NANDINI'S POV

Now I am sitting in my bed but sleep is far away from my eyes and the happenings in my college was not helping in that.

First day of college and I was  very much excited but one part of me was afraid as I had heard a lot about senior's doing ragging of juniors.Though I am a confident girl who doesnot became afraid easily and face every difficult situation with determination and courage as I have never learnt to loose . But also I didn't wanted to spoil the first day of my college. After entering the college gate only I was praying to aaiyapaa to keep everything good when I heard similar murmurs beside me .After turning towards the source of sound a found a girl of my age similar to  my height praying to matarani for something.

"Hello,Are you also new in the college?" saying this I started a simple  conversation with her but soon I found my best friend or say soul sister in her .

She was non other than navya .She was very similar to me and we were both simple, first day of college, away from home and family just because of music.In such a short span we became so close as if we know each other since ages.But I was happy as I not only got such a joyful company of navya but since entering the college we had heard about a group FAB5 and their way of treating freshers but we were lucky to have been saved as they were not in college yet.So we simply collected our schedule and got for our lectures.After first lecture we got to know that second lecture is cancelled so we decided to go to canteen.But I wanted to go to washroom so I asked navya to wait in canteen. After being fresh I was going to canteen when I heard about FAB5 ragging a fresher so I ran towards canteen as fast as I could as I was feeling something is wrong and as I reached canteen a girl was ready to throw coffee on navya but I managed to save her.Then the arugment with FAB5 ,the challenge and all.

After all the fiasco of canteen with FAB5 I took navya towards the garden of the college away from all the gossips and other conversation going on in the college.Since the lectures were going on there were not so many  students so it was nice place to make navya to calm down after such a horrible starting of the first day of college. I was continuously rubbing navya's back  and talking about random stuffs  in order to calm her down.But it was not working.She was shivering one because of THE FAB5 and nextly due to cold as she was drained in so cold water.The jacket which I brought ok ok snatched from monster was not doing anything.So in order to calm down navya I had to arrange new set of clothes for her but how was I going to do so.

"Navya,plz calm down.You sit here only.I will go and get a pair of clothes for you to wear. " saying this I got up from the bench .

" Plzz ..nan..nandini.sit here only..What if they will come again." navya was again scared  and all my trying went in vain.

"Think of us and we are here." said someone from behind while navya's hold on my hand tightened.

"What do you guys want now?Wasn't the happenings in canteen enough to scare  the poor soul that you are here again." I said while turning around and looking at them face to face.They were non other then two members of FAB5.

"Wow..we are scared.."said the boy who had thrown water on navya dramatically.He again continued" You are always rude like this or today is some special occasion."he said while putting his one finger under his chin.

"Oh actually today is the special occasion as I got to meet the all time idiots " I stated with a slight smirk and took navya in a side hug to move from there.

"Ok, then since you both are freshers and I think you do not want to spoil your first day at college ...."but before he could complete I cut her off.

"For your info you have already spoiled it. But we do not want to spoil it more so we got to go ." saying this we were moving from there but stopped in our tracks after listening their next words.

"Ok ok, we accept that your first day is spoiled but we were here to help you so that rest of your day would be good." said the girl who had come with that joker.

"And why do you think that we will take your help?" I asked again while facing them in an challenging tone.

"Cause you have no other option as more than you your friend is in need of it." she said with a straight face .

"What do you wanna say?" I asked while raising my tone whereas navya hold me more tightly as they were directly talking about her.

"What's her name..oh ya ..navya why are you getting scared .We are not here to do anything to you.Your all problems are taken by your friend so we just came to help you."said cabir while bringing his hand infront to hold navya but before only I jerked that.

"Stay away.." I warned while pointing a finger towards him.

"Calm down lady hulk.. we are here just to help you guys " said mukti while pulling cabir to back off. " Cabir why are you scaring her more?"

"Thanks but no thanks we don't need your help." I said and moved two three steps ahead with navya  while someone pulled me by my arms because of which navya jumped in her place in fear and I banged into something solid.

I opened my eyes slowly which I had closed due to sudden pull met with those chocolate brown eyes which were extremely red due to anger. I shivered due to  the intensity by which he was staring at me as if I will burn into ashes there only.

" Always being confident is good but judging people by their first appearance is not good. You should give them chance to justify, and they were just here to give clothes to your friend for whom you stood up against them as they are not inhuman and help others whether they are their enemies or not. So take this clothes and tell your friend to change ." said the monster and left me with a jerk while handling me the packet which he took from mukti,,I think that's her name.

"And you ..."he started again while pointing his finger towards navya who shivered in her own place " When your just few hours friend is taking step for you ,can't you do the same at least not for yourself but due to courage others had shown for you." saying this he turned around and was going to go.

After listening to him I felt as if he was not so bad but what he said next after turning once again towards me and going away was enough to make me 100 not not more than 100 percent believe that he was a complete monster and those sayings were just some funny dialogues for him.

"And you shorty plzz be in time tomorrow as your challenges will be starting from tomorrow and we don't like late comers." he said with a wink and that smirk plastered in his face oh god. Though it would be bad too say he is not hot as he is no less than a Greek god but that time I just wanted to wipe that smirk off his face by giving a solid reply but my vocal chords ditched me at the same time why it happens with me ayiapaa. 

After that all three of them left from there leaving an irritated me and a courageous navya. Ya you heard it right.

Monster's words left a great impact in navya and after all the fiasco she talked normally without fear and firstly thanked me and decided to help me with my challenges as well.She held those determination in her eyes which slightly encouraged me as well.

After that we went to changing room and navya changed into the outfit handed over by monster which was pretty good .After that many other students also told us that FAB5 was good for those who are good but worst for those who try to mess with them but they are not heartless. They also warned us as FAB5 never leave their target which was now none other than me Nandini Murthy.

After that navya and me attained all the other lectures and somewhat that joker OK OK cabir was right that we should not spoil rest of the day. Indeed except morning TASHAN what navya named it, rest of the day was really amazing as we made new friends, got to know about many more achievements of college and most importantly FAB5 being a famous music band and they have done their first concert few days back which was a super hit.

According to other students..Fab5 are not bad as they show..They are very good at heart...Whenever one is in problem they can tell it to FAB5 and they will help u out without a thought...They are the best example of friendship..always together...Fun loving...They never go over broad with the activities they do..And if they go overboard too then also they will simply rectify there mistake anyhow...Asking for forgiveness makes one more big is their thinking..they never back off in apologizing if they are wrong...So all like them except for some who are jealous of their popularity 

All were praising a lot about their music. I would surely like to hear them. Aaiyapaa what I am thinking.I am deciding to listen them when they might be planning how to torture me as I was the one who took their challenge without thinking about the consequences. Nandini now you are really gone case.

Let's hope that they so some humanity and leave me and if they give challenges then that should also be easy. Plzz ayaipaa do this much for me as you have already done a great job by giving me courage because of which I could accept their challenge. Note the sarcasm.

Accha aaiypaa whatever happened with me I cannot change but plzz give better life to others and don't put them in any troubles.Most importantly always fulfill wishes of those who think good of others ok.

Now nandini go to sleep .You have to face the FAB5 also and as per the monster you have to be in time.But that's funny you know.The one who always comes late said to me to come on time. Nandini enough and go to sleep if tomorrow you're late then don't know what will happen.

But whatever be it..FAB5 have different shades and this monster side is not the real..

THE REAL FAB5 and the meaning of THIS FAB5 is still hidden...

Coming to this conclusion  she soon drifted into deep slumber.
