Cyber is currently single but is okay with it, he never met a girl before since he's been in Eggman's lab for all his life. If he met a girl he'd start crunching on her a little bit and be unaware of his feelings for her. So this often ends up with him being nervous and acting a little goofy.

In My Sonic Roleplay! By me, as soon as Cyber met Amy he started acting weird around her, Metal noticed this and told Cyber that Amy is taken by Sonic. He was slightly heartbroken but still waits for a nice girl to come along.
