Third Person P.O.V
"Don't worry S-Seto. I will be fine. It..It d-doesn't hurt that much." She said wearily.

"I know your lieing." Seto said. Tears fall down Seto's face.

"You a-always see through me." She said smiling. She starts to faint away.

"No...NO!" Seto yelled hugging her. "Please don't leave me!" She laughs slightly.

"It will okay." She said. Seto says nothing but she pulls out of Seto's arms. Seto puts his hands on the ground going on her physically body. The ground shakes as explosions go off. She's in a spirit now. But she goes on her knees in front of Seto. "I love you. I guess it's too late to say that." Seto looks at her.

"I love you too. And it is. But...B-But." Seto trails off starting to cry. He hangs his head low.

"Don't cry. Please. Please don't forget about me." She said as she starts to disappear. Seto looks at her. His eyes widen and reaches his hand to her but it goes through her.

"I want you now. I.." Seto said as she disappears entirely. "I don't want to be alone again." He breaks down into a sob and hugs her tightly. Her body is cold and lifeless making it worst for him.

"Seto!" A voice called. Seto flinches slightly.

"Wake up!" It called again. Seto opens his eyes feeling someone shaking him. He sees a white wall and tearstains are on his face.

"Come on wake up." The voice said again. He pulls the blanket over his head.

"Go away Skylar." Seto said sounding upset. Skylar signs and takes her hand off of Seto's arm.

"Did you have that dream again? Want to talk about it?" Skylar asks.

"No!" Seto snapped. Skylar takes a step back from him shocked a little. Seto wipes his face. "I just want to be alone, please." Skylar nods.

"O-Okay. I'll be downstairs." Skylar said. She takes a second looking at Seto.

'He keeps having that dream and each time it haunts him. Seto said just horrific scenes from a bloody war he was in. Seto is never specific.' She thinks to herself. She leaves and closes the door. Skylar stops and listens closely. She can hear soft crying and she puts her hand on her arm. She reaches for the doorknob when a knock comes at the door.

"OPEN THE GODDAMN DOOR SKYLAR!!" A voice screamed. She hesitates for a second before she walks down the steps. Skylar has light tan skin, yellow eyes, brown hair with bangs that cover her left eye, dark gray hoodie, light grey jeans, red shoes, black headset with red earpieces, and white shirt with a gold ingot on it. She opens the door. She leans against the doorway crossing her arms.

"What do you want Dylan?" Skylar asks. Dylan Rosslyn shakes his head slowly. He has brown hair with a white streak, grayish blueish eyes, white jacket, black shirt, light blue pants with black lining, black shoes, white and black headset, and a white crossbow on his back.

"I need to talk to you about something important." Dylan said. Seanna walks towards Skylar trying to get in but Skylar blocks the door. Seanna has has dark green shirt from just below the chest down and hugs body, skirt with a bit if frill at bottom of blue part, dark blue boots with small frills on them, light brown hair that goes to waist, green eyes with a little bit of silver in them and a scythe on her back.

"No. Maybe another time guys." Skylar said. She wants Seto to be out of his room if people are here. No one but her knows about how emotional Seto gets about certain things and that dream just breaks him.

"Why? Where's Seto?" Seanna asks.

"Seto is still asleep." Skylar said. Seanna looks at the sky and then at her. Skylar and Seto lives on the edge of a forest and right by a river.

"It's almost the afternoon." Seanna said.

"Why is he still asleep?" Dylan asks. Skylar crosses her arms.

"Just let him be. He is working on something and went to bed late last night." Skylar said.

"Typical." Seanna said.

"Well then tell him we said hi when he wakes up. We were just stopping by." Dylan said. They start to walk away.

"Where are you headed?" She asks.

"Star Army!" Dylan said. They get on their horses.

"You gonna come?" Seanna asks.

"Once second." Skylar said and she closes the door. She walks towards the kitchen but stops and looks up the stairs. She walks up and stops at Seto's door. Skylar smiles when she hears no more crying. She knocks softly on the door.

"Seto? Can I come in?" She asks. She grabs the doorknob and puts her other hand flat on the door. It opens and Seto looks at her. Seto has messy caramel brown hair that covers his eyes a little, dark gray long sleeved shirt, black jeans, purple eyes, dark red boots, a purple cloak that is on the floor in his room, and a red thin chord necklace with no charm on it. She looks at his red and a little puffy eyes. "Crying?"

"Dylan was at the door wasn't he?" Seto asks avoiding her question. Skylar nods. "Seanna with him?" She nods again. "You can go with them if you want Skylar." Skylar grabs his sleeve.

"But-"

"I'm fine Skylar." Seto said. The door opens and Dylan walks up the steps.

"O he is up." Dylan said. Seanna walks up behind him.

"Got any food?" Seanna asks.

"We have to leave now Seanna. There is no time to eat." Dylan said. Seanna looks at Dylan.

"It's called multitasking." Seanna said.

"Look in the fridge Seanna." Seto said. She leaves. Dylan follows her. Skylar wipes Seto's face a little.

"Your suppose to be the adult here Seto so I don't have to be sometimes." Skylar said. Seto smiles. He looks at her.

"You've really grown. I feel old. You went from six to seventeen." Seto said. Skylar lowers her hand.

"Of course I'm never leaving home. No I will live here with you like we always promised." Skylar said. She hugs him smiling. Seto puts one of his arms around her. He smiles for a second before he looses it. She lets go and looses her smile. "What's wrong? I could stay here. We are going to the Star Army. Or maybe you could come with us."

"No. No go. Have fun. I got work to do." Seto said. Skylar crosses her arms and she signs.

"Any lessons today?" Skylar asks.

"Nope. I have one for you tomorrow."
Seto said.

"Okay. Be careful please. I don't want to come back to see an accident."
Skylar said.

"Don't worry. Now go have fun. Tell Jason I said hi." Seto said. Skylar nods.

"I will. Bye." Skylar said. She goes downstairs while Seto goes back in his room. He looks at the mirror and sees his red eyes. He wipes his face a little and sits on the floor. He hears laughing downstairs followed by a door closing.

"Bye Seto!" He heard some yell. Seto smiles slightly. Seto goes downstairs and hears a crash. He goes into the kitchen and sees Emerald.

"What you doing here Emerald?" Seto asks. Emerald looks at him.

"Sorry, I broke something." She said. Emerald Star has a black trench coat, black T-shirt with a green star on it, white shorts, white and green converses, hazel eyes, long brown hair that goes to here waist with green tips and bow and a quiver. Seto smiles slightly. He picks up a book off the ground that has broken glass on it.

"It's fine." Seto said. Emerald puts her hand on the counter.

"How you doing?" She asks.

"Em don't start with me." Seto said. She grabs his arm as he tries to leave.

"Seto you think I like to have to try to have this conversation with you? I know what your doing, what your 'working' on. It isn't gonna work. Something bad is gonna happen." Emerald said. Seto doesn't look at her or speak. Emerald signs and lets go of his arm. "Have you told Skylar what your up to at all?" Seto looks at her.

"No. She's just a child." Seto said. Emerald smiles laughing a little

"She'll 18 years old in a couple of days Seto." Emerald said. Seto looks at the ground. "You've taken great care of her. She's a amazing Sorceress. But you know, I've noticed that you need her more then she needs you. She doesn't need you anymore." Seto looks at Em.

"Get out." Seto said as he goes to the stairs to the basement. Em runs in front of Seto. Seto takes a step back looking at her.

"When are you gonna let go of the past Seto?" Emerald asks.

"I have." Seto said.

"Then why are your eyes red and puffy?" Emerald asks.

"I don't know what your talking about." Seto said. Emerald shakes her head a little.

"We've been friends for a long time Seto. Don't try to avoid this with me." Emerald said.

"It is my fault." Seto said feeling a tear ran down his cheek. He wipes it away. "I guess I do need Skylar here but you get use to having her around. She's a nice kid and I still remember her when she was six." Emerald smiles.

"You sound like a parent Seto. You know that?" She asks. Seto smiles.

"Yeah. Jason and them really like Skylar." Seto said.

"Yep. Did you get her a present?" Emerald asks.

"Yes but I'm not telling you what it is." Seto said.

"Why?" Emerald asks.

"Because you'll tell her by accident like you always do." Seto said. Emerald gasps sounding offended. She crosses her arms.

"I do not." Emerald said. Seto smiles.

"You do too." Seto said. Emerald looks at him for a second and smiles.

"Okay maybe I do. But...I'm glad your doing better Seto. You seem more like yourself around Skylar." Emerald said. Seto looks away from Emerald.

"Em....I want to forget about her, I want to move on. But I just can't. Skylar made me forget about her whenever she was around. I don't want her to leave. 11 years is a long time..for mortals at least. When Skylar is gone, everything that she makes me forget about comes back..." Seto said. Emerald nods slowly understanding.

"I miss her a lot. I'm always here if you need to talk to someone. And Skylar is too. Everyone is. We are not gonna leave you all alone." Emerald said.

"I know." Seto said. Emerald leaves and Seto sits down on the floor and leaves on the wall with his knees up. He feels tears come down his face that he wipes aways immediately.

"Don't cry. She wouldn't want you t-to c-cry." Seto said. He hugs his knees staring at the basement stairs.

"It ain't gonna work.' Em's voice goes through his head. Seto sniffs wiping his nose a little on his shirt sleeve.

"I'm always the one that gets left behind." Seto said softly.
