SCP-049 is a humanoid who bears the appearance of a plague doctor and believes that everyone needs to be cured from the 'plague'. He does this by giving surgical modifiers, effectively making them zombies.

So yeah, it's a little bit complicated but, he just wants to help people. I mean yes, he turns them into zombies, but hey, it's a work in progress. You got to at least give the man credit for bringing you back to life. He could just leave you laying there dead or dying. So if you had a choice between dying and staying dead, would you let him revive you or let him let you die? I mean, the answer is kind of obvious. Though it would be cool to be a zombie if you could somehow retain your intelligence and not be a lifeless zombie. Hmm...🤔
