i was now fifteen going on sixteen. the five of us were out in the woods, we decided to go for a ride. a year after the coronation it was official that i was Edmunds and he was mine it was known through the lands that King Edmund would never seek anthers love except my own, though many had tried the bond we share  is unbreakable.

"let's have a race" Lucy chimed we were nowhere the old Aslan cam was set up and we stopped

"okay to the forest line. ready. set. go" we raced through the felid and to the line me and Edmund were head to head infornt. i stuck my tough out as i urged Phoenix to go faster she did and i cheered.

"oh and the protector beat the Kings and Queens of the golden Age" i announced grinning from ear to ear.

"even better you beat Ed" Peter teased

"ha your hilarious Pete. come on"  he went of and i pouted.

"awh don't i get a reward" Peter, Susan and Lucy went in front

"what would you like" Ed smirked leaning from his horse.

"take a wild guess" he kissed me

"would you two quit it we have a no teenager here" Peter exclaimed we all laughed but i stopped when i had a vision. there were all of us as we are now and we were being attacked. i gasped as i flew up from my horse.

"get down now!" i yelled the attackers came out and i shot arrows at them some attacked the two hers and one went to sneak attack Ed.

"no" i stood in the way and i dragged its claws down i dropped . looking up into the eyes of a hand i held out my hands and root came forth grabbing all attackers and choking them before dropping to the ground.

"Genevieve" Ed shouted as i collapsed darkness surrounding me.

When i came too i was in my room on my bed i groaned and tried to sit up but i screamed in pain.

"hey Gen don't try to get up." i looked at Edmund who had a tear stained face. he laid me back down.

"what happened, how did i end up here?" i questioned

"we were attacked you saved me from a hag but she ripped four marks you lost a lot of blood." he told me

"and the others" he smiled gently.

"they're fine worried about you. its been a week i thought i lost you. i woke up a couple of days ago." i furrowed my eyebrows. he lifted him he tunic and showed that he had four scars.

"Lucy healed you but we still have scars." he finished i nodded, i was on bed rest for another week before i could fully stand and it was another month. in total i spent two months off which covered my birthday. Edmund oh he gave me the most perfect birthday present ever.

i was now walking around taking it easy i was removed from any fighting until my internal was healed. i stood on the terrace .

"beautiful isn't it." Edmund stood next to me as i supported myself.

"yes it is" i rest one hand on my stomach.

"yours still hut mine is numbing now." he told me

"yeah well you got the back lash. I'm stuck with feeling uncomfortable. I've been told i will fade over time." i replied

"There was something i wanted to ask you something" he made me turn around before getting down on one knee.

"Lady Genevieve the Brave and my true love would you do me the honour of becoming my wife and Queen." he asked i nodded

"yes" tears formed as he kissed me, it was one of the happiest moments of my life.
