Personality: Originally a massive pervert, time spent in the Supernatural world has caused him to mature as an adult. A kind, caring young man that values loyalty and love above all else, he'd stop at nothing to protect his loved ones even if it meant having to kill his enemies.

Likes: His harem, his parents, Fairy Tail, learning magic, his friends, Ddraig, Vali (at times), his weapons, getting stronger, Freedom, Great Red, Ophis and Lilith

Dislikes: Vali (at times), assholes, Natsu being an idiot, power hungry villains, people hurting his family

Skills/Abilities:

Expert Swordsman -
Having spent countless hours under Kiba's, Balrogs and Xenovia's tutorship, Issei has grown as an adept swordmaster capable of keeping up with even the most skilled of swordsmen.

Master Martial Artist -
Having been trained by the Monkey King himself, Issei has gained a fine mastery over any and all Martial arts

Weapon Mastery -
The Monkey King also saw fit that Issei was trained in any and all forms of weaponry in order to help him truly become the strongest Red Dragon Emperor ever.

Aura Control -
His training under Sun Wukong led to him gaining a great many abilities, like unleashing his Dragonic/Demonic Aura to intimidate his opponents, enhance his attacks as well as create barriers of pure energy.

Illusion Piercing -
With Sun Wukong's help, Issei was able to gain enhanced perception that allows him to detect hidden enemies and traps, making it difficult for people to ambush him. It also granted him the ability to home in on his enemies weak points.

Illusions -
The art of deception is a powerful skill if used correctly and Sun Wukong saw fit to have Issei learn that as he learned about Illusion magic. In addition, Issei would also gain a trickster personality which lead to him learning and developing his own trickster tactics.

Could Travel -
Another ability that he gained from Wukong was the ability to summon a magical cloud for high speed traveling. A useful substitute should he want to avoid sprouting his wings.

Shapeshifting -
In his final days of training, Wukong had saw fit that Issei be taught how to transform into various creatures. A useful skill for infiltration or to help whenever he was in battle. He could also imbue his transformations with his Dragonic power for a powerful boost to their abilities.

Adept Mage -
Wanting to grow his magic skills, Issei had requested the help of both Le Fay and Akeno to better master magic. Under countless hours of tutelage, Issei has grown masterfully adept at manipulating magic.

Power of Destruction -
Having been a pawn of his lover, Rias Gremory, the pawns with his body held traces of the Power of Destruction that he unintentionally absorbed over time. After learning how to properly manipulate the Power of Destruction, Issei set out to expirmenting his newly developed power with Rias and after some time, he developed four unique abilities that utilise the destructive power.

Royal Guard -
The first of the four skills that he developed with the Power of Destruction, this style utilises the destructive power in a more defense form. One of the unique abilities that Issei gains from using this style is the ability to turn himself into a nigh impervious dreadnought. In addition, he can also channel the power into his blade to counter and reflect any and all magical attacks sent at him back towards the sender.

Swordmaster -
By channeling the Power of Destruction into his weapons, Issei can enhance the strength of all his weapons.

Gunsmith -
In a similar fashion to his Swordmaster style, Issei channels the Power of Destruction into his gun, granting a massive boost in power to the weapon.

Trickster -
Getting creative, Issei utilises the Power of Destruction to increase his mobility

Devil Trigger -

Being made of the discarded flesh of Great Red, Issei had a special dragonoid form that looked vaguely human. This form boosted his powers and abilities beyond what he could normally do.

Sin Devil Trigger -

By fully merging his demonic power of Destruction with his Boosted Gear, as well as the Dream into his draconic body, his "true form" dubbed the Sin Devil Trigger was born and with it the Devil Sword Issei. A powerful, nigh impervious form, Issei only uses this form when in dier situations. Unfortunately, while this form does allow Issei to access Ddraig's full power and abilities, it prevents him from Boosted Gear. However, this doesn't mean that the Boosted Gear didn't benefit from the power up as it gained a new form with even stronger abilities for Issei to utilise.

Eikonic Devil Trigger -

In contrast to his Sin Devil Trigger, Issei gained the Eikonic Devil Trigger when he fully awakened the power he gained from Great Red. Ultimately, this form, unlike the Sin Devil Trigger, has complete mastery over Hellfire. The form like the Sin Devil Trigger has an adverse effect on the Boosted Gear that grants it a new weaker version of this form with new abilities.

Eikonic Sin Devil Trigger -

Issei's final ultimate form, gained from the complete assimilation of all the power he's acquired in his life, this form grants him complete access to all of Ddraig's abilities alongside Ophis' and Great Red's powers. Like the previous two forms, this form also grants the Boosted Gear a brand new form with many new abilities and powers.

Weapons:

The Rebellion -

An ancient weapon, once wielded by his ancestor Sparda, a powerful demon. The blade's capable of a great many things and can channel the the Power of Destruction. Eventually, he'd use the blade to unit his demonic and draconic powers together by integrating it into the Sacred Gear, destroying the blade in the process.

Devil Sword Issei/Dragonheart (Bound) -

Upon gaining his Sin Devil Trigger, Issei used his newly found power to bring a new sword into existence. The blade shares both his name and his will.

Devil Sword Issei/Dragonheart (Unbound) -

The true form of Issei's Devil Sword. This blade can only be used in tangent with his SDT, EDT and ESDT's. This is due to the blades true power being to powerful form him to wield I'm his regular form.

Yán Lóng Zhàng -

Forged from the scales of ancient fire dragonz this staff was crafted to be wielded by the Red Dragon Emperor, whomever it may be. Eventually, the staff fell into Sun Wukong's hands before he'd personally gift it to Issei after he'd completed the Monkey Kings training.

The Boosted Gear -

A mid-tier Longinus that houses the spirit of the Welsh Dragon, Ddraig. The gear is capable of doubling it's users power every 10 seconds.

Ignis  -

A unique gun that was created from the discarded flesh of Great Red. Issei can enhance this weapon further by adding his own magical aura to it.

Ryuuteimaru -

Unlike his other weapons, Ryuuteimaru is a Skíðblaðnir, and it was given to him as a gift from Surtr Second after he'd fought for the Underworld. It initially looked like a small toy boat but it could change it's appearance depending on his imagination with one example being the ApocalypsAnswer Arms from it granted Issei. Due to this nature, Ryuuteimaru usually stays within the Boosted Gear unless summoned.

There, we have it! Issei's Bio is done and shortly after this I'll be posting the next chapter of the Emerald Fairy then I'll be posting Vali's bio. Yeah, I don't think I can stop giving Issei the Devil Trigger I mean it just feels like a perfect blend of Demonic and Dragonic why wouldn't I give it to him? And yes, Vali will also have a DT and SDT.
