In physics, we had to present videos explaining the physics in sports videos we chose. 

My partner had us record the lines and put into the video presentation and we had to present it into class. The thing is though, I hate how my voice sounds. It makes me cringe so bad that I can barely stand to hear myself for more than a few seconds.

Recordings are very much different from presenting live for the record. 

So we present it and I had my hands over my ears to block out the noise. I thought my reaction was bad but then the group after us, one of them was facing the white board and then curled into a ball rocking back and forth when recordings of his voice came up. 

I felt bad for him because I know the feeling but I feel a bit better knowing I am not the only one who can't tolerate hearing the recordings of my own voice.
