It was Monday, which meant one thing... training first thing in the morning.

Mikasa was the first to wake up. After a few minutes of stretching, she sat up and sighed. "Yay... sunrise training..." She stretched more. She stood up and tried to wake up Lucy, who was in a deep slumber. Mikasa poked her cheek. Lucy's eyes fluttered open. 

"Morning, sleepyhead. Today we have sunrise training, and we don't wanna miss rolecall. You should probably get up and change." 

Lucy sighed. "What time is it...?"

"It's 8:44."

Lucy stretched a bit, and slowly stood up. She cracked her neck on both sides, and shook her head after, making it feel less stiff. Suddenly, a memory of her old guild came back to her. 'Natsu...' she thought. She held her hand to her forehead, which ached at the thought of her old friend....

Meanwhile at the guild...

Master Makarov sat at his desk, filling out paperwork. He hasn't told anyone of Lucy's departure. Hell, he hasn't even seen her! All he got from her, was a letter, explaining her whereabouts.

Dear Master Makarov,

Hi! Your probably very worried about me. And I'm sorry for running off. I am in an alternative dimension, helping the people with 'issues' they have. It's a tough job, and it also requires a lot of time. I have a small favor for you. Please do not tell ANYONE about me. To avoid questions, please refrain about talking about me at all costs. I hope you will keep this letter in a safe spot, where no one can find it and read it. I will return in about a year or so, but I might not stay for long. I miss everyone at the guild, and I hope to return as soon as possible.

Everyday, he read that letter. Over, and over again to try and find out which realm she could be in. After a bunch of research, he found 5 realms she could possibly be in. He did not know, however, that one of them, she was actually in. He wrote them down on a piece of scrap paper he pulled out from his filing cab-nit.

Meanwhile, Natsu sat on the bench, with Lucy running over his mind as usual. He missed her... It teared him apart when Lucy wasn't with him... She had been gone for 2 days now... Little did he know that she wouldn't return for another month...
