ERZA POV

"I'll go by myself if I," Natsu was saying then some one rushed in front of him and punched him in the gut. Alex had knocked Natsu unconcious."Alex?! I thought you were still unconcious, and why did you do that?!" I exclaimed. She layed Natsu down carefully on the street before replying,"You were all about to make the worst mistake ever." I was confused along with Gray and Wendy."What do you mean, what mistake?" Gray questioned.

"He was about to snap," Alex said with no emotion in her voice. Her eyes were hidden by her bangs."Sit down. I'm about to explain everything to you first with how they know me and I know them," She started to go into detail.

Alex pov Flashback.

It has been a few weeks since I finished training with Igneel. I went back to Emperial Salem for some unfinished buisness. I kicked in the doors, hitting someone with a plank if wood. I walked into the smaller guild. I was hooded so they couldn't see my identity. "Looks like you've down graded some," I said with a smirk. "Who the hell are you, thinking you can come in here and kick down our doors?" one member asked. I gave them a cold glare and they quieted down."Now down to buisness, Where is your master, Corlene?" I asked politely the first time. "What buisness do you have with Corlene?" Said the same member."It's none of your concern," I shot back immediately,"Now, I will ask politely one more time, Where is Master Corlene?" No one answered.

"So, we're playing tough, huh?" I asked with a interested smirk. I then launched myself at a random member and put him in an arm lock. I smashed his face against the table. Every one tensed up. I released him after a miute or two."What do you want, you terrorist to my guild?" Asked the old hag herself. "You havn't changed a bit have you Corlene?" I asked coldly amd continued,"You know what I'm hear for." Then a pink exceed had flew out of the womans office door and straight towards me."ALEX!!! YOU CAME BACK FOR ME!!," Prada, my old exceed, yelled at me and hugged me. She was crying into my chest."Of course I did, Prada. I promised you that I would come back for you," I replied. I looked up at Corlene then at the awestruck faces of the other members. I pulled down my hood, revealing my identity."Now that I have what I came for, I will be leaving with out a problem," I said while standing to leave with Prada. I fet a tug at Prada and then my braid. "Alex!!" I heard Prada scream. When I was finally turned towards Prada to watch how her guild mark would be removed, I saw a knife.

I started to mumble under myself,"After all these years, you had to suffer through their torture. I'm not gonna let you leave this place like this!" I yelled the last sentence. Then I lit my fists on fire and attacked the person holding my braid,"FIRE DRAGON'S IRON FIST." He released me and I took off in the direction towards Prada and the man who was inches away from her fur with the knife."FIRE DRAGON'S ROAR!!" I yelled and fire errupted from my mouth. I burnt the man and snatched Prada away from the other man. I used magic to gently remove the mark and left carrying Prada under my hood.

A week later.........

Me and Prada ended up in the city of Octavian. We were both looking for a temporary guild before leaving to find Fairy Tail. We asked around and no one knew of one close by. Or so I thought. Me and Prada were in a pub for mages only. We heard a few mages that were passing through the city talk about a new group of powerful mages that weren't that far away from here. "Did you hear that Prada?" I asked her while we walked out of the pub."Yes indeed I did. Shall we check it out?" She asked me. I replied,"It's worth a shot!" Then I started to jog in the direction of which the guild was, Prada was trailing shortly behind me.

A few minutes later......

I busted through the doors, Prada, hovering beside me casually flew in behind me. Everyone looked at us as we walked over to their bar. There, a boy with black hair and green eyes sat there with a plate of food."Hey, do you know where we can find your master?" Prada asked sweetly. I didn't say anything, I just looked at the boy. Do they really let kids join a magic guild? Maybe he has a brother or sister in the guild, I thought to my self. He whispered something to a Prada. I used my sensitive hearing to hear their conversation. "Who is your friend? She seems very quiet," the boy asked."Her name's Alex, and I don't know why she is so quiet. She was really excited to meet some other wizards," Prada whispered back. "Ya know I can hear you Prada," I reminded her. She giggled, knowing that she was guilty. The boy fell back in suprise,"You could hear what we were saying? Wait, what kind of magic do you use?" I just looked at him and grinned. "What's your name, kid?" I asked him and turned on the bar stool to help him up."My name is Shikora, your friend said your Alex, right?" He asked me. I nodded in approval. "Your pretty young to be in a guild, don't ya think?" I asked the boy now confirmed as Shikora. He grinned and replied,"Yeah, I'm just here with my brother and his friend. His friend is supposed to be helping me with my requip magic." I chuckled. He was very nice, he always smiled. "Anyway, master is up in his office, are you wanting to join?" He asked me excitedly. I shook my hands in front of my face and answered,"Don't get too excited, I might." I stood up and stretched,"Well Prada, lets go." She sprouted her wings and flew over to me. I was already half way up the stairs, when I heard Shikora talking to a man and a woman. "He must be Shikora's brother," Prada said,"He's cute." She looked at me and I yelled,"SHUT IT PRADA!!"

In the master's office.....

The man said his name was Vallen, so that's what I called him."So, Alex. What brings you to my guild?" Vallen asked me and sat down in his chair. Prada was impatient and answered for me," Alex and I would like to join your guild!" I face palmed and said,"You left out a few details. We will only be here for a few months and after that we are leaving. We just need some money for traveling and food." Vallen nodded in return,"Well, okay, but I don't just except anyone into my guild." Prada answered again,"What do we have to do?"
"More like what do I have to do?" I corrected her. She started grumbling under her breathe, so when I glared at her she stopped automaticly. Vallen continued,"You must fight one of my strongest members. I'll get that little boy to pick who. If you win, then you and your little kitty can join." Prada got ticked and mumbled,"Exceed." I laughed when Vallen replied,"Bless you." Once that happened, he continued,"Do you accept?" I thought about it. "I accept. The only questions I have are When and Where?" I asked him. "We'll tell you," he said. When we walked out with him, he walked over to Shikora while Prada and I stayed up stairs and talked."Which magic should I use? The new magic or Lightning Empress?" I asked Prada making sure no one was listening."Totaly the new one. That one is alot stronger than the old one. Besides, you said its hard to summon Lightning Empress on demand," Prada said. I noticed Shikora pointing around the guild and then finally picked someone. Finally, I thought.

"Alex, It's time for your initiation," Vallen called up stairs. I slid down the railing and Prada flew down. "So, which one of these fine mages is gonna fight me?" I asked looking around. Shikora looked up at me and said a name and pointed to a man walking up to me,"Your gonna fight Jose!" He exclaimed, happy with his decision. The man looked rough, like he just lost a fight. "Alright, Vallen you want me to fight this pipsqueak?" Jose asked. That made me angry. No one calls me a pipsqueak and gets away with it, but I had it to my advantage,"Okay, I hope I don't get too beat up if I do loose." Prada had a look of fear."That poor soul," Alex said to Shikora."What is it Prada?" Shikora asked with a confused look on his face."Your commrade is writting his death certifacate. He just mocked the strongest female mage in this room," Prada replied. Shikora nodded and said,"Maybe, but she probably couldn't beat Pirus." I flicked my head back at him and said,"What did you just say?" That scared him and he muttered,"N-Nothing." Every one filed outside, and started to place bets. Of course, Prada and Shikora were running the bets. Prada anounced the bets placed for who was gonna win,"Jose got 196 bets, while Alex got... 4? Me and Shikora bet on Alex, but who were the other two?" Vallen was getting impatient,"We'll find out later. Let the match........... begin!"

ALEX POV (not in falsh back)

"That's all for now. I'll tell you the rest of the story on the train," I said while standing up. Natsu had waken up when I started to talk about a fight, and was still grumbling about me knocking him out for no reason."Yes, we should be heading back to the guild to tell master what happened,"Erza said, also standing. Gray, Natsu, Wendy, Happy and Charle were all getting up and started to walk. We were heading back to the guild to give the worst news ever, so it was understandable no one talked that time before getting on the train.

I hope this wasn't confusing. If it was, then here is a summary.

Alex was explaining about what happened a few months before she came to Fairy Tail. While she was telling Team Natsu, you guys were reading it in Flash Back mode. I had to cut it short so I decided to be cruel and cut it off right before the big battle! YAY!!! JK.
