i've mentioned before how i love simple yet realistic covers and that's how i see this cover. the only problem that i kindly want to point out was the text color. a few letters aren't that visible because they have the same color as the background photo. so far, i loved everything in it, the mood, the small hangul letters, and the variety of fonts used.

Title : Strings Of The Heart

Description :

i find the title really cute and it suits the story really well! although it can be rewritten as 'heart strings' or 'heartstrings', you chose to write it in a different style that made it unique. but those few words made the title long for me.

same with the description. i feel like the last paragraph before the book cover credits part was quite enough to suffice the plot besides, that part got me engaged to read the story. also, the next paragraph after the park soo ah part seems to be unnecessary, for me.

i didn't really get excited with the first chapter, perhaps it's because i find the events normal. like it's how stories usually start off. just a reminder that the first chapter has to have something that will give your readers something to invest without giving them too many thrills. make them hella curious!

the plot is not entirely new. there are dozens of stories posted out there about love triangles, but oh dear! how i loved your plot twists ♡ you really got me on the you-know-what part where the job of sofia's unnie was revealed. i actually didn't expect that! this was basically my reaction when i read it : （°ο°) . it might look like a simple twist to others but you really did surprise me here. there were clues about it but then i was too oblivious. great job on that!

as for the writing style, you have this very great technique where you make your readers feel certain emotions about a current scenario and that's a job well done! imagine how i felt every time joonie teases sofia!

for the grammar, punctuation, and the likes errors are likely present. here are some of it that i noticed.

on this part, there's a common mistake that i usually see in some works.

breath and breathe are two different words. breath is a noun while breathe is a verb.

perhaps, instead of "I can't breath." it should be "I can't breathe."

this might be just a misspelled word on this work, but i also want to inform others about this common mistake. so keep an eye on that!

hopping onto this screenshot, i think there is a missing word and as well as a missing punctuation in the statement : "I mean, there no reason why I shouldn't tell her right?"

try considering it like this : "I mean, there is no reason why I shouldn't tell her, right?"

in this photo, we can see the contraction of the word cannot and due to it, there's a redundant word which is not. i suggest removing the unnecessary word to make it better!

in this fourth photo, i know it's not that related to grammar and punctuations. but i just had a slight confusion about this.

if my memory serves me right, hyungnim or hyung is used by a younger guy who's calling an older guy. at first, i thought it was tae who was calling jin with the term hyung. but as i scrolled and read more, it was sofia who was calling him hyung instead of oppa (a term used by younger women to call older guys).

so i think there's a problem with that part.

i love your characters! especially sofia! i mean she's basically living the y/n life but i'm really glad that you stick with an original character of your own.

you can also smell the air of a love triangle based on the characters' words and actions. it's just that i want more diversity between the characters' roles. overall, you did a good job at it!
