Savannah was a troubled girl. Her parents being the ones who made her troubled. She was jealous of her younger brother Spencer from a very young age. Her mother paying more attention to him then she ever did Savannah. As Savannah grew older, her mother began forgetting things. Although Savannah didn't mind if her mother Diana remembered who she was, she watched as the affect of it all grew more in Spencer. Which hurt her a lot more than she would ever admit.

Her father on the other hand, was a much more difficult subject. She was never a religous girl by any means, but most nights she prayed to any god out there for an escape from her father. He was an angry man, always coming home from 'work' smelling of alcohol and picking fights with his wife. Rage was common in both the Oliver and Reid family, uncomfortably common at times. Michael wouldn't hurt a fly though. Savannah hadn't even seen him punch a wall to let his frustrations out. He was just.. manipulative, and he was damn good at it.

Savannah was much different from the two of her parents. She found comfort in photography when she was sixteen and oddly enough, she enjoyed science. She was captivated by the pictures of the flowers in April, and the sky in July that she found on the internet. She was interested in the chemicals that made reactions when mixed together, and why atoms never actually touched. When Savannah finally got her hands on a camera, she took pictures of anything and everything. Her favorite 'anything' to photograph, came into her life unexpectedly. Not only was he unexpected, but she swore she thought their atoms touched when he touched her hand for the first time.
