I am not dead! Although I did decide to randomly go to three chapters and see what you guys commented.

I was laughing so hard that I began to cry like a banshee (how do I spell that word?!) and made a scene in the car ride to my grandparents.

One of them was Chapter 19 and you guys are literally the best. And thank you to @MythicalPhoenixFire and @Tobias_Mellark for the great advise on dealing with my parents. Just wonderful.

NOW LETS START THE CHAPTER! And there is some cursing in this chapter so, yeah.

~Natsu's POV~

Erza and Jellal had just left for their date about five minutes ago. But somehow, everyone had jumped on the 'What Do You Think Their Doing?' conversation.

Gray was looking just as bored as I was at the topic. But Gajeel and Romeo somehow seemed interested in the topic. Don't ask me why. I have literally no idea.

I sat sprawled across the soft chair with my legs on the top and head hanging lazily off the seat cushion.

I tried to listen in on the gibberish my boring friends were saying. I heard Levy say, "Oh, I bet they went to some fancy cafe or something!"

Lucy spoke up, "They're probably holding hands!"

"And having sloppy make out sessions!" Happy added gleefully. Lucy then proceeded to smack the back of Happy's head.

"BAD HAPPY! VERY BAD!"

"I wonder if Jellal is telling Erza how pretty she looks!" Juvia murmured, staring absently at the ceiling.

"Pfft, she's not that pretty..." Gajeel muttered under his breath, making things more awkward then needed.

"I hope they're making babies. 30 babies. JeRza ones. JeRza babies. 30 of them." Mira squealed in a terrifyingly calm voice. We all took a moment to stare at the white headed bartender.

The staring contest of death was interrupted by a loud knock at the door that shook the room.

Great. A perfect excuse to leave. Before Gray could say anything, I buried his face with a couh pillow and screamed, "I'll get it!"

I ran away from the living room and towards the pounding door. I took a deep sigh and thrust open the door.

Oh no. Not him. Why in Mavis' sake is this poop muffin here?!

"Sup', Pinky? You seen my babe in here?" Evan sneered. His breath reeked of alcohol and he seemed to have a slur to his words. He was leaning against the door rim.

I pushed the door close, but he grudgingly stuck his foot in the doorway effort it could fully shut. The door slammed into his foot, earning a howl of pain from Evan. At least I caused the guy some pain. So there's a plus side.

"What do you want, drunk?" I hissed at him. He rolled his eyes and pushed the door open with a struggle and squeezed through the crack.

He stumbled forward, nearly knocking over a lamp. Evan fell down on his knees then sat on the carpeted floor without saying a word. How drunk is this guy?

"I w-would like to see Wucy! I mean Lucy" He slurred. He began to slowly pull himself to his feet.

I grabbed him from behind his collar and tried to say in a calm tone, "Nope, you can't. Get the hell out. She never wants to see you again."

Just as I was trying to squeeze Evan out the door, hopefully making him face plant into the wall, there was a voice from further down the hallway. "Natsu! Who's at the door? You're taking forever. I-I mean we- were starting to get worried."

A small smile appeared on my posses off face as I thought about the fact the Lucy was worried about me. But the quickly faded when I realized the situation I was in.

Lucy appeared from the other room. Evan gurgled, "Lucy!"

She faltered her steps, "Evan, is that you?" He wiggled out of my grasp and ran-or whatever you call running when you're as drunk as this guy-over to Lucy.

He wrapped his fat, meaty arms around Lucy's waist. I gritted my teeth and clenched my fists. Evan mumbled, "Sup' babe? I wanna kiss" He tried to lean down for a kiss.

To my delight, Lucy covered his mouth with her hand and was attempting to push him away. "No, stop! Ugh, you smell like booze! Have you been drinking?!" She yelled at him.

"O-only a little..." He smirked, pulling Lucy closer. His hand slowly went down from her waist and grabbed-that bastard- Lucy's butt.

"ARGH! Get the hell away from me!" Lucy pulled her hand away and slapped Evan right in the cheek. The sound echoed through the halls.

He just laughed, "Is that anyway to treat your boyfriend? Now. Come. Here." He grabbed her arm and was, once again, trying to kiss her.

Well, that drove my over the edge. I ran up to Evan and grabbed his shoulder and pulled him away from Lucy. I ignited my fist in flames.

"What the he-" He began. I fist collided with his face and he screamed in pain. He was thrown onto the ground.

I didn't even give him a chance to get up before I kicked his stomach. As he groaned in pain, I turned and grabbed the collar of his shirt. I then literally threw him out the door and out into the empty hallway. I snarled at him, "Don't ever go near Lucy again, creep!"

I slammed the door close just as the others came running into the hallway. Gray screamed, "What the hell was that noise!?"

"Hmm? Oh, that. I-uh-well" I stuttered awkwardly.

"Juvia heard a lot of screaming and thumping. Was someone here?" Juvia asked no one in particular.

Before I could say anything, Lucy interrupted, "Yeah, my extremely drunk and perverted ex-boyfriend." Wait, did she just say EX-boyfriend? Did I hear that correctly? "He tried to make a move on me, but luckily Natsu was here to save me."

"What? Oh yeah. I sorta punched him and stuff." I scratched the back of my head.

Gajeel crossed his arms, "Protecting your girl, eh?"

I hissed at him, "Shut up." I was then tackled by an ecstatic Mira who was holding me by my neck.

"Yes, Natsu! You beat the fiend up! I am so proud! Now the NaLu can happen!" She raised her fist proudly in the air, while still holding my neck.

Lucy grabbed Mira's arms, ignoring what she just said, "Mira, let go of Natsu. You're choking him." She released me and I fell to the ground, gasping for air.

"That's our Mira!" Levy giggled like she was in some stupid sitcom on TV.

I stood out on the balcony of the girl's room. I had my arms rested on the railing and was watching the cars below drive away.

The wind tugged at my clothing and hair. The moon was shining above me in the sky.

Mira had ordered me to wait out here to see when Jellal and Erza were going to comeback. Which, honestly, was pointless since I can't really make out any person from so high up. But Mira is a terrifying lady so I just obeyed her.

I heard the screen door open behind me. I turned around and saw Lucy. she was wearing some white dress that kind of looked like pajamas.

"H-hi, Natsu" She stuttered. I could barely make it out from the darkness, but I think she was blushing.

I replied, "Oh, hey."

She walked up to me and leaned against the railing beside me. Lucy muttered, "About earlier-"

"I am so sorry! I know I went a little overboard and stuff..." I began.

She raised her hands nervously, "Oh no! I came here to thank you for that.'

"Really?"

"Yeah. Evan was a real jerk. He was such a pervert."

"Well, I know that. But then why did you go out with him?" I asked her. I really didn't understand it, if she knew he was such a d-bag, then why did she date him?

She covered her face with her hands and huffed, "I don't know! I think I was just trying to get over...someone."

"Who?"

"NO ONE! NO ONE AT ALL." She shot up and her eyes went wide. Yup, her entire face was red.

"Ha ha, Luce you're so weird." I giggled at her expression.

"Hey, shut up!" She punched my arm lightly. But that didn't really help in making me stop laughing. "Anyway, you doofus, I just wanted to thank you for kicking his ass and stuff."

"I did kick his ass, didn't I?" I smirked at her. Just as I turned my face back to the streets, Lucy surprised me.

"So, thanks." She said quietly and kissed my cheek before scurrying away and out the balcony.

"Wait, what?" I slowly began to process what just happened. Very slowly. "Lucy...kissed me?" I cheered loudly and my voice echoed through the night sky.

I was unaware that, not only could Lucy hear my cheers, but everyone else had too.
