Fairy guild had to travel to a island somewhere in the middle of sea with a huge boat, the two other guilds both had their own boat behind them, all guild were preparing their mages soon a heavy battle would be fought and they had to be ontop.
You lay on a chair at the rear with Lucy, Puss and Mirajane all of you being a bit lazy enjoying the nice weather and having a great talk none of you worried about the upcoming battle just having a nice day.

Lucy : really you should eat the sushi here ! Its amazing !!!
Mirajane : i know i already did (she was just there to serve food/drinks fairy tail but she was on a break now with everybody preparing)
(Y/n) : aye........... is Natsu still sea sick ?
Lucy : can't you hear him whining ?

Natsu had his head over the boat puking for hours, when he heard they were going by boat he turned around to run off but Erza dragged him on the ship until they were on sea then let him whine like a little girl. You just blockted it out and lay back not bothered by the dark magic in the air you could sense, since you wielded Soul edge you felt it 24/7 ever since but this one was for sure coming off the island.

Erza appeared into your view blocking the sun showing you a annoyed look fists on her hips.
Erza : should't we all prepare ?
(Y/n) : i am but hey might as well enjoy the day no need to be worried all the time..... come on we still have a hour lay with me

She looked away sighing then smiled and lay down ontop of you her head on your chest your arms around her waist.
Lucy : aaahhhhhh !!!!

You both gave Lucy a look telling her to let you two have this romantic moment then closed your eyes and lay there enjoying the warmth of the sun just right with added fun of the company left and right of you thanking the gods for making it better by letting Natse get knocked out by Gray sick of his sickness.

Joining fairy tail was the best thing you ever decided to do, working alone was fun and at all being your own boss seeing new places making friends and you loved that live but with fairy tail you gained more friends and the girl you were surevwas your soulmate. It was hard getting used but after a while you never wanted to leave because Fairy tail became your family and made you extremely happy even when there was so much fighting with each other.

You felt Erza move under your arms lifting herself up to sit the edge strecthing her arms.
Erza : we're almost there
(Y/n) : (smirks) party time.

You sat up kisisng Erza cheek then jumped to stretch your legs summoning your sword (not soul edge) in your hand looking ahead waiting to see the island the three guild were gonna siege. Erza joined your side together with Lucy, Gray even Natsu still a bit green.

You all waited hearing Fairy tail members wait behind you talking among each other most seemed not scared or impressed from what they heard. The time ticked away slowy most became nervous waiting for a island to show but nothing came into biew expect more sea no sigh of the island while they should have seen it with now.
The captain checked his map to see if he made a mistake but he was 100% sure they should have seen it by now so where was it.

All the guild members shared a look confused seeing no island in sight only sea, their ships spinning around each other.....

Everybody fell over when their ship was pulled to the right side fast by a Vortex spinning all the ships around each other, the Vortex came out of nowhere sucking them into the sea giving nobody the chance to fight back or save their ship. You slided against the side feeling more people slide against each other while slowy the ships went deeper and deeper in the sea but when you all expected water you fell down dry.

It took several minutes before you got up again.

You groaned walking away from the wreck of the ship rubbing your back feeling for the rest okay then the pain in your back, you used a little healing magic then felt normal again looking around. It seemed the island you all expected was in truth a underground guild under the sea.

The guild was made out of stone with walls surrounding it looking like a big castle with the dark guild symbols everywhere, the ships crashed on empty space far away from it but it was just a 3 minutes walk. A lot of members walked out the wrecks holding different body parts in pain only nobody was serieus injured expect a few dead lucky they were strangers to you.

The water was blockted by a inviseble force field made by a single tower on the far left of you by a kristal making it possible to walk down here then a few plants and some grown trees and Bam you got yourself a secret guild.

The wizards of the dark guild all weared black hoods and armor their warriors looked like knight with helmets that showed their face and dark collors giving them the dark army look.

'Horn'

You looked at the guild seeing wizards and armored men walk over the walls all making one straight line people ready to shoot at you so they must have been expecting all of you when the council found out. You summoned your bow and fired a single arrow using a special kind of magic that seeks targets with a lot of magic.

One of the wizard looked at the wrecks with a smile how easy you all fell for the trap when suddenly your arrow pierched his heart so in shock he leaned over the wall and fell down making a Wilhelm scream.
Warrior : oh no they killed Kenny !!!

You chuckled when all the wizards made energy balls coming for all of you so you, Natsu and Gray all used your own magic to hit so much as you could so the damage wasn't that much on your own team.
You created three more arrows giving them the same magic as before then fired again hitting three of them in the throath so they fell down.

All the wizards guild finally got their act together and charged throwing their own magic back at the dark guild trying to get close enough for the wall to blow a hole through it and enter. Erza equiped her heaven wheel armor so she could shower the wall in swords dodging fire balls or ice shard while sending more and more swords.

You jumped over a ice shard then rolled standing up you fired two fireballs at the wall then charged at it using a speed spell to go faster summoning Soul edge for a single strike creating a hole in the wall for you to enter through. You summoned your normal sword again and landed in what looked like a courtyard but warriors and wizard surrounded you soon lucky many good wizards followed suit overnumbering the bad wizards greatly.

You made the first move equiping your sneak suit with a invisbility enchantment to turn inviseble suddenly appearing in the middle of warriors with a greatsword in one spin killing 10 of them sending others tripping over each other by the force. Soon it was battling over the courtyard also on the wall thanks to Erza help many wizard reached the walls and were now fighting on it.

Erza ducked under the sword of a warrior then stabbed him with both her swords then threw his body of the wall, she used all her swords to clear one side of the wall then turned around kicking a wizard in the stomach so he dropped on his knees in pain, Erza knocked him out smacking both the hilts of her sword on his head then attacked another one.

You ducked under the warhammer of a warrior then cut his legs off then his head in midair, you dodged a fireball to the head then turned around freezing te wizard who attacked you then shattered him with a single slash. You disepeared out of sight that was followed by dark members being killed out of nowhere.

You appeared again turning back into your armor sprinting through the battle killing who ever didn't look then kicked a big guy where it hurts and lifted him above your head throwing him into his friends then burning them all with dragon roar.

Your legs were pinned to the ground by dark magic leaving you defendless when 3 dark wizard prepared energy balls to kill you but Natsu used dragon roar blasting them away probaly killing them too. The magic trapping you disepeared letting you kick the guy that came at you and then cut his head off kicking the corpse a few feet away to bleed empty.

Natsu : don't worry about it

You two highfived when the remaining members of the dark guild runned past you to their guild but a lot of swords falling from the sky blockted the only way out you, Natsu and your allies blockted the other way.

You walked forward challening who ever still had some fire left to attack you only three stepped forward holding their swords in their sweating hands.

One gave a battle cry sprinting at you then did a jump coming at you with a downwards slash but you just stepped to the side then cut his hands off so he screamed in pain when you ended his suffery with a slash to the neck.
The next just sloppy raised his arm high and swinged it at you only you caught the arm holding the sword then pushed him away to slash him entirely through the chest so his two halfs fell on the ground, you spinned the warrior sword in your hand waiting for the last.

The last guy walked up to you spinning his sword around in his hand to confuse you, he did a sudden downwards slash you just used both swords to make a X block trapping his blade then with some streng from magic snapped his blade in half then spinned the dark guild member sword in your hand so the tip faced the ground then stabbed it right in the head of the warrior infront of you.

The rest of his guild threw their weapons down at the sight of their allies being slaughtered. You did a small bow to them walking to the doors of the guild along side Makarov and the team (Natsu, Gray, Erza, Lucy) to look for their leader and bring him in for his crimes. The rest like Cana, Juvia, Levy, Jellal.

Natsu : that went better then i thought (smiles)
Lucy : we're the best guild for a reason

You all reached the front doors, you all shared a look thinking the same then all used your magic to destroy the doors sending his shards in the guild seeing a few more members probaly the last shaking in fear yelling they surrendert. Only who missed was their leaders so you all let different members arrest them while all of you followed a stairgaze to the top of the guild looking like a big arena with a statue of the leader standing there behind the leader himself waiting for you on the ground,

The leader weared a armored mage outfit with a hood and armor plate on his chest, arms, legs and a even carried a huge broad sword on his back.
Leader : and you all came to die in my home
Makarov : surrender now and face justice !!

The leader just laughed and stood up showing you a necklace made out of shard of something, you groaned in pain clutching your chest seeing a piece of Soul edge hanging at the leader throath so thats how he absorbed those souls.
Lets say in his past Soul edge fought a battle not even he could win and the final attack left him in pieces you had the strongest the sword it self and collected 3 other pieces so you wondered how the leader got his hands on that.

The leader laughed the souls of his victims surrounding him giving him power to send a lot of energy balls at the team, Gray used his ice magic to create a huge ice wall that protected you all only the entire wall was destroyed.

Erza and Natsu did a double attack Erza using her Armadura Fairy armor Natsu did fire fists, the leader watched how Erza used a powerfull beam at him but he simply raised his hand catching the beam without effort stopping it with a single hand. Natsu came close enough and punched the man across the face only the leader just laughed grabbing Natsu by the throath to throw him against Erza.

Lucy summoned Aquarius who bored conjured by using water from above a waterfall that crashed on the leader but a blast of energy send the water everywhere over the floor, Aquarius screamed when her soul was ripped through her chest out her body then flew into the shard and got consumed by the leader laughing like a maniac.
Lucy : NNNNNOOOOOOOO

Gray send a beam of ice at the leader who used one hand to hit the beam pushing Gray magic back until both guys magic hit Gray damaging/freezing him. You summoned your bow firing three arrrows at the leader, he backhanded the arrows snapping them in half.
The leader conjured green flying skulls that flew at you, you summoned a two bladed staff spinning it in your hands to protect yourself from all the skulls.

More skulls appeared behind you slamming in your back as a wave sending you in the air then a giant skull appeared infront of you slamming you into the ground leaving a crack.
Nightmare : HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

Natsu recovered from his beat down summoning a dragon roar then fired it only the leader use the souls of the mages to spin the attack around then right back at Natsu, he tried to just eat it but a skull slammed in his back making him lose concentration then get hit by his own attack.

Lucy went to Natsu side helping him up by the arm when ghost mages appeared around the two who all used ice magic on them freezing them in ice. Gray did attack after attack every attack stronger then the last but all the souls the leader collected formed axes in the air that all flew against Gray several times then all crashed into him at the same making a explosion that made him pass out.

Makarov hated it to see how the members of his guild were being hurt so he grew bigger being about 5 times the size of a normal person, he walked in one step over to the leader lifting both his arms up then slammed them down ontop of the leader who just summoned a shield around him to block the attack them used the souls to lift Makarov giant body up throwing him off the guild roof back to the wrecks of the ships.

Leader : fools.......... i have absorbed the power of many powerfull mages, i stole the souls of a guild with plenty members and stole 4 powerfull mages from their graves in other words IM SO MUCH STRONGER THEN ALL OF YOU !!!!!!!
Puss : uhem

The leader looked at his side seeing Puss trying to catch the leader in cuteness giving him big eyes, the leader just kicked the Cat of the guild roof.
Erza sprinted at the leader hoping she could cut his head off only the leader dodged the attack then blasted her with lighting so she fell down then used the souls to make a sword to kill her then he was tackeld from behind by you then you lifted the leader up throwing him against his own statue away from your girlfriend.

Nightmare appeared next to you watching the leader get up the souls flying around around him.
Nightmare : you can't beat him but i can... let me go so i can win this fight !!!!
(Y/n) thought : go back to hell !!!! You will just kill my friends !
Nightmare : well then they die anyway but with this i can collect the shard making us stronger

You ignored him seeing more souls gather around the dark guild leader all poor mages trapped by Soul edge shard lacking the curse that rips the souls out he steals, the leader looked at you with a sick smirk gathering the souls in his hands for a powerfull attack.
You hated it to admit it but you lacked the streng to protect your team when the leader was super charged by all the souls.
(Y/n) thought : you get the shard only if you protect my friends
Nightmare : rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr deal

The leader fused all the souls together in a purple orb meant to incinerate you, he laughed firing the orb at you that tuned into a headless horseman with a spear riding on a powerfull horse coming at you the spear tip shining with power.

The horsemen made a screech riding closer too you expecting you to try to dodge but you stood your ground infront of Erza to take the hit for her.
Erza : (y/n) go don't get hurt for me !!
You ignored her protecting her with your own body from the horsemen coming closer to you.
Erza : ((((YYYY//////NNNNN)))))) !!!!!!!

The spear made contact with your chest enough power in the single touch to make a power explosion leaving purple smoke in the air making it impossible for Erza to see if you survived.
Erza : (y/n) (cries)

She looked down her heart torn out at the though of you giving your live for her when a shadow appeared in the smoke only it wasn't you for sure,
Leader : what ?

The smoke cleared revealing a demon who's sight was enough to make Erza and the leader shiver at his sight feeling the hate, hearing the scream of his victims, feeling the power coming of the demon and the sword in his hand named soul edge.

Nightmare : (points a finger at the shard) thats mine
Leader : then come and get it freak
Nightmare : (dark chuckle) gladly.

The leader was stupid enough to laugh at the comment thinking one skull attack would shut Nightmare up for good only the demon caugth the skull in his big hand absorbing it on contact. Nightmare held his hand to the shard causing it to glow then release all the souls letting the leader feel a lot of pain. All the souls traveled to Soul edge being aborbed through the eye slowy draining the leader of all his power.

The leader breathed heavely feeling first so powerfull now he felt weak and empty if all his power all his magic left him in a split second for that abomination. Nightmare chuckled walking over to the leader to weak to run leaving him at the mercy if Nightmare if only that thing actually knew mercy.

The thing grabbed the leader by the necklace ripping it off then slammed the hilt of Soul edge in his face making the leader stagger backwards, Nightmare held the sword in two hands then in one swing cut the leader head off so it rolled off to Fairy tail white from fear.
Nightmare : (holds shard) another piece is mine now !!!

He raised the piece in the air absorbing it so Soul edge changed in a different form only more powerfull then before. Erza stood up looking at how Nightmare got used to Soul edge power Ezra pretty eyes wide of shock and confusion seeing you like that... thing !!!
Erza : (y/n) .

Nightmare gave her a glare that said (don't you dare to stop me) then jumped through the water above him right through the force field then the water above the surface two energy wings formed on his back so he could fly away leaving the guild and people behind him.

Erza lowered her head falling on her knees sobbing softly, Makarov stood behind the team looking sad at the way Nightmare escaped clenching one of his little hands in a fist.
Makarov : i can't believe.......... Soul edge has returned and (y/n) is his wielder.... that fool

Everybody looked at Fairy tail guild leader shocked he seemed to know that weird sword and the thing he saw maybe even a way to get you back.
Erza : guild master... you know what that sword is ?
Makarov : yes its a sword i hoped to never see (looks above him to the water) its the most powerfull weapon ever forced centuries ago and was used to kill so many and end so many wars/conflicts only it bathed in so much blood and hatred of the people he was used against a fire was born inside of it meaning it came to live........ it found a host for it self and became what we just saw Nightmare a demon so dangerous it took entire armies down and conjured the world almost so many times lucky at the end we always found a way to beat him.......... after another failed attempt of Nightmares our mages had no other choice then to banish the sword to hell hoping the devil could stop him. Nightmare stole the souls of so many there and build a army to challenge the devil himself in the biggest war hell ever saw only at the end the Devil did one powerfull attack that was strong enough to shatter the blade when it almost killed the Devil. All his attemtps to lock Soul edge up were almost broken by a lone devil so without any other idea the Devil gathered the 8 pieced from Soul edge after his attack and shattered them actoss the three realms, four in hell, 3 here and one in heaven to make sure it never be complete again even putting a curse on the blade it self so i can't keep the souls he steals for long. It seems our dear (y/n) found it and is using it giving himself entirely to the blade to safe us all.
Erza : but there has to be way to save him
Makarov : yes destroy the sword once again with his counter part soul calibur a piece of soul edge forced to battle his demonic counter part it was our way of beating him. Its location is unknown but for (y/n) we will find it

Erza stood back up wiping the tears from her eyes getting a determined smile on her face promisinh you she will safe you and get you back.... she loved you and hell you weren't gonna leave her.
