Fact: 20% of oxygen that we breathe comes from the trees in the Amazon Rainforest.
People are cutting down those trees. Every second, more of the rainforest is destroyed (I'll look for a more precise fact about that). That means that a lot of our oxygen and the oxygen that animals breathe is being taken away. No oxygen= no life.
