Jungkook held her hand, gently.  

"Please, just explain." Jungkook said, holding Minhee arm. She was restless. Jungkook needed her to be calm. He wasn't fine too, but after a deep thought yesterday, he decided to take the risk. Jin was right. There's something in Minhee that made him trust her.

"Look, i.. i really didn't know who you are before. I didn't even know your group name. I'm not into that kind of world.. your world. I just know you as Eyre." Minhee faced him with her lips quivered.

"Then, why are you there, Dahae?" Jungkook said her name, remembering what she told him yesterday before signing the album.

"No. I'm not Dahae... Dahae is my best friend. The one that insisted me to come yesterday..." Minhee took a breath.

"She is your group's fan. She managed me to promise her. She made me drunk, then somehow.. i promised her to come to your event. Usually, i always have excuses so i can't come with her.. but yesterday, she even checked all my schedules. I didn't have excuses." Minhee got trouble maintaining eye contact with Jungkook. She took her arm from his hand.

"Why did you hold a placard with my name?" Jungkook was curious. That placard was the source of the problem in the first place, beside her being there.

"It was.. a complete misunderstanding. Dahae made me brought it, she said i need to fit in so i could get her the signed album." Jungkook could see her cheeks getting rosy. Minhee was embarrassed. Now, that everything made sense, Jungkook couldn't help but smile.

"You're her bias.. ehm..wrecker or stuff. I don't know the term she use." Minhee still didn't face Jungkook.

"Then, who is your bias? You met everyone yesterday, right?" Minhee suddenly looked at him, shocked because he teased her.

"What?" She said.

"You see.. my hyungs are handsome, i am handsome too. If you have to choose, who—"

"Are you kidding me? Your timing is something." She looked at Jungkook with disbelief.

"Alright. Alright." Jungkook giggled. "Thank you." He said with a smile.

"For what?" Minhee got back to her feisty self.

"Ya! I'm the one that should be angry right now." Jungkook teased her while giggling. She just rolled her eyes.

"Thank you for explaining. I'm glad that i took the risk." He smiled to her and to himself.

"What risk?" She asked with curiosity.

"Risk to make a friend."

Minhee didn't know why but Jungkook sounded very lonely. They sat on the floor, leaning against the wall. The silence made them calm.

"What's your name, Jane?" Jungkook suddenly asked, breaking the silent.

"It's.. it's Minhee.. but.. Jane is better. Like.. Eyre is better.. than Jungkook. If you don't mind." Minhee flustered. Like she thought before, she felt 'Jane' was more comforting.

"Okay, Jane" Jungkook smiled.

"Why are you so lonely?" Minhee asked out of nowhere without facing him, eyes was still on the scenery. He's a bit surprised with her question.

"I am not" He defended, facing Minhee.

"Then, why do you consider making a friend is something risky? I thought everyone wants to be your friend. They love you."

"They love BTS Jungkook. They want to be friends with BTS Jungkook, not Jeon Jungkook." He faked a smile. It hit Minhee. She never thought that being a star is lonesome.

"I.. i'm.. sorry.. i"

"It's okay, Jane. It's not that i don't have friends at all. I have friends. I have my hyungs and i have those friends who are in arms with me, those who also choose the same life as me." He answered.

"Wow, i guessed being a K-Pop star gives you free life lessons. You sound a bit like Oprah Winfrey right now. I can't be friends with a deep thinker. You are a very boring person."Minhee pretended to avoid him by throwing her hands up, hoping that it would brighten the situation. She knew Jungkook was acting strong.

"You silly." He laughed.

They spent the afternoon chatting to each other until something embarrassing was heard. Minhee's stomach growled. Jungkook couldn't help but laugh, a very sincere laugh.

"Oh my God!" Minhee could feel her cheeks getting warmer. She covered her face with her hands. It was humiliating for her.

Jungkook got up, grabbed her arm and pulled her with him, still laughing. "Let's go eat."

They managed to find a way to get to Jungkook's car without getting caught.

"Wew, i feel like i'm in one of Tom Cruise's movie right now. It's so intense." Minhee joked and he just laughed while taking off my usual covers.

"See. Being friends with me is not boring." Jungkook smirked.

"Where are we gonna eat? I thought we are going to cafeteria."

"Of course not. To many people there, Jane. We're going to my senior's cafe."

"Oh great, another celebrity. Why did i get so lucky these days?" Minhee said with sarcasm, shaking her head. Jungkook laughed again, thinking that she's very different. She's not like others. Everybody would love to meet Jungkook's celebrity friends, but she's not.

"I promise you, you'll like him. He's funny."

When they reached the cafe, the owner greeted them.

"Ow, Jungkook-ah, what's up? It's been a while since you came last time. I've missed you so much." He hugged Jungkook.

"Annyeonghaseyo, Seokcheon seonbae. Long time no see." Jungkook hugged him back.

"Aigoo, i don't want to let go from this hug but i see you bring a female friend here." Seokcheon winked at Jungkook after he saw Minhee.

"Oh she is Jane. She's my friend." Jungkook introduced Minhee to him.

"Annyeonghaseyo." Minhee smiled at Seokcheon.

"Are you sure she is not your girlfriend? You never brought a female friend before. And you know.. every time a celebrity come here with a woman, it means they want a private place to date." Seokcheon smirked and winked once again.

Minhee eyes got wide. She looked at Jungkook with 'What-the-hell' look.

"Oh no. No. No. Jane is my friend from university, but.. it's true that we need a private place to eat. It's kinda uncomfortable to eat at the cafeteria there." Jungkook answered Seokcheon.

"Okay. All right. Let me show you your table then." Seokcheon said. Minhee was relieved.

He showed us their table and recommended the menu for today. They ordered the recommended set.

"He's funny of course, said that i'm your girlfriend." Minhee said after Seokcheon left. Jungkook laughed.

"Don't mind him. He loves teasing people. Last time he said he want to marry Jimin hyung because of his pretty butt."

"Wow. That's something. Maybe i have to see for myself whether his butt is really pretty or not. I can judge people's butt, you know." She joked.

"Oh God, you're gross." They laughed.

"Do you want to meet my hyungs?" Jungkook said to her. He thought it's a good idea to let them know about Minhee. His hyungs wanted Jungkook to made friends at university. They pushed him even from when he was in high school.

"Oh no. No. I met them yesterday. It's enough."

"Oh come on. It will be fun."

"Yeah, like today you said i will like your funny seonbae." She said sarcastically. Jungkook chuckled.

"You know he's funny."

"Yeah, he is." She said, still being sarcastic.

"Aigoo. Stop it. You're making me like you even more." Jungkook blurted out. He didn't even know why he said that.

"What?" Minhee eyebrows lifted up and her eyes opened wide.

"I mean.. i like you.. as a friend. Oh come on. Meet my hyungs. I have schedule tomorrow. It's a music show. You can come and meet us there." Jungkook quickly changed the subject.

"No. No. No. You should take Dahae, not me. I need to do my assignment." Luckily, Minhee let go of the 'like you' topic.

"Please, Jane. We can do the assignment together tomorrow after our morning class. The show is in the evening." Jungkook pouted. Minhee took few seconds to think and finally sighed.

"Hmm. Okay. I'll come. Only because i made you mad earlier. Think of this as my apology to you."

"Yes! But it's not an apology, you didn't make any mistake. It's all misunderstanding." When Jungkook said that, Minhee smiled.

They enjoyed their late lunch time together. After that, they said goodbye to Seokcheon and came back to the university. Jungkook dropped Minhee at the entrance hall.

"See you tomorrow." Jungkook said, waving. She just nodded and waved back.

"Minhee-ah!" Dahae called her from afar. Jungkook took that as a cue to leave.

"Oh Dahae-ah!" Minhee panicked for seconds but suddenly relieved after seeing Jungkook leave.

"Minhee-ah, where have you been and why did you get out from that car? I've been looking for you for ages!"

'Oh my God! She saw it! Cr*p!' Minhee cursed under her breath.

"Ya! Don't exaggerate! I.. ehm.. i.. that's.. my brother's cars! Yes, my brother's!" She lied.

"What? Since when you have a brother? I thought you are the only child." Dahae was confused.

"He's.. he's.. my cousin actually, but we're so close so.. i've considered him as my own brother." Minhee thanked her brain for working well.

"Okay then. Oh i almost forgot. Tomorrow evening i'll go to my boys's show. I got a free ticket from the gathering earlier. Yeay!" Dahae cheered. "So, i'll be home late. Don't wait for me for dinner."

Minhee felt like lightning had struck her.

'Oh shoot. She'll be there too! What should i do if she sees me there? What should i tell her?'
