P.O.V. Third

"When your name is called please come onto the stage to meet not only your new partner but your teammates and team leader as well," Ozpin said as he looked at the figures in front of him. When he did he looked down at the piece of paper he was holding and began to call out several names. King waited patiently for his name to be called, King smiled and clapped eagerly as the other teams were formed and while he tried to hide it, he was becoming more nervous as time went on.

However, he became panicked and slightly confused hearing what Ozpin had to say next. "That will conclude this year's standard four-man teams," Ozpin said as he looked at the several figures in front of him. As soon as they did the room was filled with cheering and clapping and King looked at the male more than confused. He had passed the test, so why wasn't his name called. Come to think of it, he didn't remember Fia's name being called either.

However, after the crowd had begun to calm down Ozpin continued what he was saying. "However we are not done yet, as this year we had two extra students. Not enough to create a standard four-man team but enough for us to be concerned with the results. We were concerned by this at first however luckily there were two students that seemed to perform far above average. So we feel reassured by this decision to make a special two-man team," Ozpin said as he looked at the crowd in front of him.

"Those to students are Fia Flavescent, and King Kresnik," Ozpin said as he looked at the two in front of him. After hearing this King smiled now much more relieved than before and began to make his way towards the stage. When he did Fia and smiled and walked behind him onto the stage. The two smiled and looked at the crowd in front of them and while King looked a bit timid and shy, Fia, however, looked more than proud of her accomplishment.

As soon as the crowd once again settled down Ozpin walked over to the two holding something. "This is the key to your dorm room. Professor Glynda will be by later today to remove the extra two beds," Ozpin said as he looked at the two. Fia smiled hearing this and took the key from the male before turning to grab King's hand.

"Come on King, let's go!" Fia said excitedly as she began to drag King down the hall. Not expecting the sudden action King lost his balance as she pulled him down the hall but quickly regained it as he began following her down the hall. It didn't take them long to reach their dorm. As they did Fia walked into the room and began to look around. She almost immediately spotted the two extra beds the Ozpin had mentioned and walked over to one claiming it as her own.

She let out a relieved sigh as she began laying on the bed. "So this is our dorm?" King said as he looked around the room smiling slightly. "I have to admit, this is rather nice," King said as he looked around.

"I know! I can't wait to get unpacked, and then explore Vale when we get the chance!" Fia said as she continued to lay on the ground kicking her feet happily before she sat up to look at King. "Could you leave the room for a minute?" Fia asked as she looked at the male in front of her. King was more than confused by this however before he could ask why Fia explained her reasoning. "I actually don't like wearing things like this," Fia said as she grabbed the edge of the dress was wearing.

"I only wanted to wear it for the ceremony, I like dressing up for events so I wanted to wear something nice when I was accepted into Beacon. I also didn't want others to see me in what I usually wear then try to grope me in such a crowded place," Fia said as she looked at the male in front of her. King nodded hearing this and stood up as he walked to the door.

"Just tell me when you're done," King said as he walked out of the room shutting the door behind him and began to lean against the wall behind him. It only took a few minutes for her to get dressed and when she was finished Fia opened the door for King.

"I'm done," Fia said with a smile as she looked at the male in front of her.

"Well that wasn't very lo-" King began only to stop his face turning a deep shade of red when he saw what Fia was now wearing. It was completely different from her reserved look from just a few minutes ago. She was now wearing a brown tube top with gold trimmings that was modeled to look like a harness so that it exposed not only her midriff but a small portion of her bust as well. She was also wearing shorts that exposed most of her legs, however, this tended not to be a problem as she had white stockings that came up to cover most of her thighs. At least now the groping comment she made, made sense now.

Fia chuckled seeing this, that had more or less been the reaction she was expecting. Especially from someone like King whom she had just met a day ago, and didn't know this was how she usually dressed. "Come in," Fia said as she walked into the room. King nodded his face still extremely red and walked in behind her shutting the door as he did.

King then walked over to the bed opposite of Fia's and looked at her a bit nervous as to what he should talk about. "So, I really like your weapon," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. He wanted to talk about something else however nothing really came to mind and the only real experience he with talking to girls was Ruby and Yang. However, Fia did seem to smile slightly hearing this and reached for the small staff that was now folded up.

"Thanks," Fia said as she reached for it to show it off. "I called Scarlet Rain, it took me a while to design, but that's only because I wanted a weapon that I could utilize with my semblance. So I decided to use a staff, and a hand cannon," Fia said proudly as she looked at the male in front of her. King nodded hearing this and trying to ignore what she was currently wearing leaned forward, showing that he was somewhat interested in what she had to say.

"Speaking of which, what is your semblance? It looked like some kind of fire manipulation or something," King said as he looked at the female. Fia nodded hearing this and looked at the female in front of him with a slight nod.

"Yeah, it's supposed to change color with your aura but since my aura is red the fire looks relatively the same. I wouldn't call it manipulation since I still can't control the fire once I've sent it away. I also can't control other sources of fire just my own, but I can control how hot my fire is, and I can condense it so that when it hits there's a bigger impact," Fia said as she looked at the male in front of her.

King nodded hearing this and looked at the female in front of him while he was a bit distracted by what she was wearing he tried to ignore it so that he could at least have a somewhat normal conversation with her. "What about your weapon?" Fia asked as she looked at the male in front of her. King seemed a bit surprised hearing this and then nodded. "I've never seen gear shaped saws before. Did your sisters help you with it?" Fia asked as she looked at the male in front of her.

"Yeah, honestly I doubt this would be possible without their help," King said as he looked down at the cuboid shape in front of him with a slight smile. "I needed a lot of help from my sister Ruby when I was making this. In fact, you may well say that she designed the whole thing. She did have some help from a few others but for the most part, it was her," King said as he looked at the female in front of him.

Fia smiled hearing this and nodded as she looked at the male in front of her. "I see, so what is it? Just a scythe and saws?" Fia asked as she looked at the male in front of her.

"No, I tried to make it as proficient as possible given its rather simple design. So it's not only a scythe, but it's also a duel-bladed scythe, a triple-bladed scythe, two miniature scythes, and if I use light dust then it can be a chain scythe," King began as he looked at the female in front of him causing her to chuckle.

"Any feature that's not a scythe?" Fia asked with a slight chuckle. King smiled slightly hearing this and nodded.

"Yeah, I was getting to that part," King said with a slight smile as he almost forgot about what Fia was wearing at the moment. "It's also a spear, javelin, staff, longsword, dual reverse blades, a dagger, a sledgehammer, seven spinning blades, and a bow," King said with a smile as he looked at the female in front of her rather proud of the creation he and his sister had made. At this point, Fia was actually a little amazed by how many features that the device had.

After all some weapons had three if you were lucky, however, his had fourteen different features. Admittedly most of them revolved around a pole of some sort. However, she still found the feat rather impressive. "With a brain like that maybe you could have my sister look my weapon over some time," Fia joked as she looked at the male in front of her. King chuckled hearing and nodded.

"I'm sure she'd be more than happy to, however, I do have a few weapons besides this that I don't carry with me," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. Fia seemed a bit intrigued hearing this and looked at the male in front of her a bit surprised. "Yeah, let me show you," King said as he stood up and with a slightly digital effect a massive white shield with a rose in the center appeared in front of him.

It didn't seem like a weapon however the shield was incredibly thick, nearly two inches, and the shield was easily enough for King to hide behind as it easily hid his entire frame. "I don't really use this, my semblance is pretty hard to get past, and even if someone did manage to get past it, I can't imagine a scenario bad enough for me to need something like this," King said a bit nervous.

"I made tons of weapons with my sister, she loved weapons and it was always nice to have few choices just in case I ever really needed one," King said as the shield disappeared with the same digital effect. "Like I said I can't imagine a scenario bad enough for me to need to hide behind a shield that massive but it's still nice to have," King as he looked at the female in front of him.

Fia nodded hearing this and the two heard a knock on their door. "It's unlocked!" Fia called out as she looked at the door in front of her. When she said this the door opened and two figures walked into the room. They recognized one of the figures, professor Glynda one of the people that had helped the headmaster when he was administering the entrance exam. However, they didn't recognize the other.

A male in his mid-twenties with long white hair the reached his shoulder and orange eyes. However, his most obvious feature was his two pure white rabbit ears which were almost covered by his top hat. "Good evening," The male said as he walked into the room lifting up his top hat as he did. "It's King and Fia right?" Aleksander said as he looked at the two in front of him.

"Yeah," King said as he looked at the male in front of him.

"Well then allow me to introduce myself," The male said as he looked at the two. "I am Professor Aleksander Osborne, you two are in one of my classes. I will be your weapon design teacher," The male said as he looked at the two in front of him.

"Nice to meet you," Fia said with a smile as she waved at the male in front of her.

"Stop wasting time," Glynda said as she looked at the male in front of her.

"We're not that-" Aleksander began as he reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a pocket watch. "Oh my we are late," Aleksander said as closed the pocket watch and walked towards one of the beds. "So what should we do?" Aleksander asked as he looked at the blonde in front of him.

"Well first we need to move the mattress and box-spring so that we can disassemble the bed frame," Glynda said as she looked at the male in front of her.

"I see," Aleksander said as he walked up to the bed touching it slightly. "And how would we do that?" Aleksander asked as the bed fell apart in front of him with bedframe having been perfectly disassembled.

"That works," Glynda said as she used her semblance to from some binding around the bed frame so that they could be lifted easily. "Got to love you semblance," Glynda noted as she looked at the male in front of her.

"Is that why you invited me?" Aleksander asked as he looked at the male earning a nod from the blonde. "It's not because you've fallen for my devilishly handsome good looks?" Aleksander asked as he looked at Glynda causing her to shake her head. "Well that just hurts my feelings," Aleksander said as he leaned on the other bed causing it to fall apart as the other did.

"Tell you what," Glynda said as she wrapped some binding around the other bed frame. "As an apology how about I take you to the clock shop," Glynda said as she looked at the male in front of her. When she did the male perked up and picked up both of the bed-frame sets. "Well then come on, let's go!" Aleksander said as he walked or rather ran out of the room bouncing with excitement as he waited for the female in front of him.

Glynda sighed seeing this and used her semblance to pick up the beds and walked out of the room with Glynda following the male he hurried down the hallway clearly eager to go to the clock shop. King was a bit confused seeing this but stood up and walked to the door he was about to shut it but stopped feeling a slight pain in his stomach. "Want to get something to eat?" King asked as he looked at the female.

Fia nodded eagerly hearing this and stood up as she made her way to him. The two then began to walk down the halls together and slowly made their way to the cafeteria. When they did they both got some food and began to make their way to a table. When they did Fia smiled and began to eat happily. As she did King noticed something about her eating habit and pointed a small portion of food that was untouched on her plate. "Aren't you going to eat your vegetable?" King asked as he looked at Fia. When he asked this she tensed up and looked at him a bit nervous.

"I'm a wolf, so vegetable and I don't really get along," Fia said as she began to scratch the back of her head. King was about to speak however before he could Fia leaned forward to look at his food. "By the way, that pork cutlet on your plate looks lonely. Aren't you going to eat it?" Fia asked as she looked at the male in front of her.

"Yeah," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. When he said this Fia looked up at him a bit distressed.

"No no no! That cutlet is just begging to be eaten by me. I can tell!" Fia said confidently as she looked at the male in front of her. King sighed hearing this and looked at her, he really wanted to keep it for himself however he didn't want to upset his partner this early.

"Fine, but in exchange give me your cabbage rolls," King said as he looked at the female.

"Deal!" Fia said as she quickly swiped the food off his plate and began to eat it happily. King sighed and reached forward to take what she had promised and began to eat them happily. After they were finished eating they both stood up and began to make their way back to their dorm. When they arrived they both unpacked and King began to read one of the few books that he had brought with him.

As he did Fia looked at him and after a few minutes, her ears began to droop down showing she was clearly upset. 'Is he mad at me? What am I saying of course he is! I took his meat and gave him those horrible vegetables! There's no way he doesn't hate me now!' Fia thought to herself as she looked at the male in front of her. 'No come on, you can do this. You're more interesting than some book!' Fia thought to try to motivate herself.

Fia then walked over to King and noticing that he was rather distracted by what she was reading she lifted the cover by his feet and crawled under making her way up his bed and coming out just at his chest. "Heya!" Fia said with a smile her tail wagging slightly as she looked at King.

"Uh . . . hi," King said confused as he looked at the female in front of him.

"What are you reading?" Fia asked as she turned and looked at the book in front of her.

"M-my beautiful slave," King said as he looked at the female.

"Oh? That sounds interesting," Fia said as she looked at the book. "What's it about?" Fia asked as she looked at the page.

"A prince that falls in love with a slave," King said as he looked at the book.

"Oh? Mind if I read it with you?" Fia asked as she looked at the book.

"I guess not," King said as he looked at her. He once again tried to read the book however as he did Fia's ears distracted him. After roughly five minutes of trying to read and failing due to her ears, King looked at the female in front of him. "Hey Fia," King asked as he looked at the female in front of him.

"Yes?" Fia asked as she continued to read the book still blushing what she was reading.

"Please don't get mad at me, but . . . can I touch your ears?" King asked as he looked at her.

"Why?" Fia asked a bit suspicious as she continued to look at the book in front of her.

"Well it's just there weren't many Faunus were I lived, and most would never let me get near them so . . . I-I just wanted to know what they felt like was all," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. She became a bit quiet hearing this and fearing he had made her angry King was about to apologize.

"O-okay," Fia said her face a bit red. "You promise you won't pull them or anything right? Because people have done that before, ask and then do something that hurts," Fia said as she looked at the male.

"What?" King asked shocked by what he had just heard. "Why would anyone hurt someone as cute as you?" King asked without think, however, a few seconds later he realized his mistake and his face turned a deep red. He was about to apologize however stopped when he heard some tapping. King then looked and saw that Fia's tail was hitting the bed as it moved up down clearly happily with King's compliment.

"W-well are you going to touch them or not?" Fia asked as she waited for King to do so. While she tried to sound proud and calm it was more than obvious that she was embarrassed and flustered by what King had said. King nodded hearing this and reached forward to touch her ears.

"So soft," King said as he rubbed them between his fingers and thumbs. King once again heard some tapping and turned to see that Fia's tail was once again making its presence known. King stopped only for a moment to put his book away and began to reach for Fia's head and began to pet her. When he did Fia's tail began to sway happily back and forth.

'So cute,' King thought to himself as he looked at the female beside him. King then went to move his hand away however before he could Fia grabbed his wrist and gently guided it back over to her head. King blushed slightly as she did and continued to pet her. Fia then moved closer and began to nuzzle her cheek against King's before she crawled across his lap.

"Rub my belly," Fia said as she looked up at King. When she said this King looked at her a bit confused and seeing his confusion Fia grabbed one of his hands and guided it over to her stomach. "Like this," Fia said as she began guiding King's hand over to her stomach and having one of his fingers glide across her causing her to tense up slightly.

"Why am I doing this again?" King asked as he looked at the female.

"If you do then I'll sleep with you," Fia said as she looked at the male.

"What?" King asked as he stopped for a moment looking down at her his face now a deep red.

"I'll sleep with you," Fia repeated as she moved up and down slightly to force King to rub her stomach, however as she did she unknowingly caused her bust to bounce. "I don't mean have sex. I mean sleep, together. Under your blankets, in your bed, with my hand on your chest, and your arm around me. . . and maybe with the window cracked, so it's chilly and we can snuggle. No talking, just sleepy, blissfully happy, silence," Fia said as she looked up at the male in front of her.

Now understanding what she meant a little better King began to rub her stomach now using all of his hand instead of just one finger. Fia let out a sigh of relief as he did and King smiled as he looked at the female beneath him. King quickly lost track of time only stopping when he noticed that it was starting to get a bit dark outside. "I guess it's time for bed," King said as he looked out the window.

When he said this Fia looked out the window and nodded standing up as she did. King crawled under his bed and used his semblance to turn out the lights. He expected Fia to walk over to her bed however instead she stopped at the window and opened it slightly before running back over to King's bed and crawling under the covers with him. Before King could object to what she was doing she wrapped her arms around him and began to nuzzle into his chest.

King blushed as she did and stayed still for a moment before shrugging and returning her gesture holding her close to him. King then slowly closed his eyes and began to slowly fall asleep.
