Looks: About 6'2, a very humanoid body save that he has a tail and two long ears resembling a lynx's, claws instead of nails, and a few natural markings on his back. He has minor heterocromia, having one hazel eye and the other blue, and his cheeks are an embarrassing rosy red.
The main things he wears are jeans and a dark turtleneck of any color. He often wears a yellow mask with a stitched frown x's over the eyes, two long ears and hot pink circles on the cheeks.

Personality: Kind, friendly, calm, distant, observant, vague, analytical, calm, intelligent, determined, quiet, shy, realistic and temperamental.

Likes: Completion, achieving goals, complements, humor, music, winning, friends, flights, battle of the smarts, dancing, sundays, memory games, working, and phones.

Dislikes: Contradictions, losing, being wrong, boredom, villains annoying him, cliche heroic speeches (especially the long ones at that) cliche hero lines, being forced to socialize, setbacks, unneeded fighting.

Gear/Weapons: A heavily modified teaser that will take out most people, a knife, a gun, tranqs, syringes and small robots.

Abilities: He is moderate at speed and strength, has a high IQ, experience at close range fighting, a natural at negotiation and when he claps any technology in the same building as him will erase all data and turn off for at least four hours.

Weakness: He's very photosensitive so he often stays indoors and in the dark. He also is vulnerable to diseases and will get gravely sick if he even just catches the common cold. He also has a crippling fear of dogs.

Backstory: Unknown save that he used to be an anonymous supplier for heroes and the government for devices until he saw that working with villains was far more bountiful. This labelled him as a terrorist, a traitor, and a criminal to the government.

Extra Info: He often gets hired for designing and building weapons or machines of any sort, but found a steady and wealthy job working with the villains instead of the heroes. Whenever he's made anything he always leaves a tiny trademark that is very hard to find. Occasionally he will leak information of the villains if he is either blackmailed, is paid to, or is simply just bored.

Most villains come to his aid because of his reliable supplying of blueprints or weaponry. So if you mess with him, prepare for a few people to pop up and protect him. He also only claps when absolutely desperate because he always stays in his building with computers and valuable data.
