Looks: He is about 5"5, has pitch dark skin, two fragile antennae from his head and his forearms are covered with a barbed and wiry fur, like quills. He wears a pink tunic that almost looks red that goes to his knees, golden metal boots with some heel, has a dark blue cape with a hood that manages to alter darkness to shroud every feature on his face save for his eyes. His eyes have no iris, his pupils are in the shape of x's.

Personality: He has two.
First is highly intelligent, solemn, serious, aloof, distant, analytical, determined, cold and logical.
Second is ambitious, smart, clever, energetic, optimistic, friendly, hyper, kind, childish, emotional, naive, and sweet.

Likes: Both like sweets, completion, achieving goals and complements.
First likes science, logic, math, knowledge, power, strength, inventions, innovation, and good workers.
Second likes cute things, jokes, humor, random acts of amusement, running, acrobatics, friends and other determined people.

Dislikes: Both despise laziness, ignorance, and cowards.
First dislikes the other personality with a burning passion, restrictions, irritating people, being contradicted, morons, mutiny, and anyone in a lower class.
Second dislikes behind hurt emotionally or physically, unneeded aggression, being forced to do something, being ignored, and any harmful actions the other personality may do to it.

Gear/Weapons: Plasma gun, a small dagger, nanobots, his cape, a teleporter, a phone, laser, bombs, and an alien taser.

Abilities: His species use their antennas to communicate, and they can do this with some technology within a fifty foot radius. They have high IQ. He is fast and resilient and shockingly strong for a small frame. He has infrared vision and can summon a screen.

Weakness: They are rather quite fragile, a direct hit would mean certain doom so they heavily depend on their cape and speed to stay alive. Being cornered and/or outnumbered will also guarantee success. They also purely rely on their inventions and machines to do the fighting for them, take them out and he's defenseless.
They often are working as their first personality, but occasionally the other side takes over. When like this, they will be native, easy to trick, attack, capture and/or kill.

Backstory: This creature comes from a different planet. That planet had a species that decided if anyone was born with an imperfection, physical or mental, not to interfere, treat, or remove it.  Rudi came along, and was infuriated when his obvious multi-personality disorder was left untreated and escalated to an unstable point.
There were multiple others who has mental or physical needs that were blatantly ignored. As a revolt they rounded up the ones who were troubled and wiped out the healthy percentage of the race instead of trying to solve it peacefully. The race eventually died off due to a disease and Rudi only survived.

Extra Info: He made his cape practically indestructible and protects him for any harm. But if there is something extreme, like an an explosion or something collapsing on him, it will sustain the full damage and protect him. It can only do it twice within a day and it takes three days to regenerate. If the cape has been used twice and hasn't regenerated then it will only provide the protection of a cloth.
