Both the girls were at home waiting for Sanskaar after their dinner. Sanskaar had already called them to inform them about his meeting in Jawahar, so as per his order both finished their dinner obediently.

And now both were in hall sitting on sofa laughing whole heartedly yet again while watching the same video for the 30th times by now not getting bored at all but instead enjoying it again excitedly.

"Pallavi I'm so excited to see Bhai's reaction when he will watch this video. I'm sure he will toh go in coma." laughed Swara after closing her mobile and staring Pallavi post her video watching sounding desperate.

"Haa I'm also excited to see Sanskaar's reaction Swara. Never in his life he might have thought that someone will make documentary on him and that too in the drunkard state with his STRONGEST ENEMY." laughed Pallavi too while holding her stomach feeling pain due to continuous laughing since morning.

"I mean just look at them both how cute they were in their drunken state. Frankly speaking I didn't even expect to see Sanskaar in such a cute state pulling someone's cheeks like this as usne mere hi cheeks nhi pull kiye abhi tak toh I was like kisi aur ke kya karega woh. But after watching this scene I doubt on him now." Pallavi laughed more and leaned on the sofa not able to control her laugh even now.

Swara too laughed along and drank a glass of water feeling immense thirsty due to continuous laughing and giggling.

"Bhai ka bhi yahi haal tha. I never thought Bhai likes Taanga [ horse ride ] ride too. The way I saw him everyday I felt he loves to sit only in expensive cars but after seeing him sitting on Sanskaar's back I doubt him too." conveyed Swara while recollecting the Raghav and Sanskaar's back ride drunkard scene chirping breathlessly.

"Woh toh accha hua Pallavi you saw the CCTV footage of your Mansion that day warna we wouldn't have come to know about our brother's this special kand." said Swara further while winking at already giggling Pallavi thank fully.

"Don't say thanks to me Swara, tell thanks to my lost earrings which made me to see the CCTV footage. Agr meri earrings nhi goomte toh I wouldn't have seen the footage and we wouldn't have gone to Sanskaar's room to check on them." told Pallavi while recalling the get together day shamelessly.

"And we wouldn't have got the best Dostana Moment captured." continued Swara as soon as Pallavi ended her sentence recollecting the Dostana Moment of both Sanskaar and Raghav tease fully.

"Bas audio bhi hoti toh aur maaza aata." frowns Swara the next moment while twitching her tiny cute nose annoyingly.

Pallavi too agreed and sighs sadly in return feeling helpless but soon smiled back cheerfully.

"It's ok Swara no problem. Whatever we have is all fine to tease our Busines Tycoons to the core. Bas let Sanskaar come then we can start out plan from him first." said Pallavi while chirping excitedly.

"But God knows what's taking him so long today. He generally never takes this much time and if in case he feels he will be late he do messages me or calls me to inform about it. But today I don't know what's taking him so long." spoke Pallavi ahead and stared her wall clock confusingly getting restless.

While Swara too at the same moment checks her phone and realised there's no call from her Bhai till now all puzzled.

Al Sabah Hospital

4 Hours Later

It's been 4 hours by now since the horrible incident had taken place with Raghav. He was now on hospital bed under the strong observation of doctors after his admission in hospital done by Farhad and Mr Gray.

Farhad on the other hand after seeing off Mr Gray was returning back to his Anna's special ward when his phone rings and as a result his steps halts forming heavy sweat on his forehead glancing his phone speechlessly.

His eyes welled up and soon a lone tear dropped down from his eyes feeling extremely helpless. But soon taking a deep breath Farhad wipes off his tears and prepares himself to face the caller confidently.

"Hello Farhad Bhai. how are you ? And how is Bhai ? Meeting kaisi thi ? And why is he not picking my phone ?" bombarded Swara as soon as she sensed her call is recieved by Farhad sounding desperate.

"We are fine Swara and meeting bhi bahut acchi hui and now Anna is busy in his another meeting with Mr Gray.." spoke Farhad finally after gathering some courage and controlling his tears  hardly.

"Ohh ! Isiliye toh Bhai didn't call me yet warna Anna ek baar apna khaana bhool sakte hai but he won't forget to call me for once when he is away from me." giggled Swara cutely while keeping her one palm on her mouth completely unaware of the major effect she is causing to already broken Farhad innocently.

Farhad on the other hand stumbles back and fell down on the bench behind him feeling heavy not even able to imagine Swara's state after the truth revealaton.

"Accha Swara listen.. Anna is inside the conference room and I too need to go inside. I was actually sent out by Anna to attend your call only. So now I got to go inside haa. Bye Baccha.. take care haa.. and always remember your Bhai and your Farhad Bhai always loves you." said Farhad in a go and immediately hangs up the call letting his tsunami of tears roll down his closed eyes finally.

Swara whereas soon sensed something weird and frowns confusingly but soon shrugs out her confusion locking her phone instantly.

"Uff this Farhad Bhai na is same like his Anna only.. Kaam ke aage they don't need anyone huh !" spats Swara while shaking her head in utter annoyance and keeping her phone on her side table smiling unbelievably.

Soon Swara lays on her bed side and prepare herself for her beauty sleep completely unknown to upcoming storm in her life very soon.

Maheshwari Mansion

Living Hall 12AM

It's been hours now since Sanskaar haven't returned home yet. Swara was fast asleep due to her tiredness while Pallavi was still in hall near the dining table pacing the entire dining area worriedly.

Her eyes each second shifts towards her wall clock in the dining area and then at her mobile waiting for Sanskaar's information feeling restless. Her fingers played with mobile and her palms gets drenched with heavy sweat trying Sanskaar's number continuously feeling restless.

"Ohh God ! Sanskaar where are you ? I hope you are fine. please come back soon." pleads Pallavi after receiving another failure of her phone call drinking a glass of water feeling uneasy.

Tears too rolled down her eyes and her state gets worst thinking about Sanskaar every second.

Soon her mobile rings and her eyes opens wide witnessing "Maheshwari Hospital" flashing on her mobile screen trembling miserably.

Thousands of negative thoughts starts revolving in her mind and as a result she stood their all numb being blank. But soon composing herself before getting into any conclusion Pallavi recieves the call while gulping down her fear fear fully.

"Pallavi hurry up come to Maheshwari Hospital right now. Sanskaar is attacked by his enemies and now he is in critical condition." comes the only words from the other side pulling the floor beneath Pallavi's feet in no time.

Pallavi soon fell on the chair behind her feeling lifeless. Her ears kept ringing with the recent words and as a result her right palm without her knowledge clashes with the water jug kept on the dining table breaking it into several pieces in no time feeling dizzy.

"Pallavi what's the voi.......Ohh Shoot ! Pallavi be careful.." speaks Swara in utter confusion coming out of her room but soon yells at top of her voice witnessing Pallavi falling on floor near several tiny pieces of broken jug lifelessly.

Swara soon runs towards the unconscious Pallavi and pulls Pallavi in her tight protective arms being frightened.

"Pallavi are you fine ? What happened ?" asks Swara in her full concern patting unconcious Pallavi's cheeks continuously being worried.

But getting no response from Pallavi, Swara instantly carried her towards the near by Sofa and called her family doctor swiftly being tensed.

Maheshwari Hospital

Sanskaar's Ward

It's been quite long time since Sanskaar had got admitted to hospital by his driver after witnessing Sanskaar lying in pool of blood infront of him.

The moment attackers left the spot after attacking Sanskaar, Sanskaar's driver at the same moment reaches the spot with a mechanic only to get shocked seeing his Sir in pool of blood infornt of him. For a moment the driver was blank not getting what to do but soon re-collecting the favours done on him by Sanskaar, he within seconds without wasting any second with the help of mechanic took Sanskaar to Maheshwari Hospital informing Rahul about Sanskaar immediately.

And now Sanskaar was in special ward unconscious attached with several drips on his both hands being severe.

Blood stains were quite vanished now due to immediate treatment done by Doctors on time but still the weakness and the deep cut marks he had got during the attack was still visible on his full naked body worsening the state of Sanskaar even more.

Driver on the other hand was still there in Hospital with Rahul not willing to leave their Sir all alone at the time of his need being both concerned and loyal too.

"Mr Verma, have you informed Ms Kapoor about Mr Maheshwari's state ?" asked Dr Sinha gaining the immediate attention of both driver and Rahul instantly.

"Yes Dr Sinha I have informed Pallavi about Sir. She might be here at any moment." replied Rahul nodding her head positively.

"That's good Mr Verma but please call her once again and send her in my cabin as soon as she arrives as I told earlier we need to take her sign before we proceed with further treatment of Mr Maheshwari. You very well know how worse his state is. We can't delay anymore." spoke Dr Sinha informing Rahul about Sanskaar's worst state once again being professional.

Rahul on the other hand nods his head sadly responding to Doctor while Dr Sinha left towards his cabin smiling warmly.

"I hope Pallavi is fine after hearing about Sir and she reaches the Hospital soon. Sir needs her the most now." sighs Rahul while turning towards his unconcious Sir watching him through the glass window of the ward helplessly.

While the driver too feels bad and places his palm on Rahul's shoulder comforting him morally.

Raghav's Ward

Raghav was still unconcious and was under the continuous observation of doctors timely. His state was already worse due to the strong gas inhaled by him in the lift and on that Raghav being the Claustrophobia patient made his windpipe severely blocked leading the case to get more deteriorated.

Whereas Farhad's state wasn't any less. He was already deteriorated witnessing his Anna's state infront of him and on that the guilt of hiding about Raghav's accident from Swara also made him more broken from inside. So hence to reduce his guilt and to treat his Anna faster, Farhad was now sitting infront of Raghav's doctor in his cabin discussing about Raghav's state worriedly.

"See Mr Farhad it's quite impossible to shift Mr Rao to India right now. You are very well aware that Mr Rao's breathing nerve i.e windpipe is severely blocked for now. His sole reason to survive is the oxygen which he is getting through Oxygen cylinder and in such state I can't risk Mr Rao's life for a mere transfer." declared Dr Sippy strictly denying to Farhad's request being both professional and caring at the same time towards his patient staring Farhad sternly.

"I do understand your concern Dr, but please try to understand Anna will be get better recovery in India than here as he has his loved ones there. I do understand it's a bit risky but I guarantee you it won't risk Anna's life at all. After all along with medicines Anna also needs the love of his loved ones too which he will get in India only." pleads Farhad trying his level best understanding Doctor's view too maturely.

Doctor for a while scans the reports of Raghav once again after Farhad's continuous pleading and then later after few minutes of analysing and thinking, Dr Sippy release a deep breath stress fully.

"What happened Dr ? Isn't there any way at all to get Anna transfer to India ?" asked Farhad staring stressed Dr Sippy being tensed too.

"Mr Farhad I have said you my decision long back only but still keeping your continuous request in mind I have checked Mr Rao's report once again and tried my best to think about your request but I'm so Sorry Mr Farhad it's not at all possible for now at least." conveyed Dr Sippy once again denying Farhad's request helplessly.

"See Mr Farhad I know you are too much concerned about Mr Rao and that's why  in your emotions you are not able to think practically. I request you to think practically instead of getting flowed by emotions Mr Farhad." advised Dr Sippy while knocking some senses in emotionally broken Farhad maturely.

"For a minute I can agree with your request and I can also grant you permission to take Mr Rao back to India with you, but have you ever thought what will you do if Mr Rao's state gets more worse when you are travelling to India ? Will you get immediate treatment in airplane ? Will you get instant approval to admit Mr Rao in a country you are passing by ? And if in case you reached India without any problem, will you be able to take Mr Rao to the destined hospital on time if his state gets more worse ?" asked Dr Sippy straight forwardly throwing his most logical questions to Farhad sternly.

"It's not that easy as you are thinking Mr Farhad. I do understand your feelings but right now you need to be practical rather than being emotional. But still if you want me to give you permission to take Mr Rao to India I'm all ready to give you the permission in no time but please think wisely. Mr Rao needs medical treatment each second and rahi baath unke rishtedaroon ki toh you can call them here through special request from government which is quite possible in any emergency cases. But transferring Mr Rao to India in such state is damn risky I would suggest. Rest it's your wish." suggested Dr Sippy for the final time handing over the Raghav's report to Farhad smiling warmly.

Farhad on the other hand takes the file helplessly and heads towards the exit of the cabin confusingly not able to decide anything being mentally and physically tried for now.

Finally ! Completed the shot 12. It was quite tough for me to complete it with much emotional scenes in it.

I really don't know how I wrote it. I know it's too emotional and it might be boring too. But please bare with emotional part for now as it was quite important to proceed with the story ahead.
