"Pls don't rotate the things ..just come to the point jeff.." nandini spoke being irritated..

"What am I rotating ? I am just telling the story which is indeed reality.." jeff made a innocent face while nandini was getting more irritated but others were enjoying it..

"When did I say you not to tell story? Tell it but pls come to point at how you guys met.." nandini finally spoke what she wanted but jeff is jeff..

Best friend is not a best friend if they can't do the worst to you..Irritating you...Teasing you..are the valuable traits of best friends..kindly not the sarcasm

"But nandini, I am doing as you said me to do..Go with even the minute details so that you can imagine it like it is happening in front of your eyes.." jeff stressed on the word you...Others were trying hard not to laugh as nandini glared at them..

"Minute details does not mean that you have to say what you were talking with the grandpas and granny..or what what games were the kids playing..." nandini huffed in annoyance while others chuckled looking at her..

"But nandini..." jeff was again going to repeat the theory of you were saying...but nandini had had enough ...

"Jeff , my curiosity is at peak and if you start with that Y.O.U. theory again it won't be good..so pls stop it..And tell me fast or else I will call him and tell that..." before nandini could speak jeff closed her mouth with her hand preventing her from speaking...

" NANDU..I will do as you say but dare.you.call.him." jeff whispered in nandini's ear while removing her hand from nandini's mouth..It was nandini's time to smirk..

"Fine..Pls tell the story fast or else you know.." and finally it worked as jeff started telling the story..Others didn't ask anything for they know: 

Friends have many weapons to blackmail each other which is not needed for others to know..While best friends have such reasons out of count.. Nandini and jeff are soul sisters so blackmailing each other for their own work is nothing new..After all that's called BFF goals.

"Manik..If everything is ready then let's start..." neonika told to manik while he nodded in approval as all their instruments were set and they were excited as well for the performance..

"Attention everyone..The most awaited moment of the date as come for the childrens are all ready to perform.." one of the member of neonika's ngo spoke ..everyone settled themselves on the sitting arrangements...

"So here come's FAB5 which includes Cabir dhawan, Dhruv Vedhant, Alia Saksena, Mukti Malhotra and Manik Malhotra " and the big round of applause was heard while THE FAB5 came into the stage with a smile in their face ...Only they knew how they managed to be happy that they but for their star's sake they had to.

"Aunty..What is happening here?" jeff asked to an elderly lady sitting beside her while she replied with a constant smile..

"Actually beta, she is Neonika Malhotra, she owns many ngo ,orphanages, old age homes..We are the ones from those old age home and these kids are from orphanage..Today is full moon day..Don't know why but for Neonika and her kids this day is special..Every full moon day..we old ones and children are brought together and made to enjoy..We get children love and children get motherly and fatherly affection..And FAB5 perform on different songs as per our wish..We just enjoy today...And they are just best at their work..YOU MUST LISTEN.." the lady said while looking towards FAB5 who were busy asking kids about their choice of songs..

"Aunty..didn't you guys ever asked the reason.." jeff asked while the lady again looked at jeff and then at them..She had different emotions reflecting from her eyes and most was happiness..

"I wanted but their smiling faces made me not to because it seemed as if they were just trying to make themselves happy but inside they all are breaking ..So I let them be happy i this small moment and bless them for what they doing for our happiness.." the lady said while jeff didn't get the excat point but she just shrugged and nodded and got busy fro THE FAB5 was going to perform and after listening to so many praises she was not going to miss the chance for it was the only thing happening nice in her birthday after she completed her Dhukh-Bhari-Daastan in front of sammy..

Then she remembered about sammy and looked around to spot him but she was not able to find him...She noticed the small girl ruhi and beside her was sammy looking at stage so attentively don't know what was he examining..But relief washed over jeff after she spotted him  because no matter what itwas the gift from her bestie and it's special on it's own.

Finally the performance begin...

"Stop..."  nandini shouted making jeff to jump at her place while others were also scared  while nandini gave them a sheepish smile..

"What the hell nandu..why did you shout?" jeff scolded nandini while she winked at her and they made a cute innocent face ...By the way nandini was looking at FAB5 they knew that she is upto something..

"Guys, just one request..." nandini said with a cute expression...they weree about to refuse without listening but before only alya who melted by that cute face spoke..

"You can ask anything nandini...We will give it..." alya said while others glared at her while she shrugged it..

"Don't worry I won't ask your life...Actually jeff was praising a lot about your performance..I also want to see ..Listening it is not so exciting ..I want to see it with my own eyes.." nandini said while this time cabir spoke..

"It's ok..We have the recording...wait I will play it.." cabir was going to stand up saying that but nandini stopped him and spoke..

"Wait cabir...Actually I want to see it live..Now..pls.." and that was it...All looked at each other with sadness...

Obviously FAB5 was not the same like before..They have been avoiding practicing for it brought all the memories from the past and they were not even being able to play their own instruments which they are pro at....And here performing a song was something out of thought..

"Err..nandini..now I mean its late..for now let's watch the video..." dhruv said while nandini's face fail while jeff was going to speak before that only they heard the sound of piano...

"This sound...alia.." they all looked around but alya was not there...they all went to the music room which was in the side only and there she was..playing piano...

She looked at FAB4 with teary eyes and then they realised that they will behave like before..they have promised her..all smiled looking at her...

Manik went and started playing guitar followed by dhrv and mukti while cabir too played drums..Nandini was very excited so was jeff while jeff went beside mukti and nandini beside alya and finally manik started to sing..

Manik was singing while others were enjoying with eyes closed..swaying with music..

Cabir too joined them while all were smiling and enjoying every moment with tears in their eyes for these moments may not come in future..

This time dhruv went near alya and sang while alya was blushing..

While cabir sang looking at mukti who glared at him and he laughed..

Manik too joined them while they hugged him for this was something the trio had missed a lot

And with the final voice of manik it completed while FAB5 like always did a group hug...While jeff and nandini were busy admiring their bonding and they too hugged each other while FAb5 after breaking their hug took jeff and nandini in another group hug..

"Wow..guys you are just perfect..Now I knew why jeff was praising you guys so much.." nandini praised them ..

"And guys never let this fade away..It hurts a lot if this sort of bonding breaks.." nandini said in such a tone that they were confused ..They wanted to ask that but nandini just changed the topic..

"Ok, leave all that now continue the story.." nandini said to jeff while jeff was going to deny saying she was sleepy but how can nandini let that happen in middle of suspense..

"Jeff you remember na..I can caaa.." nandini stretched the word word while jeff at once spoke...

"Ok ok I will continue.." as soon a jeff said so nandini sat and pulled jeff beside her while jeff lost her balance and fell in floor instead of sofa...

"Oouch..what is this nandini.." jeff said while cabir helped her to get up..nandini smiled sheepishly..

"It's just that I was over excited..sorry.." while jeff glared at her but again sat on sofa this time while rubbing her hand...

"Once more..once more.." 

Not only kids and the elders but the youths and other people who were on the beach all gathered around asking for more...Jeff was also one of them. After continuous hooting FAB5 decided to perform again but after 5 minute of break..

Finally all were ready ...Fab4 went on the stage while mukti was downstairs for there was some problem with the wire of her electric guitar..

Dhruv started with his guitar which was accompanied by alya..Then manik strted to string his guitar and started to sing while cabir to joined them with proper drum beats..All had started to enjoy while mukti was yet too come..

Finally after fixing the wire mukti went on stage and was going to pic her guitar ..

But before she could pic that she fell in the floor such that her hands hit in the drum which cabir was playing...She suddenly fell because sammy jumped over her making her startled and she lost her balance and her hand was jerked with some force ...Due to that she fell and guitar too fell from the stand in the floor which had carpet...Her hand started to bleed as the cut was deep ...All at once surrounded mukti and took her down..

Neo ran towards them while first aid box was  brought..Mukti shrieked while the dressing was being done and tears made their way out from her eyes....That was it for manik...

"The program is over you all may leave.." manik said while taking the mic ..All started to disperse while manik looked around and saw sammy in jeff's arms..

Jeff was busy scolding sammy for pulling such a stunt and was going to apologize for what sammy did but before that only manik marched towards her and shouted at her...

"What the hell do you think of yourself? If you can't take care of a dog then why to keep it? And who the hell did you gave permission to come here..If something would have happened to mukti then...Miss whatever just take this dog out of my sight before I do something we both will regret.." jeff had tears in her eyes listening to such harsh words in her birthday...

Here she was thinking of apologizing and he was scolding her..

"And that crocodile tears,,Dare you.if one drop also comes out then MANIK MALHOTRA will show you what you have gotten yourself into?" manik pointed a finger at jeff and that's it..sammy jumped over from jeff's hand causing his finger to come down ..Maybe he couldnot see tears in jeff eyes..After all he is her sammy yaar..

Jeff also had had enough..But anyhow tears made their way out ..but also she spoke between her tears..

"What do you think of yourself MR. Whatever...I know I should have taken care of sammy but how would I know that he will do such thing..I am not a fortuneteller ...Also how dare you shout at me..I am grateful to you for such a beautiful performance..You know this was the only thing that happened nice to me today.." jeff wiped her tears while manik was going to speak but jeff didn't gave him a sec also..

"Today is my birthday..You know I was going to meet my bestie for first time but she couldnot come and she send this pyaara sa doggy my sammy for me as my birthday gift..My so called brother didn't even called me....Wait why am I telling this to you? " jeff asked to herself rather then him then again started speaking before manik could speak..

"Oh yes..because you were scolding me..How dare you scold me on my birthday..Do you know no one I mean no one has scolded me in my birthday..leave birthday no one has scolded me ever..And here you are scolding me when there is not my fault also..And who are you to scold me..Did you get hurt ..No.. then..Wait.." saying so she moved pass manik and knelled before mukti ...

"I am sorry..I didn't know sammy will hurt you..I am sorry..I was going to come but that lambu man stopped me...You know today is my birthday  ..So thinking it as a birthday girl's wish pls forgive me..pretty pls.." jeff said with such a cute expression that no one will be able to deny and here mukti wanot angry at first place..she had tried to stop manik but manik is manik..Mr.Monster doesnot listen to anyone if he is angry so scolded the poor girl witout her fault..

"I will forgive you but only on one condition.." mukti said with a stern face while jeff gulped but nodded asking her to continue..

"Mukti..what the.." before manik could speak mukti glared at him..

"DARE.YOU.SPEAK.ANYTHING." mukti said those words so loud and clear that manik himself was left speechless for mukti never spoke to him like that..

It was first... Not first actually ..mukti had done that before also  for star before when their star was with them..But now like this..

"Since it's your birthday..HAPPY BIRYHDAY..and I need a birthday party..." mukti said while jeff smile while wishpering thank u.

"And I also want to play with sammy ..Oh it's so cute.." mukti said while looking at sammy who was looking at mukti and then jeff ..Maybe it was understanding nothing..

"Mukti..this dog.." manik again tried to speak but before only mukti glared at him..

"Manik ke bacche..it's sammy..SAMMY..and for your kind information it saved me..The circuit had some problem and if I had touched the guitar I would have got a high voltage shock..But sammy saved me by pushing me at time.." mukti said while pointing towards the stage where some people were trying to extinguish the fire that was caused when guitar fell from the stand causing the carpet to burn..

"DID YOU GET IT MALHOTRA" mukti said to manik while manik looked down guiltily..Manik looked at FAB3 and neo but they shrugged it saying it was your anger..

"I know sorry won't come out of you mouth so let it be..Jeff I am sorry from his side.." mukti mocked at manik while apologized to jeff who nodded in no and took mukti in side hug for her one hand was injured..

"Er..Sorry.." and all were shocked would be an understatement..I mean the MANIK MALHOTRA and apology..not so good combination...

All were looking at manik with mischief in their eyes while manik avoided looking at them..He was rubbing his nape for all the gazes were on him for it was the first time he apologized..

Not first time actually...When star was there whosoever mistake it would be manik had to apologize after all that was star's spell on him.But then after years manik apologized that too for jeff and that was not quite acceptable..

"Why are you all looking at me like that..It just that it was her birthday and I genuinely feel bad so I said it.." manik said while looking everywhere but them...

"Its ok..For there was my mistake too..I too should not have shouted at you like that.." jeff to apologized while he nodded in approval..Obviously MANIK MALHOTRA AND HIS EGO..

But keeping his ego aside he apologized so the base of their friendship was forgiveness which itself is so strong that after years also their friendship is intact..

"So like this we met..I am the first one whom he apologized and that's an achievement..You know one of the Birthday Perks..After that I called them in my apartment for a small birthday party..We talked then got to know that they are the rulers of my new college..And we became friends for we girls have great bonding along with dhruv and cabir and I can't say about that lambu.." jeff completed her story while manik was glaring at her but she shrugged it for it was common ...

Jeff and manik were like tom and jerry..Tom and jerry also be together sometimes like that jeff and manik also be together only during cricket match that also only if they are on same team for both love cricket..but except that manik glaring jeff and mocking at her..jeff making fun of manik and pissing him off are everyday affairs..

"Sorry to burst your bubble jeff..You are not the first one whom I have apologized.." manik said while but he realized the blunder after nandini spoke..

"Really then who is the lucky person? " nandini raised her eyebrows while cabir covered up..

"Arrey..when we are their why to fear..so jeff but we were the special ones who got the honor of MANIK MALHOTRA'S sorry.." cabir said while relief washed over manik's face but jeff made a bad face..

"But also you are his family..And I am the one apart from his family to whom he apologized so.." jeff raised her invisible collar while manik rolled his eyes while others chuckled at the duo..

"Accha..it's already late..so let's go to sleep. Jeff and nandini you guys take manik's room ..he will sleep with me..." dhruv said while they were going to deny but mukti glared at them so they just nodded..

All departed to their respective rooms ...

Full of happiness ,

After 1 week,

Nandini stayed with FAB5 in malhotra mansion for about 2 days and returned back..Till her stay there she developed a nice bond with each member of FAB5 though cold war still occurred between manik and nandini  ...Now in college also they used to hangout together when they get time..Cracking jokes at each other, teasing and pulling legs of each other was common now..

In this one week navya and nandini too grew a close bond..Jeff, nandini and navya were next example of BFF goals after FAB5...Navya have finally started expressing herself..Finally all knew the real star of Patna..Navya Naveli..Total filmy..One's she starts speaking no one guess it no one not ever gets to speak for she is full package of entertainment...

About FAB5 , the trio-nandini, navya and jeff have as if replaced their all thoughts that they forget that Fab5 is no more..They have started enjoying like before..Jamming, partying, bullying, has once again become common..They are again back as rulers of space..

But they say na,," Happiness are short lived for they get envied ." When FAB5 were celebrating with the other trio of girls, someone was there planning to get back to them for their happiness was not he expected after their breakdown..

In Canteen,

"And like this after convincing my parents in NAVYA NAVELI'S way I came here in mumbai..To fulfill my dreams..." navya finally concluded her not so short story at once without letting anyone else speak in middle..

"Wow navya..how can you talk this less? " manik mocked but navya's reply made manik shocked while navya rocked..

"Yes manik..I  too sometimes wonder how can I speak so less..Maybe after coming mumbai it happened because back then in my hometown I could speak for hours .." all gaped at navya while she laughed looking at their faces..

"Guys..I was just joking..don't worry I am not so mahan also..I talk only when I am very happy and today I am very happy so.." navya chipped again while others nodded their head in disbelief cause navya is so happy today because...

She played manik's guitar..not only that but manik taught her also..MANIK MALHOTRA who does not like anyone touching his guitar gave her ...Not only that but taught her also..

"Anyway..thank u so much manik..You are the best.." manik had not started getting irritated for navya has been thanking manik for more than 10th times..

"Jeff do you smell something burning? " nandini whispered to jeff who was beside cabir..

"Yes, see smoke is also coming.." jeff too supported nandini while doing hi fi with her..Cabir who was between them glared at them..

"Cabir ..if you like her so much then tell her na.." jeff encouraged cabir while nandini replied instead of cabir..

"Jeff. how many times he will tell you he does not like navya. It's just that she does not talk to him properly also but is praising manik continuously na..It does not matter to him.." nandini said in cabir's defense while jeff suppressed her giggles looking at cabir's face..Cabir glared at nandini while nandini again spoke teasing him...

"Why are you glaring at me cabir? I was just saying the things you have been saying since a week.." nandini made a cute face while cabir finally had had enough..

"Nandini..Jeff..I think you two should sit together so that you can talk without DISTURBING.ME." cabir finally announced and stood up..All looked at cabir and jeff ..so jeff reluctantly left his side and now jeff and nandini were together and cabir was beside dhruv with no disturbance...

"So guys it's our lecture time ..we will go.." nandini said while others nodded and navya and nandini moved out...Before going nandini whispered something in jeff's ear while jeff nodded and excused herself from FAB5 ...

"Guys, you know I am very happy..After nandini has come we are together..I want to thank her.." alya said when they were sited just after completing their jamming session..cabir supported alya

"You are right but I think after jeff came...we are happy.." mukti said while manik too nodded for that while now dhruv was left..

"But I think it is happening due to all three-navya, nandini and jeff.." all others supproted dhruv in his...

Tring..tring..

Alya's phone rang and her expression changed at once..She excused herself while signalling dhruv..Both moved out ...

"Alya..I am coming.." someone said over phone..

"Harshad bhai..why are you coming? Is everything alright?" alya asked worried while dhruv side hugged her..

"Yes alya, I am fine..Now I can't leave you with that monster..But now since FAB5 is no more I am coming to take you.." harshad said while the words started ringing in her mind..

FAB5 is over...FAB5 is over

Alya didn't listen anything that harshad said after that and cut the call..

"Bhai is coming and he knows that FAB5 is over.." alya said when heard something..

As they turned there were remaining members manik, mukti and cabir who listened and that it..Mukti ran away from their..Cabir went behind her...Manik too stomped off..Alya fell down while crying and dhruv hugged her..

Manik was going out in anger when he bumped with someone..And that someone was non other then nandini...

"Dekh k nahi...Manik kya hua?" nandini when looked up saw manik's teary eyes and anger not for others but himself so asked what's wrong..

"Nothing.." saying so manik went but nandini followed him..He was getting irritated but nandini knew she couldnot leave him alone also....so she followed him..

Same time manik's phone rang..and he spoke...

"Manik..I am joining from today only..Are you in college?" someone asked over phone..

"Yes I am in college but I am leaving as I have some work..do one thing meet nandini.." saying so manik cut the call before listening to the person..

"Nandini do me a favour? My friend is coming as new student..pls make him familiar to the college.." manik said while nandini looked confused..

"Same friend whom you punched..aryaman.." manik said but nandini's facial expresion changed at once..

"Arrya..arayaman..sorry I can't" saying so nandini ran from there while a tear drop had already fallen off her eyes ..Manik felt something seeing her tears so went after her..

"Mukti..wait mukti..." cabir was following mukti who had reached terrace...Mukti fell on the floor while cabir hold her...

"Cabir was it all illusion..we were happy...FAB5 was again together..We had forgot everything and then this..I can't bear the same look from manik once again..pls cabir.." mukti cried but it was not helping at all..Cabir too had tears but he too can't do anything to heal her for he himself was broken...

In this 1 week they were just like before and at once all happiness crumbled down..Don't know what the future held for them..

A ray of hope was seen,

With a new morning..

But in midst of happiness,

They forgot,

Suffering is ever lasting.
