Ali and Hunter had a serious problem. They didn't have enough money to keep both of their champion horses running, but they strongly believed Repossess could do well in the Breeders' Cup. However, they had the talented 3-year-old Dreamer to think about. To have a good 3-year-old is to have a future.

I knew a young man who wanted a racehorse badly. I talked to him about owning a Breeders' Cup quality racehorse, and he said if he ever got a horse anywhere near that level of greatness, I could ride him. After a meeting with the owners of Lilyhope Farm and Repossess, he was sold privately to my client for $2,300,000.

~Repossess~

A week after my race, I was taken out of my stall and led up a ramp into a spacious but narrow area and into a stall. They made me comfortable, then left. I soon felt a powerful tremble under me. I laid down to try to make it stop. Suddenly, I felt weightless. I peeked out of a window and saw the ground was far below. How the heck was I flying?!?!
