Appearance: Liam is 5'9 and has blonde hair that doesn't pass his chin in length with dark brown eyes. He is somewhat stocky in build but compensates for this with his height. Like his boss he always wears professional business attire.

Personality: For achieving the impressive feat of rising to the position of Admin while being the youngest member of the Insurgents, Liam is looked up to by several other members of the organization. But because of this extra attention, he is constantly worried that any mistake will cost him his position as Admin, going so far as to being a "yes man" in most occasions as to not upset his boss. He unofficially declared himself Andrew's rival and often competes with him for Valerie's attention and praise, adopting almost childlike behavior when arguing with Andrew. Although being part of such a ruthless group of people, Liam is a lot more gentle and sympathetic to his Pokémon, traits that he deems as detrimental weaknesses.

Likes: Relaxing on a rainy day with a good book is Liam's ideal situation. He likes having a well-rounded team of Pokémon rather than exclusively strong ones, but prefers Physical-attacking Pokémon. He loves his Pokémon, thinking of them as his family instead of just friends. But nobody means more to him than his wife Eliza, who he's willing to give everything up for.

Dislikes: He gets anxious over having pressure put on him as well as being the subject of ridicule or the butt end of a joke. Nothing disturbs him more than excessive violence, especially when bloodshed becomes involved.
