Ochaco

"Are you alright Ochaco?" I flipped over in bed to find Tsu staring at me worriedly. I was frowning, and she hugged me.

"You're worried about the Bakugo's, kero, aren't you?" She asked, and I sighed.

"Yeah... I'm just worried about what'll happen to Ketzuka and Ituko, plus Katsuki and Izuku look so tired whenever I see them at work... I don't think they're getting enough sleep..." I confessed, and she smiled sweetly.

"I know you're worried Ochaco, we all are. Just don't let it bother you too much, your sleep is just as important," she replied, kissing my cheek. I smiled, and nodded.

We fell asleep cuddling.

I didn't realize our bedroom door was cracked open.

Shoto

After Ketzuka and Ituko left, everyone was tired and went to bed.

Inasa was in bed already. I was in pajamas, and in the living room, sitting on the couch with a glass of water.

I couldn't stop thinking about it. What had Vettel done? Had she hit the kids? Hit Izuku? Insult Katsuki? The last one wouldn't have surprised honestly, though I figure the other two were more likely.

"Shoto? Are you alright?"

I blinked, being pulled from my thoughts by my mother and sister, who were staring worriedly at me from their guest room.

"Mom, Fuyumi... sorry, I'm alright, I just can't sleep... Inasa snores," I admitted quietly.

"So do you," Fuyumi giggled, "but I can tell something is bothering you."

"It's those children, isn't it? The Bakugo siblings that came by earlier. Is something wrong with them?" Mom asked.

"With them? No, nothing is wrong with them, both of them are healthy, and caring despite their personalities. I'm worried about their guest..."

"They have a guest over?" Fuyumi asked.

I ended up explaining to them the situation, with Tanya and Izuku, and the past abuse.

"That's horrible..." Mom spoke, covering her mouth.

"And you can't prove anything? Nothing at all?" Fuyumi asked. I shook my head.

"Those poor children, and their fathers..." Mom mumbled, looking down.

"I called them to ask if Izuku could come over, and help ease the tension, since he knows most of you... but I guess Vettel did something, and he and Katsuki didn't want their kids around while dealing with it. So I told him they could come over..."

"Maybe we can visit tomorrow," Mom suggested.

"I'd have to speak with them first... Katsuki will have to calm down first, he was definitely angry when I spoke to him."

"He should've calmed down by now, I'm sure. It's been hours." Fuyumi said. I let out a dry laugh.

"You've never met him, right... Katsuki tends to hold grudges, and he has some anger issues... although he has calmed down since high school, it still worries me..." I sigh, standing up, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be telling you this. It's private information, not mine to share... I'll see you in the morning."

And I left before either of them could stop me.

Ketzuka

The house was silent when Ituko and I came home. Unnervingly silent.

Just by walking in, I could tell something bad had happened. The air was tense.

When I went into the living room, I paled at what I could smell.

"Ituko, go to your room and lock the door. I'll be there in a moment." I say, and he immediately can tell that something is wrong.

"A-All right..." he said quietly, and I heard quiet thumping as he went upstairs.

I summoned a knife, and went to the table where the smell was coming from, pulling out my phone and turning the flashlight on. Small droplets of blood were on the table, not enough to be concerning though.

I almost sighed in relief when I didn't find anything else.

There were footsteps behind me, and I whirled around, shining the flashlight in their eyes and pointing the knife at them.

"AH! What the hell?! Who the fuck is in my house- Ketzuka?" Dad rubbed his eyes, closing them and scowling.

"Dad?" I asked.

"Jesus Christ Kid, stop shining that damn thing in my eyes," he scowled, "what are you doing up so late?"

"Ituko and I just got home, he's upstairs in his room. I smelt blood so I decided to investigate."

"You do realize that if you ever smell blood or some kind of dangerous chemical you're supposed to tell me or Izuku, right?" He asked, crossing his arms as I lowered the flashlight.

"Figured you were both asleep. There isn't a lot of blood though. Did something happen?" I asked.

"I punched Tanya in the face," he replied as I followed him into the kitchen.

"Why am I not surprised?" I asked.

"Don't give me that attitude, go to bed."

"Fine," I yawn, "I'm tired anyway after beating all of Uncle Shoto's family at Mario Kart..."

So I went upstairs, told Ituko that everything was alright, and went to bed.

Izuku

Kacchan came back into our room with a glass of water, and he gave it to me.

"Thank you Kacchan..." I mumbled quietly. He smiled and climbed back into bed with me, tossing his shirt aside.

"No problem Kitten," he replied, making me blush.

"Are Ketzuka and Izuku home?"

"Yeah, I accidently scared the shit out of Ketzuka downstairs. Kid nearly blinded me."

I laughed quietly, and leaned on him.

"Are you okay?" He asked, and I didn't answer.

"That's a no I'm betting..." he sighed, "you want to talk about it?"

I shook my head. I didn't want to tell him about my nightmare. It had terrified me, and now I was scared to fall back asleep.

"Hey..." Katsuki lifted me into his lap, "you know you can talk to me, right? We're married, hell we even have our own kids Izuku. You don't have to hide things from me..."

I nodded, staying silent. I didn't want to talk right now, I honestly just wanted to cuddle.

He sighed, tightening his grip around me.

"I'm sorry..." I mumbled.

"Don't be sorry," he replied, nuzzling his head into my neck, "I get it, you don't want anyone to worry, but I want to help you."

Suddenly, I was crying again. I felt so bad, like I was letting everyone down somehow.

I was scared, no terrified, and tired, and stressed over everything that was happening.

And I told him, as I was crying.

"Shh... hey, I'm right here, it's okay..." he hummed softly, trying to calm me down. Eventually, I did, and he kissed me. I kissed back, and it quickly turned into a makeout session while he wiped away my tears.

"Feel better?" He had turned me around sometime earlier while I was crying, I never noticed.

"Y-yeah... I'm sorry... and thank you, Katsuki..." I replied to him, and he smiled.

"You don't have anything to be sorry for Izuku, let's get some sleep."

I hugged him, laying back down, and we fell asleep.

Niji

I can't sleep.

Mom and Dad are arguing again, loudly, and I think it's something to do with herowork or something.

I'm a little scared.

I love them both, but the way things are going, there's going to be a messy divorce.

There's one last yell from Mom, and suddenly she's thumping up the stairs. I quickly turn over in bed and pretend to be asleep.

"Niji?" My door opens, and she comes in, sitting on the edge of my bed as I sigh.

"I'm sorry... we woke you up, didn't we?" She sighed, taking her hair out of its usual twin tails, letting the bright teal and pink colours fall behind her.

"No, but you didn't help me fall asleep." I replied, sitting up. She nodded sadly, and kissed the top of my head.

"Are you and dad going to get a divorce?" I asked suddenly, throwing caution to the wind. She blinked.

"Ahah... I honestly hadn't even thought of that... but don't worry, I'm sure everything will turn out for the better." She forced a smile, and so did I.

"Alright... goodnight Mom," I told her, laying down.

"Goodnight Àirén," she kissed my forehead, and left.

'For the better'.

That's what she had said.

Not okay and not alright.

Everything will turn out for the better.

And as I fell asleep, I wondered what was for the better.
