So here's how my Energy works today ( on Tuesday April 10th 2018 ) :

- I felt like laughing from Morning till Afteroon

- I ate very little for Lunch ( about 1/3rd of it - cause during my Energy Overloads I'm always 'Less Hungry than Usual )

- & now, In the Afternoon I feel Exactly like Yesterday:

( I mean My Energy works according to the same scheme: First I feel Warmth in My Belly - as if I ate a warm meal, but without eating anything - & this feeling can stay for an Hour or Two, so quite long already - Then it goes up, so I feel Nice Warmth in My Chest - & then it Reaches My Head so I start Blushing because of Warmth - & then it also goes through my arms & when it Reaches my Fingers - My Hands start to Sweat. 

- I feel Very Calm & Happy from the Moment when My Warm Energy appears in My Belly all through the way when it goes up - & When it Reaches My Head & My Cheeks get Warm & Blushing - I feel like Laughing Again! 😁 ) 

*5 Minutes later: 

- A Funny Thing! :) - The Whole Process Repeats today! :D

( I mean: My Warm Energy Travel from My Belly to My Cheeks happened only Once Yesterday... 

- & now it Made 1 Round just like then - & gathered in My Belly Again! 😤 ) 

*It's going up for the 2nd Time Today

- & I feel Really Calm & Happy Again! :) 😁😁😁🙏🙏🙏
