Lloyd slowly sat up and looked around. "The photo?" Lloyd thought aloud as he grabbed the framed photo off the nightstand. The frame was fine, as was the photo. "W-Was it all a bad dream?"

"No. I ripped up the photo, and your friends printed out another copy and forged what was apparently my handwriting." Garmadon said from the doorway "They also bought a new frame, and won't let me into this room."

"Then why are you in here?"

"I'm not in the room. I'm in the doorway." Garmadon smirked. Lloyd rolled his eyes as he got out of bed, but he fell when he stood. "Careful, you summoned your Oni side to much for the first time. You'll be weak for a few more hours." Garmadon looked down the hall, then smirked and walked into the room

"What're you doing?" Lloyd asked as Garmadon walked over to him. Garmadon looked down at Lloyd. Garmadon grabbed Lloyd's arm, and pulled him off the ground. "What's with the smirk?" Lloyd questioned just before Garmadon let go of his arm, Lloyd fell once more. "Ow." He sighed "That explains it." Garmadon pulled Lloyd up off the ground and dropped him again. "Will you please stop it!" Lloyd exclaimed as he tried to get up

Kai poked his head into the room. "Hey! We said you couldn't come in here!" He shouted as he walked into the room and tried to push Garmadon into the hall. "Cole! A little help?" Kai yelled. Cole came in and helped Kai push Garmadon into the hall. Kai walked back into the room. "You okay Lloyd?" He asked as he helped Lloyd up

"Yeah I'm fine. I just feel a little weak."

"Why?" Kai asked "You slept for a good two days." His voice sounded as if he was keeping something from Lloyd, a 'maybe he doesn't know' sort of tone was in his voice

"He said something about my Oni side..."

"You've never been angry all that much... Minus when you were a kid."

"Please don't bring it up..."

"You seemed pretty mad when you didn't get that issue of Starfarer." Kai joked, not bringing up the Serpentine. "Hey uh Lloyd... Look... Go look in the mirror..."

Lloyd raised an eyebrow as Kai helped him walk over to the mirror. "WHAT THE HECK!?" Lloyd yelled when he saw the reflection. His eyes were no longer green. One was gold, and the other was red. Garmadon stood in the doorway again. "Is this why you were smirking!?"

"Yes." Garmadon replied

"What'd you do!?"

Garmadon rolled his eyes. "Nothing other then make you angry enough to get your Dragon side and your Oni side to have to fight."

"I thought you thought that emotions were useless!?"

"Mine are, and so are your friends' they make them weak. But yours, somehow make you stronger. Your anger does at least."

"So ripping up the photo that was-"

"To try and get your Oni side to overpower your Dragon side. But you blacked out before I could get it to work." Garmadon smugly said "You blacking out wasn't just from your exhaustion, your Dragon side knocked you out so your Oni side couldn't take over."

"Okay, Garmadon, it's time for you to leave Lloyd alone." Kai scowled at Garmadon. Garmadon shrugged and walked down the hall, leaving Lloyd and Kai. Lloyd sat on the floor. "It's gonna be okay Lloyd." Kai said, trying to comfort his friend. "I can go get your candy stash if it'll make you feel better." Lloyd's eyes brimmed with tears. To be honest, very few things scared him. Sure, snakes scared him, but you'd be afraid of snakes too if you were betrayed by three different types of snakes, and kidnapped by them twice! Morro, man Lloyd was now terrified that he'd get possessed again. Harumi had brought the worst fear of all for Lloyd. He feared that if he trusted someone, he'd get his heart shattered again. He still trusted his friends of course, but he just couldn't find it in him to trust any new person anymore. Lloyd began to cry. "Lloyd. Hey it'll be okay." Kai said as he knelt down next to Lloyd

Lloyd looked at Kai. "How can you be so sure?"

"Lloyd. Everything's gonna be okay. And even if everything ends up bad, I'm still here for you, and so is the rest of the team. And your Uncle. And your mom." Kai hugged Lloyd "You'll never be left in the dust."

Lloyd hugged Kai "Thanks Kai."

"Hey, I told you I'd take care of you." Kai smiled as he gave Lloyd a noogie

Lloyd laughed as he tried to escape the noogie. "Nooo not the noogies again!" He joked

Kai and Lloyd didn't notice Garmadon, standing in the doorway again. Garmadon smiled a small smile. He didn't understand it, but seeing Lloyd happy was better then seeing the Green Ninja angry. Garmadon watched silently as Lloyd and Kai messed around, laughed, and told jokes that were so unfunny, they were funny. (Those jokes were mostly made by Kai)

Eventually Lloyd gave Kai a noogie, resulting in Kai yelling "Noooo my hair!!!" And dramatically falling over pretending to die

"Oh no! You're so dramatic." Lloyd laughed as Kai sat back up

"No one messes up my hair."

"To late." Lloyd grinned dorkily just before Kai have him another Noogie

"Hey! No one messes up my hair!" Lloyd joked mimicking Kai's voice

"Hey I don't sound like that!" Kai smiled

Garmadon smiled again, not a 'I am plotting something evil' smile but a happy smile.
