Khushi sat on Arnav's desk and he stood in front of her kissing her passionately and she reciprocated with equal passion.

Both pulled out breathing heavily and smiled at each other.

"Do you regret what happened between us in Santorini? " Arnav asked as he sat on his chair and pulled Khushi off the desk and into his lap.

Khushi shook her head and pecked his lips as she circled her arms around his neck.

"I will never regret it happening between us because it was with you, the man I love and want to spend the rest of my life with. " Khushi replied sincerely and Arnav smiled caressing her cheek.

"Me too. "

He hugged her and inhaled her sweet scent making Khushi giggle adorably as she pulled out of the hug.

"Why do you always sniff me? " Khushi asked.

"Because it relaxes me and it's refreshing and stop trying to play innocent because you also do the same to me. " Arnav said and Khushi pouted and he laughed.

"Am sorry for being late to our lunch two days ago. " Arnav apologized and Khushi shook her head no. "I needed to take care of something important. "

"It okay.......Arnav?" Arnav hummed in response. "Are we in some sort of danger? "

"I know you has to do with the security for all of us and don't worry because it better to be safe than sorry...... You are now my fiancee and very soon your grandmother and uncle are going to show you to the world...... I and the Singhanias have rivals who will try to target you and people in this world are horrible..... I just want you to be safe....... You see how your new social media platforms has garnered a lot of followers in such a short time. " Khushi nodded. "We have to be careful and Aman will teach you things you can and can not post but don't let this stop you from enjoying yourself okay. "

"Yes Sir. " Khushi responded and Arnav chuckled and saw Khushi go silent and he immediately knew something was bothering her.

"My what's bothering you? "

"I don't know but I think Aman and Suhani maa had a huge fight and he has been very rude and cold towards her of late..... Even Akash had picked up on it and each time I confront him or her about it, they both brush it off as my imagination which I know it's not true...... Can you speak to Aman to find out the truth..... Maybe he is not comfortable revealing it to me but you can find out. " Khushi revealed and Arnav nodded.

Arnav's phone rang displaying Akash's name and both stood up.

"It's time for the meeting and get ready, I will be picking you to have lunch with Nani and the other at RM....... " Arnav said as they existed the office hand in hand.

Arnav kissed her cheek and walked towards the other direction to the conference room.

Khushi turned to find Aman laughing with Lavanya and she frown watching Aman walk away from Lavanya towards the direction Arnav went.

Lavanya smirked which weirded out Khushi and it dropped when she saw the scrutineering gaze Khushi had on her and she composed herself as she walked towards Khushi.

"Hi Khushi. " Lavanya greeted but Khushi didn't respond and had a scowl on her face. "I saw your pictures on your new Instagram account with Arnav in Santorini. "

"It's ASR to you. " Khushi correctly sternly as she crossed her arms which gave her girl boss vibes and Lavanya shuddered seeing this but she composed herself.

"You have already gained eight million followers on your Instagram and Twitter accounts which is really impressive..... I w... "

"What do you want Lavanya? " Khushi asked rudely cutting her off.

"I want to apologize for all the horrible things I said and did to you..... I don't know what came over me and I hope you forgive me and for us to become real friends this time. " Lavanya replied with a huge smile showing her dimples and Khushi burst out laughing which shocked Lavanya.

"Oh Lavanya.... Lavanya..... Do you think I am stupid and gullible like I use to be in the past where I would have immediately forgiven you..... No, that time is past and I know you are not asking for forgiveness because you mean it but because it will make it easier for you to integrate into my family with ease..... Well news flash, stay away from me and stay away from my brother or else I won't hesitate to tell not only them but my grandmother and uncle about what you did to me and you will be destroyed for good...... I know you are planning to trap Aman in what ever game you are playing but as long as I live,you won't succeed....... Stay away or else. " Khushi threatened and walked away leaving a stunned Lavanya behind.

City Hospital, Delhi.

Arvind Malik laid on a hospital bed with an oxygen mask on his mouth and nose.

With Dadi standing beside him crying as the nurses changed his sheets.

They felt sorry from her seeing she was the only family member of the patient who unfortunately will never walk or talk again for the rest of his life and he will need constant care for as long as he lives.

The nurses walked out after giving her a sympathetic look.

"I told you to stop your gambling and now see what they have done to you when you tried to snitch on them to the police. " Dadi cried out as she stroked his head.

Flashback.

Dadi smiled victoriously seeing how her visit to Anjali was successful and soon she will tell her about Arvind and slowly they will be in her and Arnav's life by using her baby.

She saw a black SUV drive out of the house and didn't think anything of it since she thought it might be one of Arvind's gambling friends.

She got down from the cab and entered the house to find three SUV's parked in front of the main house and she heard screaming which died down immediately.

She rushed into the house to find a group of men beating up Arvind and she pushed them off him as she turned her son around.

He was covered his briuses and only his eyes could move.

"This is what he gets for betraying me and trying to frame me so that you won't pay for your debt. " One of the men yelled at Arvind and spat on him and he then turned to Dadi who shuddered seeing his cold eyes.
"And you, if you dare call the police or involve them, I will come back and let my men finish him and you off. "

Dadi burst out crying and rhean signalled his men and left the house.

Dadi immediately called the ambulance and by the time they got there, Arvind has lost consciousness and he was carried to the hospital.

After nearly eight hours of surgery, the doctor declared Arvind paralyzed for life and this devastated Dadi.

Flashback ends.

"I have to call Anjali and Arnav for help. " Dadi said and rushed out of there to speak to Anjali.

RM.

Everyone including Aman sat at the dinner table laughing and eating except for Akash and Payal who wasn't with them.

"Hello hi bye bye Akash? " Mami exclaimed in shock seeing Akash standing together with Payal.

Everyone stood up seeing them and the sound of wheels on the marble floor attracted their attention.

"Akash what is that and what's going on and when did you arrive? " Manohar asked confused and Akash smiled at him.

"They don't belong to Akash, they are mine. " Payal replied calmly taking all of them aback. "I am leaving and it better for everyone...... We will also be divorcing soon and have decided to stay as friends instead of husband and wife. "

They knew it was coming but they all never thought it will this soon.

"I have a confession to make. "

"Payal please don't. " Akash begged and Payal smiled at him and turned to the family.

"I didn't marry Akash because I loved him but it's because of two reasons..... The first was because I was tired of being called names by the community....... The rejected one that's what they called me so when Akash pursued me, I found a way to shut them up and secondly I also get to live comfortably without having to worry about money..... I guess it was the reason I never saw what my mother did as a sin but a woman who wanted an easy life...... Someone made me realize how wrong I was. " Payal smiled at Khushi whose eyes was shimmering with tears. "So now I have to correct my mistakes..... I am leaving to finish my college degree which Akash has promised to help me with...... It's about time I made something of myself and helped the family like a elder daughter should...... Khushi has done enough and I won't hold it against anyone of you if you all hate me for using your son because I deserve it...... I and Akash have spoken and it's okay for him to move on and please help him move on....... But I have one small request and it's okay if you all deny me. "

"What is that request my dear? " Nani asked.

"Can I eat with all of you this last time. " Payal revealed and everyone nodded.

Mami held Payal's hand and made her sit.

She then served Payal and everyone sat down and eat with them asking her what she wanted to do after leaving and she happily told them everything.

Arnav watched his family with a smile on his face and was happy this ended on a good note and even Manohar who wasn't a fan of Payal was freely engaging with her.

Faridabad, Delhi.

Garima has wrecked everything in her room in anger at what Payal just told her a few hours ago.

Flashback.

Garima smiled seeing Payal and a bunch of people enter the apartment with groceries and arranged then neatly.

Payal tipped them a lot of money which Garima didn't like but kept quiet.

Payal slapped a brown envelope in her hand and she opened it to find a lot of money in it.

She looked at Payal sitting in the couch.

"What brings you here and why so maany groceries and this money? " Garima asked confused seeing her daughter sit on her couch looking sternly at her.

"This is the last time you will see me..... I don't want you to ever contact me again..... You have ruined my life enough and now I want to live in peace and mend the relationships the really wanted me and I ruined it by helping you..... From babuji to Khushi to the Raizadas..... I have to fix it all because they are the only people who really cared about me...... Goodbye Amma. " Payal exclaimed in tears and stood up to leave but stopped at the door and turned to face a shocked Garima.

"I don't want to be like you and I want you to find a job to take care of yourself and please do me a favor and divorce babuji in peace...... He deserves his freedom for putting up with a cheat like you. "

Payal walked away leaving Garima behind.

Flashback ends.

"How can you do this to me Payal?..... I am your mother and you betray me for them." she yelled  shaking in anger and she burst out laughing.

"Let see how they all accept you when they find out you are not who you are..... Let's see how the Raizadas accept you when they find out you are the product of my affair with Arvind Malik and the half sister of Arnav and Anjali...... Let's see how Shashi will accept you when he finds out you are not his daughter and I will instigate Khushi into hating you like she hates me....... And you will have no other choice than to run toe your mother. "

Garima let out a sinister laughter with a evil look in her eyes.

RM.

Akash sat in his room looking through his wedding pictures with Payal and smiling at them.

He was confused when Payal begged him to come and talk to her and he went to RM without letting anyone know and he was devastated when Payal told him the truth about their marriage and agreed to divorce him and even though he was hurt he understood her and only agreed to it if he will help her fulfil her dream of finishing college.

After the lunch, Payal left after bidding goodbye to the family and she promised to keep in touch with all of them.

Akash jerked when he get a hand on his shoulder and he looked up to find Arnav.

Arnav sat beside him and sighed.

"You can make her fall in love with you again. " Arnav said and Akash looked at him shaking his head.

"She will not come back to me even if she realised she loves me...... She is determined to be independent and she will never come back to me because that will give Garima a reason to come close to the family and knowing how changed she is, she won't want a relationship with me again. " Akash explained.

"You have nothing to lose of you try and I see a different Payal now and knowing how addictive real love can be, she won't be able to say no to you when the time comes..... Don't give up brother."

"Hello hi bye bye Arnav is right. "

Both looked up to find the entire family standing by the door and they stood up from the bed.

"I want Payal as my daughter in law and you are the only one who can bring her back..... I didn't like her before but the Payal is saw today was a changed and good woman and I will hate for someone else to have her as a daughter in law. " Manohar said and Akash looked at his family shocked and he hugged his father and Mami joined them.

Khushi hugged Nani by her shoulder and Arnav smiled seeing everyone on the same page in regards to Payal.
