"Mira! Hit me with some booze!" Yelled Cana to the white haired beauty behind the counter. Mira sighed at her brown haired friend.

"Cana, it's 7 am."

"So?"

"So you can't drink at this hour!"

"Oh come on! Please~"

"No."

"Why do you hate me?" Said Cana as she started crying anime tears.

"I don't hate you! I just want you to take care of your health more!"

"Hey! I do take care of my health! Yesterday, I didn't drink until 6 am!"

"Cana did you even hear what you just said?!"

"Yeah, yeah." Said Cana as she waved Mira off. "And what's wrong with you being all grumpy on me?" Asked Cana to Mira with a pout. "Was Laxus to hard on you last night or something?" Mira's face became as red as a tomato at this.

"C--Cana!"

"What? Did I say something wrong?" Asked Cana as she raised an eyebrow at Mira. She then smirked at her "or did I say something right perhaps?" Mira's face could be mistaken to a tomato by now.

"I'll take that as a yes."

"Sh--shut up!" Said Mira as she turned her back at Cana and made her way towards the guild's kitchen.

"Don't forget my booze!" Yelled Cana to the white haired girl.

The brown haired girl then started to look at her surroundings. The guild hall was silent, not a single person was here yet.

'Man I'm bored.' Thought Cana as a sigh had left her lips. She flinched when she heard the guild doors opening. Looking back, she had founded 3 figures at the doors of the guild. Cana grinned at the people who just stepped inside the guild.

"Laxus! Freed! Bixclow!" Yelled Cana happily as she got up from her seat and went over to the said man. "You guys came just in time! I was just about to have my morning drink!"

"And by morning drink I'm guessing it's booze, right?" Asked Laxus as he was crossing his arms over chest. Cana grinned at this.

"Yupe!"

"Cana it's 7 am." Said Freed as he sighed at the brown haired girl. Cana glared at him.

"Oh come on! Not you too!" Yelled Cana as she crossed her arms over her chest while pouting. "It's like you guys don't even know me at all." Laxus, Freed and Bixclow chuckled at  this.

"Have you seen Mira anywhere Cana?" Asked Laxus. Cana smirked at this.

"Oh! You mean your girlfriend~!" Said Cana while wiggling her eyebrows at Laxus, who only rolled his eyes at her. "Yupe she was just here complaining about you being an annoying bastard."

"Hey! Laxus isn't annoying! Or a bastard!!" Yelled Freed defensively at the brown haired girl.

"No one asked you moss head!" Retorted the so called '21 year old woman' at him. Freed glared at her.

"Call me a moss head again--"

"What? You'll not make anyone touch me for 5 minutes?"

"Hey! For the record my magic can keep any men from touching you for an eternity!"

"Well I had enough of it so you can go ahead and do it if you want to."

"You--!"

While those two we're arguing, Laxus made his way towards the kitchen where his lovely white haired girlfriend was currently trying to drag a barrel out of . As Laxus arrived at the kitchen, he looked at Mirajane with an amused face.

"Ugh! Stupid barrel!" Groaned Mira in frustration as she sighed. "Why is this thing so heavy?!" She flinched when she felt two strong arms wrap around her waist.

"Maybe it's because you've been playing the 'lovely bartender' role for to long. Why don't you just go back with playing 'the demon' role." Said Laxus as he buried his face in the crook of her neck. He then moved his face towards her ear and whispered to her ever so quietly "it suits you better." That made shivers run down Mirajane's spine.

"Well, I think I rock both of those roles." Said Mira as she smirked at Laxus as she turned her head towards him with a smirk still plastered on her face.

"I agree." Said Laxus as he got closer to Mira. Mira smiled at her blonde haired boyfriend. Laxus then gently grabbed her chin, and placed a tenderly sweet loving kiss on her pink lips. Mira then wrapped her arms around Laxus's neck, deepening their kiss in the process.

After some time of eating each others face off, the two finally broke away from each other in the need of air.

"Hey." Said Laxus as he smirked at Mira who giggled sweetly at him.

"Hello to you too." Said Mira as she let go of Laxus's neck.

"I didn't see you when I woke up, so I figured you'd be at the guild." Said Laxus as he pocketed both of his hands.

"Yeah, sorry about that. I just remembered that I had some unfinished chores to take care of at the guild." Said Mira while  laughing sheepishly.

"Why didn't you just let Lisanna or Kinana to take care of these 'chores'." Mira shook her head at that. "Lisanna was on a date with Bixclow last night, so I figured she'd be exhausted and wanted to sleep. As for Kinana, she went on a job with Erik yesterday." Laxus sighed at this.

"But I like to wake up and see your face to start my day." Said Laxus as he smiled at Mira who blushed at his comment, but smiled nonetheless. "But unfortunately today, I woke up with planting my lips against a pillow." Mira laughed at this, as Laxus smiled at her.

Mavis, he just loved the white haired girl's laugh.

Her laugh was one of the many things that he liked about her. Along with her beautiful long white hair.

But Laxus's most favorite thing about Mira, were her eyes.

Her beautiful, amazing blue eyes.

Sure her sister Lisanna had them too, but Mira's eyes were different. Those beautiful blue orbs of her's had so much love in them, so much care and so many other feelings that Laxus just couldn't describe without spending the whole day doing it.

He'd only started to date the white haired beauty 6 months ago, but damn, those were the best 6 months of his life.

At first, he just had this liking to the white haired girl. He never thought that he would fall so hard for her.

Soon, she was going to be his.

If everything goes as planned, of course, he was going to do it.

He was going to make her his and only.

Soon enough, he was going to announce it.

"Hey Laxus." Laxus was snapped out if his thoughts by Mira's voice. "Can you help me take this out for Cana?" Asked Mira as she gestured over the giant barrel of booze. Laxus chuckled at this.

"Of course." He said as he easily grabbed the barrel and made his way out of the kitchen towards the guild's bar, where Cana and Freed were now talking with each other.

"Wait, so your seriously not gay?"

"What?! No!! Why would you think that?"

"Dude, did you seriously just ask that?" Said Bixclow as he sat down beside Cana with his little 'babies' over his head, repeating the word  "true, true."

"Hey! Just because I'm really loyal to Laxus doesn't mean that I'm gay?!" Exclaimed Freed irritatingly at them as he rubbed at his temples.

"Here you go Cana." Said Laxus as he dropped the giant barrel in front of Cana. Cana grinned happily at this.

"Yes! I knew you won't let me down Mira!" Yelled Cana as she easily lifted up the barrel, and immediately started chugging it down. All of them sweat dropped at the brown haired girl.

Soon, time flew by and almost every Fairy Tail member arrived at the guild. It was a Saturday so no one really bothered on going up to pick a job.

Everyone were just hanging out with each other.

"Hey Mira!" Said Levy happily as she walked over to the white haired barmaid. Mira smiled sweetly at Levy.

"Hey Levy!!" Said Mira cheerfully as she waved at the blue haired girl. "How was your date with Gajeel?" Asked Mira with a smirk plastered on her face. Levy's eyes widened at this as her face became a deep shade of red.

"Wha--What date?! That wasn't a date?!" Mira furrowed her eyebrows as her big blue eyes showed disappointment at what Levy just told her.

"It wasn't?"

"No!!"

"But I heard that he asked you to go out with him!!"

"On a job!!" Yelled Levy to Mira as her cheeks reddened in embarrassment. Mira sighed at this.

"You guys are so boring."

"Whaaa-- why?!"

"Because your so dense!!"

"Dense about what??"

"About each others feelings of course!!"

"We do not have any feelings for each other!?"

"Oh come on Levy!!" Whined Mira to Levy. "Why can't you guys just come clean already!!?"

"Because!" Said Levy as she sat down at the bar in front of Mira while pouting. Mira raised an eyebrow at her.

"Because?"

"Because....I....I don't like him that way." Said Levy as she turned her head away from Mira with her arms crossed over her chest. Mira sighed at this.

"Fine." She said as she shook her head. "Whatever makes you happy Levy."

"Hey what's that supposed to mean?!" 

"Oh nothing, nothing at all~." Said Mira to her as she turned her back towards the blue haired girl, who sighed at her white haired friend.

"Attention!!" Yelled Makarov as he stood, well sat on his wheelchair, on the second floor of the Fairy Tail guild. "Everyone may I have your attention please!!"

"What is it gramps?" Asked Laki to him confusingly. 

"I have an announcement to make!!" Yelled Makarov to everyone in the guild, who only looked at their old master confusingly.

"It has been a great honor for me of being the 3rd master to this guild!!" Yelled Makarov to them. "And, 5th and 8th..." He mumbled under his breath to which made everyone laugh at. "But!!" He yelled to all of them, which made everyone to go silent to hear the old man's next words. "I have decided! After all of these years!! To resign as the master to this guild!!" Everyone's eyes widened in surprise and horror at what their master just told them.

"What?!" 

"But master you can't do that!!"

"What the hell Gramps!!"

"What do you mean by that!! You can't just quit!!"

Yells of protest over what Makarov just said were thrown back and forth in the Fairy Tail guild. 

"Gramps!!" Yelled Laxus as he practically flew his way towards his grandfather. "You can't!! You can't do this!! Who's going to take care of us if your not here?? Your not actually thinking of making someone from this guild the new guild master?!"

"What if I am?" Asked Makarov with a smug smirk plastered on his wrinkled up face. Laxus raised an eyebrow at this.

"Oh hell no. Let me guess, it's Macao isn't it?" Many, including Macao himself, did a spittake after hearing this.

"Please say no." Said Laki to him with pleading eyes. "I swear I'll torture you to death if you do that!!"

"L--Laki..." Said Mira and Levy to the light purple haired girl with a sweat drop.

"Of course not." Yelled Makarov with a sigh. "Macao's not going to be Fairy Tail's guild master again." Said Makarov. "Or ever again..."

"Hey!!" Yelled Macao defensively at the old short man who completely ignored him and continued his announcement.

"I have already decided who's going to be the next one to inherent this guild!!" Yelled Makarov, a smile gracing his wrinkled up face. Looking over at Laxus, he rolled his way over to his grandson and raised his muscular arm up in the air.

"MY DEAR CHILDREN! MAY I PRESENT TO YOU YOUR NEW GUILD MASTER!!"

At first, everyone was silent. Not a word was spoken after Makarov's announcement.

But that soon changed when thousands of cheers filled the air of the once silent guild.

"Oh hell yeah!!"

"That's what I'm talking about!!"

"All hail our new guild master Laxus!!"

"I KNEW IT!!"

"Thank god it's not Macao..."

"This calls for a celebration!!"

Cheers and yells of happiness filled the air as Laxus was just standing beside his grandfather, processing what had just occurred.

Him? The new guild master?

The new master of Fairy Tail?

"You're--you're joking...." mumbled Laxus quietly to himself. "I--I-- no no... I don't deserve this!"

"Yes you do. If I wasn't sure I wouldn't of given it to you in the first place."

"But--!!"

"Laxus." Yelled Makarov as he cut his grandson off. "Your ready for this. I want you to be the one to raise our new generation of mages. So please" Said Makarov as he took both of Laxus hands in his. "Don't disappoint me." A grin replaced Makarov's serious face after saying that.

Laxus smiled at this.

This was it. He wasn't going to lie, he felt like crying right now.

"Thank you.." said Laxus as his voice cracked a bit while saying this.

He couldn't take it anymore. All of his mixed up feelings, he needed to let them out.

"Thank you gramps..." Said Laxus as a fresh set of hot tears poured down his cheeks as he hugged his grandfather tightly with a smile plastered on his face. Makarov laughed at this as he didn't waste a second in hugging his grandson back.

"You deserve this Laxus. You deserve this."

That day, the Fairy Tail members partied for more then 2 days.

News of the announcement of Fairy Tail's new guild master was soon known to every single person in Fiore.

Magazine's, news papers of all languages and even talk shows had announced the news to every citizen in the world , until it had been an all known fact to everyone in the continent.

That, was the sign of a new start, a new beginning to our dear Fairy Tail mages.

2 years. It's been 2 years since the fairy tail guild had heard anything regarding team Natsu. Ever since they took that one hundred years quest, the guild hadn't seen nor heard anything about them since 2 years.

In the year x795, the guild was having one of their usual days. Mira was cleaning the bar and serving the others, Cana was having a drinking contest with Macao, Wakabe and Makarov, Laki was chatting with Kinana while babysitting Asuka, Romeo was at the bar talking with Mira about his latest job...and so on.

Again, one of the guilds usual days. Normal days.

Until they had finally heard news regarding team Natsu.

And oh how much they've wished they didn't.
