Erza said pulling me towards her.

"Well we can't use the Cathedral, as it will take weeks or even moths for it to be restored. The paintings in it are really hard to redo, as they have to be remade by the original painter and he's in Crocus to redo the paintings in the Cathedral there, only the tower is intact. He said sighing.

"I'm sorry, you will have to wait a bit longer". He said and looked at his book.

"I'm sure there is a way we can agree on." Erza said with a cold voice and moved her hand to Re-quip.

"Erza keep your sword away from the priest! Please!" I said in shock. 

"I will talk to him." I said calming her down.

"We planed to do the wedding under the cherry blossom trees at the Magnolia Southgate Park, if possible." I said getting his attention.

The Priest thought for a bit. "That is possible, your wedding will be in two weeks time. Have you planed everything already?" He said and grabbed a notebook.

"Yes, we have." Erza said excited. "I will tell everyone when the wedding happens! Y/n, lets get the invitations out!" She said jumping in joy.

"How many did you make Erza?" I asked eyeing her.

Erza looked away "A few" She mutters under her breath.

"How many Erza? Tell me!" I exclaimed and eyed her with a stern look.

"I invited all our guild mates, Sabertooth, Mermaid Heel, Lamia Scale, Blue Pegasus, my close friends, Sho, Simon, Wally, all of Crime Sorciére and Princess Hisui. That's all I can remember of." She said counting up all on her hand.

"That's at least a hundred people that will attend!" I said in shock.

"We don't have to write them, I did it before I was pregnant. Remember, you said to do it early so we have set everything when we want to do it." She said with a winning smile.

"Right..." I said and sighed in defeat.

Fairy Tail guild

"Alright, I'm not sure how many, but all of Fairy Tail is invited to our Wedding!" Erza exclaimed in joy.

"It's time, isn't it?" Makarov said solemnly looking at me and I nod.

"Saying all the guild is invited is easier than to write each invitation separately." Laxus said looking at Erza that searched something.

"I wrote each one of you an invitation, so here is yours Laxus." Erza said and handed him the invitation with a smile.

"To each one? Even the other guilds?" Laxus asked in shock.

"Yes, every single one of them. I got them in my Re-quip dimension. There are at least a hundred, if not two hundred." I said looking at one while Laxus was shocked.

Erza had a big smile on her. "Natsu, Gray, here are your invitations." She said smiling, but shortly after a dark aura surrounded her. "I hope you can behave on my wedding, without causing trouble for your life's sake!" She said while threaten them with a dagger.

"Yes Ma'am!" Both said scared.

"Natsu, Gray, you should be a bit more happy. You two are my groomsmen. Lucy and Juvia are her bridesmaids." I said with a smile.

"We are a bit tens, because she's been angry at us." Gray said sweat dripping.

"Just don't make something stupid at her wedding. You know you have a sword on your back, literally and figuratively. I wont allow anything to happen, but you know how she can be." I said patting his shoulder and eyed him angry.

"Y/n, I need the other invitations." Erza said loudly. I handed her the last one. "Dear Mother, here is yours." Erza said and handed Irene her invitation.

"Thank you Erza." Irene said hugging her.

Saberthooth guild

Looks at the invitation "I really wasn't expecting this." Sting said surprised.

"You better all come." Erza said with a smile.

"We will Erza, don't worry. I'll make sure that everyone will be coming." Minerva said with a smile.

"Thank you Minerva." Erza said hugging her.

Blue Pegasus

"Erza, I'm flattered that you invite us to your wedding." Master Bob said smiling.

"I want everyone that had to do something with Fairy Tail to be at my and Y/n's wedding." Erza said while Ichiya was pinned to a wall with a pike by Erza.

Crime Sorciére

"Y/n, give him the invitation". Erza said eyeing me.

"Jellal I would be honored if you attended Erza's and my wedding." I said and handed him his invitation.

"I would never reject an invitation like this. Thank you Y/n, I will be coming with all of my other members, as they are invited too." He said smiling.

Mermaid Heel

"Millianna, Kagura, I got something for you." Erza exclaimed joyfully.

"An invitation to your wedding? Thank you Erza!" Kagura said with a smile.

Hugs Kagura. "Don't worry sister, you are precious to me". She said hugging her tightly.

"I got the perfect present for you Erza." Milliana said with a big smile 

Royal Palace

"Y/n, Erza, what brings you here this time, you want to talk about it over some tea? Hisui said sitting down.

"We gladly accept your offer, Princess." Erza said and took the tea cup.

Hisui sipped at her tea "Tell me, what brought you here Erza? You seem really happy and Y/n seems a bit zoned out." She exclaimed while eyeing me.

"That's just because our wedding is in two weeks and you are invited as our guest." Erza said, like it's not something big.

"Yes Princess Hisui, here is your invitation." I said and handed her the card.

"You know, I can't travel without a personal escort protecting me, right?" She said raising an eyebrow.

"The Garou Knights are invited too. Erza thought off everything". I said sighing

"Incredible!" She exclaimed, 

Erza sipped her tea "That's right, I had more than enough time to write them." Erza said with a smug smile.

 "Erza, Y/n, you are here!" King Toma said in surprise. Erza handed Toma a card. "A wedding invitation." He said in confusion.

"We would be honored if you could come to our wedding, King Toma." Erza said bowing.
