The Drive back home was absolutely silent...None of them spoke up....As soon as they reached the back gate
She mumbled a quick bye and got out of the car..but before she could go in ...vansh came out too and back hugged her....
"I love you so much sweetheart!" He mumbled in her ears and took her in a blissful kiss

"I love you too Adonis!" She replied after the kiss and went in.....he watched her carefully go inside and drove off to VR mansion

NEXT MORNING:

At the Dinning Table:
Everyone as in Aditya , Ishani, Ranveer, Angad were sitting.... patiently waiting for the 'Khaandaan ka aakhri chiraag!' aka Riddhima....Who walked in.... yawning and mumbled a quick goodmorning to everyone

"What's wrong  Babu..? You still don't look fresh...I got you up at 7:30 only? Didn't you sleep last night!?" Ranveer asked

"I slept last night...but still feeling sleepy! Ranvi bhai.... nothing is wrong!" She replied yawning again

"You really don't know how to lie bandariya!!" Angad laughed

"Shut up!!" Riddhima said smacking his head

"Lado mat! Khaana khaao!" Aditya sternly said

Half way through the breakfast

"Nice Ring Riddz! Kabhi liyaa!?"Angad asked... making Riddhima choke  on her food and she started coughing hard

"Chote! Khaana khaaneko kaha thaa....baath karneko nahi...!" Aditya said gently  patting Riddhima's back as her coughs ceased

Riddhima finished her breakfast...and got up to leave...
"Babu!? Kaha jaa rahi ho!?" Ranveer asked

"Bhai groceries k liye! Today I'm gonna cook for dadda!!" She replied happily

"Tum keshav kaka ko bol dho na! Voh leke aajaayenge!"Ranveer suggested

"But I wanna personally buy all the groceries and then cook for him... please Ranvi bhai!! Please Adi bhai! Please!" She said showing puppy eyes

"Okay!! Theek hai jaao! Lekin Pehle Mayank ko aane dho baadmei jaana!" Ranveer said

"Okay! I'll also bring him back home too because aaj mei office nahi jaaungi!" Riddhima replied

"Theek hai!" Ranveer agreed

Few minutes later Mayank and riddhima went to the market

"Tumne Shona k saath koi bodyguard nahi bhejaa!?" Aditya asked

"Adi bhai...Bhejaa hai na! Mayank ko!" Angad informed

"Mayank ko matlab...mei samjhaa nahi!" Aditya was confused

"Well Mayank is also Babu's bodyguard that she doesn't know.... because if she knows she wouldn't like it!!" Ranveer explained

"Now that's a great idea!" Aditya chuckled

"Adi! Did you decide who would be bhabhi's bodyguard!?" Ranveer asked

"Yess i decided...Mohit would be Ishani's Bodyguard!"He replied

"That's great! I would inform him now ....he would join for duty today itself... would be staying in the servant quarters few blocks away from us!" Angad informed

"That's great ! Now I have a little office work...I'll be back in the evening! Bye!" Aditya said and kissed Ishani's Forehead and left to work

Zen Avista Premises:
He went straight to Vansh's Cabin

"Good Morning! Vansh!" Aditya greeted

"Morning!"vansh said Disinterested

"What's wrong vansh!? Proposal gone wrong??" Aditya asked with worry

"Naah...not that...Ranveer is being a bigger pain in the ass than expected!" Vansh replied

Aditya just raised an eyebrow

"Proposal was great....it was blissful and beautiful...I have no words to express the Wonderful feeling...but..." Vansh trailed off

"But what vansh!?"

"She asked me to keep our relationship a secret until Ranveer starts liking me... because apparently his opinion can affect her dad's decision...which is absolutely-"

"Reasonable!"Aditya finished

"No...it's absolutely stupid...I don't need her father's approval for marrying the love of my life! That bastard doesn't deserve that respect!!" Vansh sneered

"True! He doesn't deserve it....but does shona know about it!? No..so for her....Her dad's approval is important and as for you...I would advise you to respect her decision!" Aditya explained

"You're right...I have to deal this softly.... orelse I might end up... damaging my own relationship!" Vansh said understanding Aditya's point of view

"Good that you understand!"Aditya smiled

"Well what about the work that I gave you!?" Vansh asked

"Done boss here's the file!" Aditya mocked saluted.. making vansh chuckle

"So what's your overall opinion!?" Vansh asked

"Well I guess  all 6 of them are good... because their background... including family history and all are pretty normal and their phone records aren't suspicious!" Aditya told

"Then...who? Adi!? Who else is the inside man keeping a close eye??" Vansh asked in frustration

"Maybe we should try all the cooks , Drivers and in-house staff..!" Aditya replied

"That's very long list Adi!"

"But we can't do anything but generalize..... because we don't have a clue who it can be!?"  Aditya explained

"Okay! We need to finish it ASAP because whoever it is....they are really closer and smarter than we think!" Vansh replied thinking deeply

"I'll get to work then! And also I have selected Mohit as Ishani's Bodyguard...and here is his contact details....he's an ex-military Medic...so it might come handy in Ishani's case at adverse situations!" Aditya informed

"That's great! " Vansh replied getting back to his work

"Oh well I have something to tell you!" Aditya said

"Go ahead adi!?"

"I can't locate where Mafia Lord is!" Aditya said monotonously

"What !? You said he is in Australia!?"

"I didn't say that...shona did inform me about his trip to Australia about 6 months ago..."

________Time skip to Evening_________

I entered The Sehgal Mansion....as I got a very delicious aroma... obviously coming from the kitchen...I quickly went to our room.... freshened up...but still there's not a single human to talk to ?? Where's everyone?.... even if Ranvi and chote didn't return from work.....Ishani should've met me...but she isn't in our room or in the living room....So lastly I  went to the kitchen and found Ranvi , Ishani and Chote...all standing there and watching something....I went near and saw

Shona cooking in the kitchen....I glanced around to see the kitchen was ...umm...kaise bolu... thoda...nahi thoda jyaadha hi messy thaa
But still the aroma of the food was alluring and seemed delicious
"Shona...baccha what are you doing here? Maids ko bolke cook karwa leti !" I said

She turned around and smiled
"No! Dadda ko aaj mere haath ka Dinner hi khaana padegaa.." she said

"Toh unka bachneka koi chance hi nahi hai!!" Ranvi started laughing

"Ahhhh ..Adi bhai kuch bolo na aap! Ranvi bhai Kabse mujhe tease kar rahe hai!!" She whined

"Arre aur kya karu babu....mujhe bhi Badepapa ki fikar hoti hai! Unke health ki... kitchen ki salamati ki...kyuki jis speed mei tu jaa rahi ho..I guess you would burn down this place!" Ranvi laughed again

"Aisaa nahi hai ..dadda ko kuch bhi nahi hone doongi mei! Aur yeh mess toh chalta hai...it's my first time cooking bhaiii!!" She replied with determination

"Toh pakka satyanash! Aaj pata nahi kis kisko hospital jaana padega!!..."Angad joked

"I do agree!!" I said not being able to hold back my laugher

"Hmph! Koi mera support hi nahi kartaa!" Shona said turning back to cooking

"Aww! These boys are never gonna learn anything and just keep teasing you...mei hoon na tumhara support karne k liye!!" Ishani encouraged

"Aur mei bhi toh hoon babydoo!! Bhool gayi kyaa!?" A voice said cheerfully

"Yayy!! Bhabhidoo! And Ishu bhabhi are in my team!! So boys your teasing isn't gonna work and you're gonna eat this dinner today!!" Shona clapped her hands excitedly

"So now no disturbance! Everyone get out!" Shona retorted

"But shona mei-"

"No Adi bhai mei sambhaal loongi! Aap jaake bait jaao! I'll come back after I'm done with this!" Shona assured...but some part of my didn't wanted to leave her alone in kitchen...call me over protective but still just as soon as I gotta know this is her first time in kitchen...I'm really petrified to leave her near the stove....

"Go Everyone! Let me cook peacefully!" She again reminded....so i sighed in defeat and went out of the kitchen

"Kitni ziddhi hai yaar!abhi isko kuch hogaya toh Badepapa chutney toh humaari banayenge usko toh kuch bolenge bhi nahi!"Chotu whined

"Angad..it's okay...Voh apne dad k liye kuch banane ki koshish kar rahi hai...and also har cheez ka first time toh hota hi hai so....just be patient and wait!" Aliya sternly said

"Anyways... everyone just pray that we don't die after eating the food!" He mumbled..only to be smacked in the head by none other than Ranvi

Time passed by and her preparations were endless.... despite the cooking she kept instructing the house staff... about cleaning this place...and many other stuff.....Like decoration...assembling artifacts most liked her dadda...Putting on misic that he often listens to.....which I found absolutely overdramatic....but one thing is clear she loves That guy so much..She's so fond of him.....I don't know how she would react knowing his reality and the lies he has told her all these years.....It really scares me how much broken she would be by the end of this....I just hope vansh will be able to provide her the support and love she will need at the time ...Needless to say I'll always be there but I don't know if she would be mad at me for keeping her in the dark.

______________Time Skip_______________
Currently we are all at the Dinning Table....while shona is still busy calling that guy who hasn't yet responded to any of the texts or calls...She's on the verge of crying....Just this morning Her eyes were glowing with happiness that has now disappeared leaving  a gloomy and Dull eyes....as much as I don't wanna look at that guy's face right now....I also don't want him to disappoint Shona by not reaching here on time....it's 9:30pm already he should've come here by 7:30 pm...Nobody has touched food....But I told Ishani to eat early so that she can take the medicines....And turns out my baby sister has done a marvelous job at cooking...

That's when Someone's phone rang...it's Ranvi's

"Hello ..Samrat Uncle?" He greeted

"What-...Lekin!?" His expressions suddenly changed making me worry

"Badepapa nahi aa sakte!?kya bol rahe hai aap!?" He yelled catching shona's attention

"Kaam aagaya-" that's when shona snatched his phone

"Kya matlab hai kaam aagaya hai...? I need to talk to him right now!!" She shouted

"What the hell!?how could he!?" She demanded

"Tell him never to talk to me again!!Until he understands he has a daughter that wants His attention and love" She yelled and sat down with a thud...tears rolled down her cheeks....Her body started shaking badly as she sobbed keeping her head down on the table

"Shonaa....!" I called her softly but she just blankly stared at me

"Riddz...you are hungry naa...let's try the food you made...chalo!!" Angad encouraged....but she didn't give any answer

"Okay...we don't force you babu! But I'm so so hungry this smells so delicious!! We should try this hai naa Adi!?" Ranvi asked trying to distract her...but she still remained silent...so we proceeded further and ate the food she cook....indeed it was burst of numerous flavours and the chicken was cooked so perfectly...I was truely astonished at its taste...that guy I unfortunately call as father has truely missed this magnificent treat...we hummed in delight and expressed our satisfaction and appreciation to her but she just didn't look at any of us and ran back to her room....so we left the food and the kheer as it is and kept it in the refrigerator....We reached her room and heard her cries....This guy really broke her heart....why announce your arrival when you don't really plan on coming back.....that stupid guy has really taken my shona for granted...and what lame reason does he give? Kaam aagaya...Wow...slow claps father dearest..

Ranvi directly entered her room....with  me and chote following him in....and there she was curled up on the floor....I ran to her and took her in my embrace and the other two sat beside us on the floor..
She cried and cried as we waited in silence and let her do as she wants now....

Finally after few minutes her cries died down but her body was still shaking due to the continued sobs
"Shona....Bacchu it's fine...!"

"What fine Adi bhai...what fine!! Nothing in my life is fine... nothing ever will be!!" She yelled

"Babu! Why do you say so mere bacche...mei hoon na! Adi hai , Angad hai , Teri Bhabhidoo hai , Ishani Bhabhi hai...phir fine..kyu nahi ho sakta baccha??" Ranvi asked

"I do have you all..but dadda!? He's never here!!" She sobbed "He's always far ..too far....pehle bhi 10 years...10 freaking years he locked me out in a far place....far away from you all... giving a lame ass reason that it's good for me....after years of struggle as I came back to you all after my studies just to feel how is it like to be with one's own family... one's own dad....but he never lets me feel anything...never lets me cherish anything...all that he's ever concerned about is business business business...do hell with him and his stupid business!!!" She yelled...and I am rendered speechless as to how lonely my baby sister must have felt because of my rash decision of leaving her alone with this Bastard...and all he did was to just abandon my sister rather than being a good father all he did was to leave her  alone in a different...huh!? Which kind of a father does that shit....oh god who am i kidding? it's Rudra Sehgal who is known for his Bullshit behaviour....

It's all because of him... my shona is crying...it's because of him both of us couldn't experience what a family is like...what Parental love is like...heck i thought leave about me but atleast my shona would have had a great childhood but coming to know that this bastard lived upto my expectations and fucked with my sister's childhood too just makes me wanna kill him this instance...what the heck went down hill with him....he claimed to love my mother but killed her....always showed off to the world how much he loves his only child but abandoned her during the time she needed solace and warmth....what does he think of himself that sending your kid to foreign country , providing all the luxury and money without spending time with them would make him a great father...how ridiculous could he get.... and he really is an example to me about how not to be a stupid excuse of a father...
