" if you do, i will personally slit your tiddies "
。。。
"i'm gONNA FUCKING DIE! AAAAAAAAHHHHH"
somehow, mark had convinced donghyuck to go on a ride with him and everyone else.
and does he regret agreeing to mark.
"THIS CONTRAPTION IS GONNA KILL ME AND I'M GONNA FUCKING SUE ALL OF YOU!"
the others that were around him on the huge floaty responded with loud cackles.
in a span of five minutes, donghyuck's life flashed before his eyes. as he got off of the ride, his legs decided to not work anymore making him stumble a bit before he started to tip over.
before he could face plant into the concrete, mark caught him by his waist.
"phew, that was a close one." mark then pulled the younger up, making sure he regained his balance.
"y-yeah, and thanks." it was already bad that donghyuck almost embarrassed himself again, but then mark just had to literally swoop in and do this to him.
whilst mark was making sure the fairy was okay, the others looked at them with raised eyebrows.
"since when were they so close?" asked jisung, quiet enough so the two wouldn't hear him.
"i have no idea, but do you think mark gave up on hana already? they don't seem to be all that close anymore." jaemin wondered what happened between the close knit friends.
was it something bad?
he didn't know, but he sure wanted to find out.
jeno shrugged his shoulders, "probably. i talked to her a couple days ago and she told me to whole story."
"wait, why'd she tell you? you guys aren't even close?" renjun asked, a small attitude in his tone.
"chill, i'm not cheating on you honey. i'm in her history of dance class, and she told me that she couldn't hold it in anymore and i was the only person she knew in that class. and so, she told me her whole fucking life story."
"what'd she say?" chenle piped in, suddenly interested because, tea.
"she said she couldn't take mark not noticing how much she loves him anymore. so, she decided to move on. find someone new." jeno summed up, but then quickly quieted everyone else since he saw mark and donghyuck approaching them.
the others dropped the topic once the two arrived. jisung spoke up, saying that they should go to the wave pool next.
"oh hell no! i almost died once today, i am not risking another time." the fairy refused, crossing his arms in protest.
mark absentmindedly found the action cute, the corners of his mouth rising a bit at the sight.
was it just him or was donghyuck suddenly so adorable to him lately?
from his childish antics to his pretty voice.
just, everything.

after a day full of empty death threats from the younger fairy and plenty of mindless staring from mark. the two bid goodbye to their friends and headed back to the dorms, instantly crashing onto the couch out of exhaustion.
"never take me to a water park ever again. if you do, i will personally slit your tiddies."
"but i don't--"
"okay, man tiddies. better?"
"sure."
a moment of silence was settled between the two, due to the fact that they were just too tired to do anything.
donghyuck was about to fall asleep until mark asked, "are you hungry?"
the fairy just hummed while nodding his head up and down. he felt the elder male get off the couch and started to head to the kitchen.
"what are you doing hyung?"
"making you some food."
donghyuck tried to decline the offer because he knew how tired mark was, but the male just went off into the kitchen anyways, ignoring the younger's whining. he eventually gave up whining and followed mark into the kitchen, where he already had a pot ready, boiling some water on the stove.
sitting himself on the counter, he just watched mark work. he was stuck in a daze before he heard a hiss of pain coming from the other. and so, he hopped off the counter, rushing towards the male.
"are you okay? did you get burned? i told you that you didn't have to cook for me you dumbo!" seeing the angry red splotch on mark's hand, he dragged him to the bathroom.
turning on the sink, he put the elder's hand under the cold water while he left to get his fairy dust. yes, his fairy dust. not the first aid kit.
he stuffed the small pouch into his back pocket as he returned to the bathroom.
"you know the first aid kit is in the cabinet right?" mark pointed at the small compartment next to the mirror, but donghyuck brushed it off thinking of an excuse on a whim.
"yeah, but aloe works better. now close your eyes and experience the power of mother nature!" the elder male just chuckled and closed his eyes for the younger.
donghyuck thanked the fairy gods that mark listened to him and didn't question his weird command.
turning off the faucet, donghyuck gently held onto mark's injured hand, glancing up every few seconds to make sure the male didn't open his eyes.
as fast as he could, he grabbed a pinch of the fairy dust and sprinkled it on the injured area, silently wishing for it to heal.
on the other hand, mark felt this tingly sensation on his burn. nothing like how aloe should feel on his skin. he opened his eyes only to find his burn completely healed.
like it had never even been burnt in the first place. he found it odd because normally, it would take a while for the aloe to take affect.
"how--?"
"i told you aloe does wonders."

so, i love chinese new years y'all cause, one, food. two, red pocket money. and three, celebration at the temple.
anyways, the night before yesterday i had a pop of inspiration while watching theodd1sout and jaidenanimations so watch out for a quick short story getting released on valentines day.
it's centered on the dreamies but in jisung's point of view, and now that i really think about it, it's quite depressing yoIKES
question: do y'all want me to release the whole book on valentine's day, or chapter by chapter starting from valentine's day? (i'm fine with either cause it's completed now)
