Qrow watched as three little fairies fly through the window bars into his cell and hover in front of him.

"Wait a minute...you look like...Clover's aunts." Qrow said confused.

"We are Clover's aunts, we're fairies!" Summer told him.

"We're here to get you out." Kahli said.

"Clover's in danger, he needs your help." Willow added.

"What!? W-what happened to Clover!? Is he okay!?" Qrow asked worriedly.

"He's in an eternal slumber only you can wake him from." Summer explained.

"....a what?" Qrow replied looking at the fairy like she was crazy.

"The witch who locked you away here cursed Clover when he was a baby, so that's why we had to raise him in the woods. But we messed up and brought him home to his parents a day too early, and...he fell victim to the curse." Kahli explained.

"Who the h*ll curses a baby!?" Qrow asked.

"Salem, that's who." Willow answered.

Fear strikes Qrow's heart, he has heard of the evil witch...everyone has. If he's in her castle that means that his chance of escaping in one piece are next to nothing. But, Clover was in trouble and needed him, there's no way he could just give up. 

"Well, you came here to break me out, so get me out of this cell." Qrow told the fairies.

With their magic, the fairies open Qrow's cell and lead him out of the dungeon.

"Where do you think you're going!" Tyrian growled.

Tyrian is now chasing Qrow, trying to recapture him. Quickly, Qrow grabs a sword and shield that was hanging on the wall and fights off Tyrian. He manages to slice the scorpion's tail off before knocking him unconscious with the hilt of the sword. Then he steals a horse from the stables and rides off towards the kingdom. 

"NO! I CAN'T LET HIM RUIN MY PLANS!!" Salem said angrily.

Qrow is halfway to the kingdom when Salem suddenly blocks his path.

"Stand down, witch!" Qrow told her.

Salem throws a fireball at the horse's feet, causing it throw Qrow off and run away. The witch crept towards him, a fireball in each hand. Qrow uses his shield to block the first fireball, then rolls out of the way of the second. He gets to his feet and swings his sword at the woman. She dodges his attack, and knocks him back several feet. 

"I will not let you undo what I have done. Prepare to taste the fires of h*ll!" Salem said transforming into a large fire-breathing dragon.

"Well...sh*t...this just got a lot harder." Qrow mumbled to himself.

He jumps out of the way of the dragon's fire breath and runs into the woods, the dragon not too far behind. The man dodges fire blasts left and right, then is swept by the dragon's tail sending him tumbling down a rocky hill. Qrow gets a deep gash on his right arm from a jagged rock, and breaks his ankle landing harshly on the ground. He switches to holding his sword in his left hand and stands up shakily. 

"Qrow! Are you alright!?" Summer asked him.

"I'll live...if you and the other two can distract her." Qrow replied.

Agreeing to Qrow's plans, the fairies fly up towards the dragon's face and distract her. This gives Qrow the chance to stab the witch turned dragon in the heart killing her. As Salem dies, her body bursts into flames and turns to a pile of ash. After that, the fairies help Qrow get to the castle where he hurriedly limps to Clover's room.

"Oh, thank god you're here, Qrow." Queen Joanna said when Qrow abruptly pushes the door open.

Qrow refuses the aid the king and queen offered him as he stumbles on a broken ankle, holding his bleeding arm, towards Clover's bed. He sits down on the edge of it and stares down at Clover's sleeping form.

"What do I do again?" Qrow asked.

"Kiss him, it'll break the curse." King Trevor told him.

"And you're sure that'll work?" Qrow asked everyone.

They all nod and wait for Qrow to get on with it. Taking a deep breath, Qrow leans down and presses a gentle kiss to Clover's cold lips. He keeps his lips there for a good five minutes before sitting up and waiting for the results. Everyone holds their breath as they wait for the spell to break and for Clover to wake up. Slowly, the prince's eyes flutter open and when he saw Qrow he smiles and sits up.

"Where have you been, Qrow, I was so worried about you." Clover said hugging him.

"Oh my god, Qrow, you're hurt! What happened!?" he said worriedly when he saw Qrow's bleeding arm.

"I had to fight a dragon to come here and save you." Qrow told him.

"You fought a dragon for me?" Clover asked.

"Yes, I'd fight a hundred dragons for you if it meant saving you. I love you, Clover." Qrow answered.

"I love you, too, Qrow." Clover said before cupping Qrow's face and kissing him.

The king and queen call up a doctor to treat Qrow's injuries and to check over Clover. Two days later, a celebration is held for the return of the kingdom's prince. On that day, Qrow gives Clover the gift he bought him...then Clover asked Qrow to marry him. Of course, Qrow said yes, and the kingdom had another reason to celebrate.

"Looks like we're finally even with the whole saving thing." Clover whispered into Qrow's ear as they danced.

"Well, you saved me twice and I saved you once, so we're not quite even yet, babe." Qrow relied, holding Clover close.

"I think saving me from an eternal sleep counts for both of the times I saved you, hun." Clover chuckled.

"Okay, fair point." Qrow laughed.

Two months later, Qrow and Clover are married. The wedding was a beautiful ceremony, decorated with all sorts of beautiful flowers and clover sprigs. Clover's parents and aunts were so proud of him and the love he shared with Qrow. And with the evil witch gone for good, no one had to live in fear anymore. Salem was dead and Qrow was labeled a hero for defeating the powerful woman. This whole endeavor proved that the power of love is stronger than any magic in this world. As husbands, Qrow and Clover's love only grew stronger. They lived in the castle in their own little wing, and on the weekends and vacations they stayed in the cottage that Clover grew up in. The geese still chased Qrow, much to his dismay, but Clover was there to protect them, so it was alright. And a couple years later, the men adopted a child and vowed to protect that child from anyone or anything that would dare try to harm him like what Salem did to Clover. Surrounded by his husband, child, parents, and aunts, Clover lived happily ever after...THE END!
