Most Seawings seem to dislike rain, first in the lost heir , Tsunami was complaining about raindrops, and later in moon rising  when going to find Winter, Turtle complains about the rain.

Queen Glory also hates the rain, might be her thing, as there called 'Rain'wings and she never had rain in the cave.
