Out of all the 65 touhou characters Ukiyo did, that means I got... umm...

137 in the sorter + 8 in Hidden Star which that'll be 145 in total...

145 minus 65 is..

and I'll start with Rinnosuke, one of the only male Touhou characters and the only character to have a full fledged appearance. (YOUKI DOESN'T COUNT; SO DOES MYOUREN- I guess Genji counts... Unzan too? uggh fine XD)

1. Rinnosuke was introduced in Curiosities in Lotus Asia, and is one of the few male characters introduced in the Touhou Project.

2. He runs an old antique shop known as Kourindou.

3. He has a habit of collecting things from the outside world; in fact he went to the outside world many years ago.

4. Due to his poor business sense, such as refusing to sell his collected antiques, it's often inferred that Kourindou is a business failure.

5. With the exception of a few characters, Kourindou is often deserted as a result.

6. Rinnosuke does not have any fighting abilities compared to most of the touhou characters.

7. Because of this, it has been described as Rinnosuke's "typical daily life in Gensokyo" since he can't fight.

8. Rinnosuke isn't the type to use spell cards, but he perhaps might ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

9. Due to a lack of training, Rinnosuke is weak.

10. He also can't fight other characters using danmaku. He might have to settle it in court (XD Aya Ace Attorney reference :D )

11. Rinnosuke is half-human, half-youkai. [better than the half-ghost thing, eeghh.] This means that his lifespan is longer than other humans. Thus, youkai don't attack him, and he doesn't attack humans.

12. Rinnosuke is immune to youkai and human diseases, though he can get ill once in a while.

13. Rinnosuke worked for Marisa's father before making his own business in the Forest of Magic.

14. Rinnosuke knows the history of the Hakurei shrine and the generations of the Hakurei that lived before Reimu. It's unknown if he was acquainted with them though.

Rinnosuke made his first video game appearance in Hopeless Masquerade as a background cameo character in the stage, Human Village

[BUT THAT DOESN'T EXPLAIN THE FACT THAT RINNOSUKE IS A PLAYBLE CHARACTER IN MUGEN!!!]

16. Fans often nickname Rinnosuke as "Kourin".

Some fanworks depict Rinnosuke in a humorous way.

A prime example is him wearing a fundoshi.

18. Rinnosuke (in the depicted humorous way) is commonly nicknamed "Kourin" or in Western audiences, "MANnosuke".

19. The mini-hakkero (Marisa's prime weapon) was stated by Rinnosuke that he invented it.

20. Rinnosuke is one of the few characters with glasses; others include Rikako, Mamizou, and Sumireko.
