A/N: here's chapter 5 for ya guys. I'm gonna make a change to what happens with Lucy's kidnapping. 

In Magnolia 

As everyone in Fairy Tail returned to Magnolia they noticed that the ground has been soaked from rain and that small puddles were scattered around, the members of Fairy Tail called out to Lucy and Mira but they heard nothing."Over here"! Danny yelled as he picked up a small brown case that a mixture of gold and silver keys attached to a keychain. Erza, Kagura and Makarov came running to Danny and as they reached him they saw the small brown case."That's Lucy's key case but where is she"? Erza asked as Danny replied."Well since I don't see or sense Juvia or Sol here, nor Lucy which means they must have taken her". Makarov's blood began to boil at the thought of Jose kidnapping one of his children but before he could voice his anger loud screaming and yelling was heard as the group of four ran towards the loud noises and saw a large castle walking through the sea towards the Fairy Tail guild hall. 

"Lowly members of Fairy Tail I have miss Lucy Heartfilia and if you wish to keep your pathetic guild alive then all you have to do is surrender to me and admit that Phantom Lord is the better guild and that Fairy Tail doesn't compare". Jose's voice announced over the castles speakers however almost immediately Danny yelled in defiance."Go to hell Jose"! Everyone in Fairy Tail began to yell and scream in defiance of the leader of Phantom Lord, this caused to become very angry with the members of Fairy Tail as he then yelled through the speakers."Okay you pests lets see if you continue your defiance after I use this". Almost immediately a large cannon emerged from the chest area of the castle."A Jupiter cannon, he's insane"! Kagura yelled out but as she turned to her right she saw that Danny was gone and also saw that Happy was flying Natsu towards the large castle to try and stop the cannon. 

Inside the Castle 

Danny ran through the castle as his loud footsteps echoed through the empty halls. 'Jose you're gonna pay for this ' he thought as he continued sprinting towards the leader of Phantom Lord. Muffled explosions could be heard by Danny as eventually found who he was looking for, Danny sneered at the pale faced man in front of him."Jose". Danny growled out as Jose looked at him with indifference as he replied."Hello Flash Bullet, such a shame you're with Fairy Tail. If you were with us you could be so much stronger". Danny shook his head and vanished in the blink of an eye with Jose just cocked an eyebrow as Danny appeared behind him and whispered to him."Think you can keep up". However before Jose could attack Danny disappeared once again and went back to his original position, Jose cocked a small side smile and said."I am impressed Flash Bullet, you're as fast as they say. You might actually prove a small challenge to me". Danny nodded his head and began to flash around the throne room as Jose's sclera's turned dark purple almost black in colour. 

"Shade Entangle"! Jose yelled as he used his magic to try and capture Danny but missed as Danny was just too fast. Danny appeared in front of Jose and punched him in the gut with Jose retaliating with a punch to Danny's face, the two began to throw punches and kicks for a few minutes. After Danny connected with a kick to Jose's face and Jose with a punch to Danny's face sending each other flying across the throne room, sounds of running footsteps came closer and closer until two males and two females entered the throne room.

"Danny"! One of the females shouted causing the light blue haired male to look over to the new group that had entered."Kagura, Erza, Gray and Elfman what are you doing here"? Danny questioned but before anyone could reply Danny was trapped in an explosion causing him to yell in pain, Kagura and Erza went to rush to Danny's side but were cut off when Jose created and explosion in front of them while calling out."You can just stay there while I finish off this miserable Fairy, once that's done you'll be next"! Erza and Kagura just sneered at Jose but a smile slowly crept up on their faces as Erza replied to Jose."Master Jose turn around". Jose looked confused as he did turn around only to see that Danny wasn't there. 

With Danny 

"Finally got away. Now to go and find Lucy". Danny said as he struggled to walk towards where he thought Lucy would be. After around 10-15 minutes of slowly walking Danny finally reached where Lucy was and what he saw made his blood boil."Hello Danny, looking for this rich bitch"! A familiar voice said as Lucy was sent flying towards him from a vicious kick to stomach, Danny manged to catch Lucy. Danny studied the cuts and bruises on Lucy's body, they all looked surface wounds at best but the way they covered her beautiful pale skin sent Danny over the edge as his right forearm began to turn pitch black along with his eyes turning from dark blue to dark blood red colour. Danny looked up to the person who'd kicked Lucy to him and his final words to them were."You're dead Gajeel". Danny gently placed Lucy on the ground and vanished in the blink of an eye.
