Morrowseer was asked if he had any dragonets by Mastermind, his reply was a stony glare, but think about this, if Morrowseer knew about Moon, and that Moon had still been hatched under moonlight, then Morrowseer could have bragged he had the first dragonet in generations to have powers. I kinda wish Moon could have known Morrowseer. 

And why do some dragons have two or more eggs instead of one? Do the eggs come out at different times or what happens?
