This chapter is mainly focusing on Alex's past and how she came to find Fairy Tail, soooo kinda like an explanation of how she is technically related to Natsu. I hope you enjoy this chapter!

Third person POV

It was a bright and shiney day on the beach. People were running around having fun. There was a girl the age of 19. She had blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail. She was in swimsuit attire.

She stood up and stretched, her back popping as she did. "Ah. its a nice day on the beach isn't, Prada?" Said Alex as she looked down to the beach shore speaking to her pink cat.

"Yeah, Alex, it is really nice to take a break after failing a job," said Prada with a sweat-drop. Alex sweat-dropped as well."Yeah, Master Corlene is gonna kill us," said Alex with fear in her voice.

As she said this, there was a faint call for help. Out of curiosity, Alex told Prada to stay put and went to check it out.

When Alex got to where the commotion was coming from, a man had a woman by the arm hitting on her (like asking her to go home with him) and was harming her.

Alex got a closer view of the mans face and realized that was who she was after for her job(the one she said they failed at). Alex, seeing a golden oppritunity, decided to get his attention and finish her job.
"Hey, Pervert!" she yelled across the beach. Catching his attention, he turned to Alex.
"Well,Well, looks like I have another toy to play with," the man said.

" I assume your name is Geese?"asked Alex looking at his tatoo on his back that said "GEESE."

"So my talent has been spread around,"Geese said.
Alex had a sweat-drop on the back of her head and thought to herself, geez can this guy be any more cocky?

"So your gonna beat me and take me to jail?" Geese said with a tad of sarcasm in his voice.

"Well, that is what i plan to do," Alex shot back."Now," getting into her fighting stance, " are you gonna save me time, or are things gonna get complicated?" Alex asked anoyingly.

"No way am I gonna stand down to some one who can't use magic," Geese said with a little bit of confidence in his tone

"Oh? Who said I didn't use magic?"
With a suprised look on his face, Alex attacked with incredible speed and power, right hooking him in the jaw.

"What kind of magic do you use?" Geese asked intimidated by this incredible amonut of magic.

Alex didn't reply. All she did was turn around and show Geese her tatoo that went across her shoulder blades on her back. In the middle was the guild emblem of Emperial Salem, a guild that did not use magic, but was known for their only magic user, Alexis Cordona.

"HOLY CRAP, YOUR THE ALEX CORDONA?!?" Geese said, fear stuck in his voice.
"Yeah, and if you know what is best for you, you will come with me before things get ugly," Alex replied, wiping the blood off of her knuckle.

"I'm not giving up just 'cause your powerful," he paused for a second thinking back on something,"if I am correct, then you use Lightning Empress magic?" Geese asked.

"What? Did you do your research before coming to the beach?"Alex replied sarcasticly.

Geese was still thinking, ignoring the comment.

"Oh, and if you haven't noticed," Alex said she paused fora moment to watch Geese snap out of his trance,"I'm not using but one-fourth of my magic to attcak you."

Geese flinched in suprise.

Alex finally threw somemore punches until some of the soldiers from the army saw Geese and took him into custody, and gave Alex and Prada their full reward."Alright, Alex! That was amazing I saw the whole thing!" Exclaimed Prada.

"Alex. Is that your name?" Asked a woman still sitting on a beach blanket.
Alex flinched when she turned. It was the woman Geese was trying to hook up with.
"Yeah," Alex replied with a grin," thats my name. Are you okay ma'am?"

The woman looked like she was about 28 or 30. She had long black hair, braided. She had brown eyes and was really pale.(she might sound familiar to some of you readers).

"Yes, I am alright, thank you," she replied gently.

Then a girl with pink hair,and black eyes ran up to the woman. She was probably 18.
"Ul! I saw the Army leaving the beach, are you okay?" the girl asked worriedly.
So thats her name. Ul, Alex thought to herself.

"Yes, Meldy, I'm fine thanks to this girl right here," Ul looked at Alex, but then she looked at Meldy and gave her some strange look, like she was signaling her.
Ul and Meldy both had emblems of a guild on their legs.
"So, wait, if you're both part of a magic guild, then why didn't you use your magic to defend yourself?!" Alex asked confused.
"We are not aloud to use our magic in public," said Ul with an ashamed look on her face.So did Meldy.
"I'm sorry. I did not mean to offend you," Alex replied.

"Meldy, where is Mister Lover Boy, I thought he was with you," asked Ul.

" If your refering to Jellal, he went to talk to that Geese guy," Meldy replied with a giggle," and he said he doesn't want you to call him that."

"Well if that is all you needed then I'm gonna be leaving now," Alex said with slight awkwardness.

"Wait, Alex," Ul said with sterness," I need to talk to you about something important."

"Ul you promised Jellal you would let him pick," Meldy said with strictness.

Pick? What does she mean by pick? And who is Jellal?, Alex thought to herself.

"I don't care if he did or not she is perfect," Ul said striking fear in Meldy and I.

"Would you care to explain to me what your talking about?" Alex asked with worrie in her voice.

"So, you're the famous Alexis we've been hearing much about," A man said coming from behind Alex.

"Who the heck are you?"asked Alex as she spun around to see a man with blue hair and hazel eyes. There was a red tatoo around his right eye.

"My name is Jellal Fernandez, I see you have met my commrades, Ul and Meldy," he replied."We are part of an unofficial guild called Crime Sorciere, and we have a request to ask of you."

At some restraunt in town....

"So let me get this straight," Alex said to the trio ,"There is a dragon-Igneel right?-that wants me to train with him?"

"Yes," Jellal replied,"he said that he sees great power and wants to help you indure that power. Igneel also said that he has a mission for you to do for him."

"Rrriiight," Alex replied,"and just how am I supposed to know that your telling me the truth, Jello?"

" It's Jellal, and I can take you to him myself if thats what it takes,"said Jellal.

Realizing that they were being serious and not pulling a prank on her, Alex agreed to train with Igneel.

"Your doing what?!" exclaimed the guild members.

"Its top secret. So, yes, I'm leaving Emperial Salem," Alex replied facing a woman in her 80's.

"Well.......... nothings stopping you from leaving, but you can not return. Ever," the woman said.

"Yes, I understand." Alex replied with depression ringing through it. As Alex left, she looked at the big room one more time and left.

"I'm ready to leave," she told Jellal. Jellal looked at her and transported them to a fire filled place. Igneels kingdom.

To spare you of boring details, Emperial Salem disbanded not long after Alex left. She started to train with Igneel right away for 4 months. She trained two months after the Grand Magic Games, excited to here of Fairy Tail's victory. After another month of training, Alex finally mastered all of the dragon slayer moves and secret techniques. Which brings us to this part of the chapter.

"Igneel said they were here, that I need to find them both and tell them the truth," Alex said to herself.
The Dragon King, and
The Demon Queen.
Combine their powers, and nothing can or will stop them.
Natsu, and Lucy, Alex thought to herself.
Alex Cordona Dragneel-her new name-had ice blue eyes,and blonde hair with pink and white streaks, pulled back in a braid. She no longer had her tatoo on her back.
"I shall not fail to keep my promise Igneel," Alex said to herself and clutched an anklet tight in her hand. When she released it, it was shining in the afternoon sun. It had a golden chain, with dragon scales dangling from the chain and in the middle was a claw. Her gift from Igneel.
