Government:

The government is a federal presidential constitutional republics and a representive democracy

There are three branches of the federal government: Executive, Legislature, and Judicial.

The Executive branch is the President of the Federal Union. The president serves as the Commander-In-Chief of the military, can veto legislative bills (which can then be decided to be override), and appoint any members of the Cabinet and other officials. They administer and enforce federal laws and policies.

Legislature is the Federal Union of Congress that is separated into two houses: the Senate and the House of Representatives. Only Congress make make federal laws, declare war, approve treaties, has the power of the purse, and the power to impeach any member of the government.

The Judicial branch is the Federal Union Supreme Court and lower federal courts. The judges are appointed by the president with the Senates approval. They are in charge of deciding the meaning of the law , how it applies to real situation, and whether or not it violates a person's right. Any injustices in the court will be subject to investigation and possible impeachment of the officials in charge of the court.

Armed Forces:

The Federal Union Armed Forces of the Usonian Republic are the combined forces of the Federal Union. The military relies more on patriotism to keep up with the other four superpowers. Their troops are best trained, highly motivated, and given the best technology available. All personnel are volunteers with the draft reserve in cause of an invasion to the homelands.

History:

The Great Calamity was a global ca that took place after the aftermath of World War 3 mix with a superstorm and a Kessler Effect that  caused society to collapse.

The Americas were the only continent who were still intact despite many despites occurring disasters that led to the deaths of many. The two Americas decided to unite under one government to not only help their people but also grant them protection just in case. The federal government declared marital law to ensure the reconstruction of the America could be peacefully rebuilt. As time pass, many felt that the higher ups had too much control of everything and impatiently wanted their freedom back. There were indeed some corruption in the federal government but most were willing to help others. The federal government told the truth that they still need time finish reconstruction before ending marital law but the ignorance masses didn't care.

When their words were supposedly ignored, many youths begin to use violence to get their freedom back not caring about the situation. This caused further division between family and friends as they used actions on beliefs on whether the federal government should have power over them. A 2nd American Civil War it was. Different groups arose to demonstrate their belief which system for a post-revolution America. The troublesome rebellion was soon put down with many of the rebel fairly trialed for their actions.

Realizing that there were needs for a better government, a vote that was followed by reorganization of the new nation. The old U.S.A. was no more for in its place was the Federal Union of the Usonian Republic.

Religion

The First Amendment of the Federal Union grants freedom of an individual to express their beliefs. Anyone who threatens ones belief will be punish.

Christianity is the dominion religion of the F.U.U. and is split mainly between Protestants and Catholics. Other religions like Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc. are also among the masses.

Flag

The new flag is meant to symbolized both North, Central, and South America nations into one super national Union. The Eagle's head represents patriotism to the nation itself.

Political Parties

Each political party must obey the rules of not being loyal to the party or politicians first, but the welfare of the people. They must never organized a raid just because they loosed an election based on the 2021 United States Capitol attack.

A state that supports a specific party is often nicknamed after the color of the party. For example, the Democrats Party state is marked as blue.
