Mae is on the lookout. Torin enters.

MAE

There she is. Book her!

TORIN

What?

Caleb and his fellow jailbirds surround Torin. Caleb removes his headband with gold handcuffs attached to it and cuffs Torin.

CALEB

At least you'll be going out in style.

Torin dives for him and Caleb dodges out of her reach.

TORIN

Mae! You're going to let them put your partner in the slammer?

MAE

No dirty cop is a partner of mine. Take her away.

The others take Torin to detention. Caleb and Zeke stay behind.

ZEKE

Doesn't feel so good, does it? So boo hoo on you!

Caleb pats him on the shoulder, calming him down.
