INT. ARIELLA'S BEDROOM - LATER

Ariella waits outside the changing booth for Daphne.

ARIELLA

Are you ready to be blown away by your fabulous new look?

DAPHNE (O.S)

I think so.

ARIELLA

Now introducing, President Daphne 2.0.

She pulls open the curtain. Daphne is in a stunning dress. Her hair is let down. She looks amazing. She steps out of the booth and moves to the mirror. She's stunned.

ARIELLA

You're lost for words. Mission accomplished.

Daphne isn't amazed by her appearance. She's horrified.

DAPHNE

What have you done to me?

ARIELLA

I made you into a whole new Daphne. Just like you asked.

DAPHNE

I wanted you to boost my appeal a little, not prepare me for the runway.

ARIELLA

You do know what a runway is, don't you?

DAPHNE

Maybe this was a bad decision. I shouldn't have come to you. I'm sorry I wasted your time.

She wobbles toward the door then steps out of her shoes.

DAPHNE

I can't walk in these.

She grabs her own pair and exits.
